The receptionists are terrible. Dr. Parameswaren is a lovely doctor who I would follow anywhere but this place is not worth the headache. I just ended my relationship with them after 6+ years.

Oshawa should be proud to have such a young talented doctor,Dr Jeganathan took me on as a patient ,after a medical emergency,she is ,sincere,understanding,direct and firm,a true professional ,and helps me understand things on my level for the long recovery.

I have been going here for about 7 years and they have always been rude. The service is terrible. I left 4 short voicemails on 4 different days and no one returned my call until I said in my voicemail 'please please please call me back to fix my prescription'. When you speak to the front desk, they are extremely rude and they have an attitude. Worst service I have ever received at a doctor's office but I continue to use the same doctor. Pre-Covid I used to wait over an hour even though I booked an appointment. The front desk was rude & gave attitude even in person unfortunately.

I have to say that the worst thing about the clinic is the chairs/benches in the assessment rooms. Super uncomfortable especially with a bad back. Other than that most staff are nice and you can get many procedures done in the same building. Also has a pharmacy on site.

Worst doctor/place I've ever been too. Anastasia Dobrinski should have her license taken away and NEVER given back! Then there is the clinic itself.....calling there is a nightmare.... they keep putting you on hold over and over again.

My doctor is amazing. However the staff are usually rude and incompetent. The female staff always have an attitude on the phone and sadly in person. I have phoned everyday for over two weeks regarding a form. Everytime I call I am met with the same response as to why it hasn't been filled. The wait times are ridiculous. The pharmacy is good. If it wasn't for my doctor I'd look for a new clinic.

My doctor retired and I ended up with Dr Dobrinsky back in 2016. I left this practice due to disorganization. Dr Dobrinksy forgets to give proper requisitions and even declined to fill out my son's vaccine card during the first wave of the pandemic even though she gave him his vaccine during that appointment. I've been chasing her to fill it out for the past year as I have a different family doctor now and he cannot sign it off because he did not administer his 6 month vaccines I'm sooooo stressed out . Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

phone lines are extremely unprofessional, you will be sent straight to voicemail and be put on hold for 20 minutes or longer, Dr. sauve needs to have a more professional way in order to contact their office.

This review is for Dr. Anastasia Dobrinski. I had a phone appointment with Dr. Anastasia Dobrinski, and never more in my life I felt treated just like a number, not a patient with a health concern. The whole phone conversation is less than 90 seconds, that's because she cut me off and hung up on me impatiently (pun intended!) before hearing my response. Later I checked the form she filled out, there are false information that I never disclose and she never asked?! Not to mention she didn't address any concern I had. Nada. I think it's important for physicians to empathize with patient, but for Dr. Dobrinski, I'm sad to find out that I'm just a way to make 50 bucks in 90 seconds.

Doctor is good but the receptionists are rude and inconsiderate. Also, 90% of the time I called, it goes straight to voicemail and nobody returns the call. If you do get past the voicemail, they put you on hold for so long, you just hang up.

Called 3x a day for the past 5 days , no answer , not even to be put on hold. Left ONE message per 24 hours as directed by the voicemail and have still yet to receive a call back . Completely unacceptable ! Even when you do manage to get through , it takes 2 weeks to get an appointment. Definitely not okay. The last time I was there for an appointment I was left in the room for over an hour . Finally left the room to find someone and they didn’t even know who I was there for . I’m sure I would have been left in there till closing because my appointment was for 6 and they close at 7:30 and the doctor didn’t come in until 7:15 !

Our experience with doctor Anastasia Dobrinski is extremely positive. The doctor is very bright, very quickly gather the necessary information, extremely knowledgeable and act very quickly and professionally when it is needed. Her recommendations and proper diagnostic and referral to specialists helped to normalize the situation for my mom, that had a serious health condition. For me the fact that the doctor is a fast thinker and great decision maker is definitely a positive thing. This is very different like a situation with many other doctors when you need to talk for hours to explain one simple thing. She do not need to talk for one hour to get the problem and see the solution. I very satisfied. I am actually super impressed for my last 12 years in Canada she is the best physician I worked with. But finally few words about receptionists in this place: they are absolutely horrible: rude, ignoring and slow. Great doctors with such a awful reception service will start loosing patients unfortunately....

Very disorganized. I began coming here in March and signed up with a family doctor when I found out I was pregnant. They never knew who I was, or why I was there. My family doctor left the practice so I was left in limbo seeing multiple doctors for my appointments (he guaranteed the office would still take me as a patient). One time I was booking a vaccine and I had to tell the receptionist that my doctor was no longer at their practice because she kept insisting that I book with him lol and she became so confused she hung up on me. The building is very dirty and unkept. Definitely not worth the waiting to get in.

The receptionists are the worst. I have to call multiple times to confirm the dates of my appointment and yet somehow they still get it wrong. I’ve had to rearrange my day after finding out that the time I originally scheduled had been changed without my knowledge. I had called yet again on the day of the appointment to find out that the original day and time had not been changed at all. This only wastes the doctors time. They obviously have no respect for the people they work for. This is like the 3-4th time this has happened to me here. Also, they do things like tell you that your prescription has been faxed to the pharmacy even if it wasn’t. The unprofessionalism actually shocked me. Dr. Jeganathan is an amazing doctor who deserves better than this hole of a clinic. Sadly, I am now looking for a new doctor because this clinic has inconvenienced me far too many times for me to stay. I will follow dr. Jeganathan anywhere but here. She is truely a talented doctor. Update: Alternatively, Dr. Jeganathan now books my appointments with her. The only thing I book through the receptionists now are phone appointments. Once again this doc just going above and beyond for her patients!

Clearly from reviews this clinic is a sad joke ! Rather than complain here - report the clinic as well as the doctor to OHIP, WSIB, and CPSO ! It’s a five page form but easy to fill out. There are numerous occurrences of both negligence and or medical malpractice ! There is one Russian doctor to avoid at any cost - you are better off with a visit to emergency. With enough negative reporting this clinic and doctors will be reviewed by OHIP and hopefully positive changes will occur !!
