I've only been here once, but it's horrible. No parking, waited 15 with reception just to check in then waited another hour before seeing anyone. Very high anxiety environment and it smelt like cigarettes which made me feel sicker than when I arrived to get help. Too busy don't bother.

I love the staff and doctor's here. everybody is in a good mood and nobody wears perfume despite what others may have said. Dr. Hamilton is amazing and cares about his patients. so what if we have to make our own follow ups!? whats wrong with lazy people complaining about things they have to do for their own good. get real lazy ass. staff and Doctor's here are second to none.... put that in ur pipe

The office is not organized, and if you have complex needs or require someone who is attentive to your care, then this isn't the place for you. A couple years ago I ended up needing a referral to a neurologist and it was sent to the office a month after I was referred by the hospital. I received no call, and for 7 months the referral sat in my file because they "hadn't seen me" that year and I needed to see my doctor before they could send the referral. When I did, Dobrinski argued with me that the referral wasn't actually a referral, but made the mistake of reading the title of the form out loud to me for the first time. It said "referral" and was sent along. Since then I have tried to have myself unregistered from this office 3 times and am still a patient of theirs, so I cannot use the provincial database to find another doctor in my new city. My last attempt was June 10th, and today I was told that they needed a written statement. Dobrinski is not a doctor that inspires trust, unless I am the exception. Every appointment feels like she's trying to break the world record for shortest appointment. This often results in me being spoken-over, being misunderstood, watching her become visibly frustrated, and being (in my opinion) over-medicated. One time I asked for a small adjustment to some medications and the pharmacist ended up having to call the office to make sure the doctor wasn't mistaken in tripling my dose. Maybe I don't know medication, but almost 4 years later and I haven't needed to take that particular medication at that dose yet. This isn't a person or a place that I trust with my care. Now you might be thinking "Then why didn't you leave?" because I have to have a family doctor to do anything beyond antibiotics and bloodwork, and frankly finding a doctor is really hard. Hopefully they won't charge me an arm and a leg to get my info for leaving this review, hahaha! But people need to know what to expect. If you have you're low-maintenance or have your medications and need someone who will get you in and out, Dobrinski is fine. If you don't want a relationship with your doctor, that's okay too and she might be a great fit. But if your situation is complex, evolving, scary, confusing, or you need to feel heard, then you're better off looking elsewhere.

I’ve been going to OHC since they opened. And quite frankly I’m thinking of finding another doctor. I was going there initially to see dr petty an. But then he left. Dr Salhab is very helpful and friendly. Biggest problem is the Huge lack of parking. And I don’t want to park across the street at the church. And their phone system sucks big time. They need to have one person who just handles the phone. I think I’ve been put on hold so many times while calling there. Really need to reorganize those two things.

same as the previous reviewer. I am switching from my family doctor as it is impossible to get through and book an appointment. If they are not blatantly rude to you over the phone, they'll keep putting you on hold and telling you to 'hold please' until you hang up. If you leave a voicemail asking them to call YOU back, they won't call. It appears the patients physically at the desk take precedence over the ones who just want to make an appointment so they're not congesting Urgent Care. It's sad that the front desk will be the detriment to this clinic as their poor patient care is the only experience you will receive.

Secretaries either don’t answer or keep you on hold forever. Doctors always try to bring you back for another visit, never solving your problems, used google to find answers in front of us. Parking lots is expensive, have to pay minimum $5:00 even when you don’t see the doctors Do not waste your time...

Medical trust clinic is the clinic I take my family to for all of our health needs. Family doctors are knowledgeable and helpful, they go the extra mile to refer my family to the other services that are conveniently located in the same building. Urgent cares times are moderate wait times. The doctors here are very thorough.When I took my daughter to the urgent care for what I thought was minor cramps they efficiently had the necessary tests and had then analyzed on site to identify that she had appendicitis...before sending us to the hospital. The extra thought and time before sending us to the hospital was amazing. For all my health and specialist needs I recommend this clinic.

I love how the doctors have appointments and walk in hours in case you need to see them sooner than later. I'm excited and my ultrasound technician was amazing. For the most part they run on time.

Easy place to go for last minute walk-ins but I advise against having a family doctor here. Mine was consistently dismissive, rude and never had my needs as her focus...wanted me in and out as fast as possible so she tried to tell me what I was experiencing rather than listening to me. Made me feel guilty for requesting referrals as it costs OHIP money and would often refuse to refer me without asking any questions about what's going on. Extremely unprofessional.

Doctors may be fine but the office staff and office procedures really need an overhaul. You will get to see a doctor in a timely fashion and they will be helpfull and order tests and x-rays, which you can get same day in the same building all excellent no problem. But to get the results of your tests and x-rays will become hell !! Forget getting a call to let you know. You have to call multiple times and if the Dr that you saw isint in then you have to wait until he is scheduled back which could be days !! No other option offered other than to come back in and seeing a different Dr. Unacceptable office procedures really need an overhaul and an update.

Dr Kharangate is our new doctor and so far she has been very attentive, professional and caring. She is not just handing out medication to treat symptoms, but really wants to find the root cause of a health concern in order to resolve the real issue. This clinic also has full blood lab, x-ray, ultrasound and pharmacy on site, as well as numerous other services. I have even seen a specialist (an endocrinologist) at this location which is very convenient. All referrals to other specialists in the area have been very quick.

I initially gave this clinic 1 star because I waited 2 hours and I watched the waiting room empty, twice, and they never called my name. When I was booked in by staff at 10:30am I was told there was 1 person ahead of me at that time. I'm not sure what the issue was, but I felt like I wasted my morning for nothing. I was NOT impressed with the wait. However, then I met Dr. Kathirkamanayagan (Dr. K.), and he was AWESOME, so I upped my rating to 3 stars. (He himself was 5 stars and I highly recommend him)

My family doctor is here. This office is very busy, so I don't find the receptionists rude, but rather trying to do more than they can handle. They do need more staff, but I have always been treated kindly and quickly. Our doctor is very thorough and listens. Everything you need is right in the building, whether it be a dentist (ours is here and is awesome!), pharmacy or lab work. I would and have often recommended The Medical Trust Building.

Would give this place negative star rating if i could. Last three times ive been there has been problems with drs leaving early or one being there that says no to seeing my two children oldest 4 years old on a walk in expected us to sit there for over an hour. With two sick kids. Also find this place to be racist against white people. Ive had appointments there and seen brown families come in on walk in and get in before me to my doctor and now im a half hour or hour lats on my appointment. The x ray and ultrasound place i have no complaints but dont go to this doctors office. I will be going to the emergency room from now on

Do not like the walk in clinic. The doctors will decide to leave early or not show up at all. Please advertise or communicate in all ways possible that you will not have a walk in clinic when no doctors come in. Alternatively, take away the walk in clinic service completely. I missed work so I could have lots of time to wait for a doctor if necessary and was told that all the doctors decided to go home for the day. This is inconsiderate and horrible service.

I love this health centre the doctors and staff are wonderful! Dr Selvarajah is absolutely incredible! They also have the best lab, X-ray and ultrasound department, and pharmacy on site!

The front desk only thing they do is put you on hold, you have to call couple times to make sure they fax your prescription otherwise will take days to get its done. Rude and unpatient. Worst customer service. Not recommend this location at all!!!

Visiting this facility was an unpleasant experience. Staff were wearing fragrances, which provokes asthma and other allergic symptoms. There is essentially no seating in the examination room, just an uncomfortable bench in the corner with no back support. The patient has to twist awkwardly to face the doctor. There is no where for overcoats, and very little reading material. I'll continue searching for a more professional and comfortable office.

This is a nice place. My husbands new dr is there dr K he is an awesome dr I took my son when he was very sick about a month and a half ago. They sent me to the emergency right away. My son was looked after very well at both places. I trust them.

The Doctors here are great! Wav lk-ins are rather fast service despite being a very busy place. Longest I’ve waited was an hour. There is plenty of paid parking, if your really sick and need a prescription parking is free. Just ask the pharmacist for a slip for the pay machine. However, on the contrary, theirs hours state 8am open, keep in mind no doctors are there until 9. If you go early you will be waiting. The receptionist are lack lustre, rarely get back to you in the 24hr time frame they state. You must be persistent when trying to make an appointment. You’ll be on hold forever, it’s very hit and miss. It was frustrating to see that from 8-9, many of the receptions were simply chatting about the weekend and not checking those voicemails and staying on top of their day. I understand this is a busy place, but there are definitely areas which need improvement.

Staff have always been professional, friendly and quick to help. Dr A Church, Chiropractor, is professional, knowledgeable, supportive and truely cares about her patients health and healing. All the staff and doctors I have worked with since my MVA at this clinic have been so caring, supportive and professional. Can't say enough about them all!

This Dr's office is horrible, the Dr's at this clinic do not care about ur health one bit. As soon as u walk in to the Dr's office u can tell he wants u in and out. I just went to the Dr's today for blood work and a pap just as a walk in cause I'm not the greatest at appointments due to my busy schedule. The first Dr tells me it looks like I need a pap says it on my papers, so the other Dr shouldn't get "upset" UPSET WHAT THE HE'LL DOES HE HAVE ANYTHING TO BE UPSET ABOUT ITS A PAP THAT STATES ON MY PAPER I NEED IT. K so the Dr comes in and he's mad at me that i wasted her time his time and other patients time. ??????? Excuse me?????? My paper says I need one so y am I getting in trouble for??? The Dr's r very ignorant there including my family Dr there. This clinic has a long way to go on how these Dr's treat their patients. Definitely shouldn't be paid as much as they do these day's.

Our experience with doctor Anastasia Dobrinski is extremely positive. The doctor is very bright, very quickly gather the necessary information, extremely knowledgeable and act very quickly and professionally when it is needed. Her recommendations and proper diagnostic and referral to specialists helped to normalize the situation for my mom, that had a serious health condition. For me the fact that the doctor is a fast thinker and great decision maker is definitely a positive thing. This is very different like a situation with many other doctors when you need to talk for hours to explain one simple thing. She do not need to talk for one hour to get the problem and see the solution. I very satisfied. I am actually super impressed for my last 10 years in Canada she is the best physician I worked with.

Our family Dr is amazing but this is the worst clinic to attend. My elderly parents either have to wait standing outside or sit on the stairs in the front lobby. And good luck trying to get them to answer the phone to let them know you are here for your appointment. Seriously hate coming here .

Hello. I really have nothing against my doctor, Dr Sauve is caring, compassionate and gets all the issues at hand dealt with. Thank you! The receptionists are excellent at putting you on hold and hanging up multiple times. I feel that if they asked why the person calls and deal with it right away it would actually save them time.Please, administration of this office address the problems and maybe create a system where the receptionist can at least see the sequence of the phone calls on hold. One day it took 1.5 hr just to ask a question if they collect specific blood work or not, i think its unacceptable and may need to get more receptionists as this clinic as it is getting very busy. I hate to be rude, but the one day i think i was and really did not mean it, i just was frustrated on how this really affected my whole day just because i had a question. I would love to see positive changes very soon for the team that i know means well.

I went to this clinic today, my son came here a week ago for a cough and asthma. Giving 5 stars for it to be seen on the page-- Wasn't very impressed. When I went in, there was a new receptionist in training, 3 people in the waiting room and I was still treated rudely. I came to the desk, they were discussing something over the computer at the desk (believe she was training her), the trainee told me "give us a minute." Because she wasn't understanding what her trainer was teaching. During the time I sat down and waited, another patient came out and was helped BEFORE I was even spoken to again by the trainer and trainee. When I went up, she wasn't understanding what I was saying asking me to repeat things over and over. Which is perfectly fine, if she wasn't rude before it already set off the tune for our conversation to be a terrible one. THEN I went to the pharmacy here, to fill the perscrption that was given to me for my 20 month old son. When he was seen it was the female Russian (unsure but she has an accent) doctor that seen him. She gave us the perscrption which she 1) gave us the wrong directions for his second inhaler (my LO one diagnosed asthmatic less an a month ago so I'm still new) and when I brought in the perscrption today she also wrote TWO dosages of his antibiotic (his cough) which the pharmacist had to come and ask them about. THANK HEAVENS THEY DID! On a note the student they have is AMAZING the nurse that brings you into the room is AMAZING. I WAS coming in today to also ask for a family doctor here - I absolutely will NOT be anymore. I would rather have no family doctor than have a doctor that is here. Unfortunately there is no zero star option. Absolutely ridiculous. Even if you have an appointment they will make you wait outside for 15-20 mins past your appointment time. You need to call to get in and will not pick up the phone. And even if they pickup will put you on hold for several minutes.

I had a family doctor and it seemed like he was very irritated and annoyed with be coming to his office. I went only twice. If a bus driver, Starbucks worker, etc etc is rude to me, I always am understanding towards their situation and remain polite. But when it comes to my health, I can't allow myself to make-do with doctors who do not make me feel welcome in their office. When I called to cancel my patientship, the receptionist seemed very annoyed when I politely let her know that I was dissatisfaction with the doctor's service.

Lately they were both sick and needed medical care but couldn’t book an appointment for them! I can’t find the words to describe my disappointment.

Parking rate is absolutely ridiculous. I was there last week for less than 10 mins and had to pay $5. Then as I was leaving the gate was up. One of the highest rates for parking i have seen at a medical clinic.
