Glenda and the staff at Orillia ultrasound and X-ray went over and above for me when I needed an ultrasound done ASAP and an upcoming surgery depended on it. I appreciate everything they did to fit me in when they could and their persistence on getting things done properly. Thank you!!!!

When my ultrasound appointment was confirmed the day before I was not given instruction for it, without the simple "have a full bladder" to which I was unaware, I instead had to have an internal ultra sound which was painful. The staff weren't on time, cold and unwelcoming. A place where you feel vulnerable.

Shocked to see negative reviews as I've been here a few times, staff and technicians were and are always friendly and compassionate.

I found the ultrasound technician here to be very impersonal and detached. Not very comforting when you are going through pregnancy for the first time. Never got to hear the baby’s heartbeat, which I was really looking forward to. With Covid, my husband cannot come to the ultrasounds (fair). But they wouldn’t even write the gender on a piece of paper for us to share together afterwards. Many other ultrasound clinics have done this for their patients, so I don’t know what the big deal was at this location. Both times I left here feeling dejected and disappointed.

Wonderful place. Easy to park. Free on the streets nearby. Not many people. Did an xray in 20 min! Caring staff at the pharmacy. Totally a place to go
