We took our dog there on a Saturday with a mouthful of quills. Our own vet was unable to take us and the only vet in Muskoka that was open said they were too busy. This clinic was open and willing to see us. The staff here is wonderful. We waited outside on Muskoka chairs in the sunshine for the sedation on our dog to take effect.the clinic was busy but efficient. Dr Hillary and the vet techs/receptionist were very warm and friendly. I would highly highly recommend this veterinary service.

I was vacating in Parry Sound with my wife and two dogs. My 2 year old yellow lab loved his time in Muskoka but unfortunately cut his leg running through the forest. It was very stressful being a few thousand kilometers away from his regular vet in Calgary, Alberta. I took him to Georgian Animal Hospital and he was treated like a regular customer. All the staff were friendly and caring and it really gave me the "small town, cottage vibe" vet setup. If I lived in Parry Sound, I would definitely take my dogs here. Very much recommended for both locals and travellers to Parry Sound.

My 18 year old, blind cat, Siam had his stomach sliced open by a fisher... Dr. Drummond and staff fit him in immediately and were kind and effective. I was very concerned about him waking up from the anesthetic post-stitching and they were amazing about calling me to say they were about to do the "surgery" and called again half an hour later or less to tell me he was awake and fine... Siam and I are very very very grateful for their skills and empathy... I was so scared and they made it easier... he is healing well.

We brought our injured dog to this clinic at 830 in the am our dog was in pain and we were told the vet would be down from the upper residense where they lived in about an hour. We asked the friendly staff to please reach out and see if our dog could get looked st sooner. The vet responded that they were not going to be coming down at all. I would have thought that someone who becomes a vet would love an animal enough to take enough time to walk a flight of stairs and possibly help one in an emergency situation. Was I ever wrong, we will never be back there and would never recomend them to anybody.
