I called during lunch hours, which they were closed for (even the phone line). I called back after lunch and had to play a horrible game of phone tag to find out who/what place I was supposed to get a hold of. Waited 10 minutes for a receptionist to answer ONLY to find out I can’t confirm an appointment this early I have to wait two days before the appointment date!!! My dentist confirms weeks in advance, as well as my regular doctor, what’s so different about their system? Already not happy with the service and definitely not looking forward to playing phone tag again. I will update this after my actual appointment but my hopes aren’t too high.
Dermatology Mohs surgery this morning by Dr.Graham and team. Very respectful and clear about the many details of the procedure. Very caring, attentive, and frank to me, the patient. I felt very confident of a good outcome. Can't wait to get the stitches out!
Nice place. Had an operation here and able to recover nicely too.
Great facility And thanks to the front line workers for all your sacrifices. God bless.
I’m honestly quite disturbed by how horrible the service here is, and I haven’t even received any service. My doctor has put in numerous referrals and requisitions for me to have blood pressure monitoring, and I have heard nothing back. They then say they left a voicemail on my phone, but there isn’t one from them. I’m watching my phone carefully to ensure I can make an appointment. I’m a 31 year old woman with 2 very young children, the last thing I want to do I die from heart related illnesses. Quite embarrassing to be honest. EDIT: I unfortunately have had to use the cardiology, dermatology and gynecology departments at this hospital. The admin staff at the front are by far the rudest people I've ever encountered. On April 26th, there were plenty of women at the check in desks to book my follow up, but instead the woman in check in #3, told me to go to #7. When I got there (in pain mind you, after my procedure), a sign was thrown in my face, and the women went back to their conversation. The sign is asking me to go back to #3. The woman in #3 needs some sensitivity or customer service training. She lacks people skills.
In 2002 of November 11 I was born here my birthday Mom has worked there for awhile now and Ive been adopted sence 2003 still alive and living in Nova Scotia with two dad's and a few siblings to
Have been going for 3 months for treatment ending in day surgery last week. The staff, from Andrea at reception to the nursing team (Thank you Sandra, Helen and Jieming), and Doctors Drucker and Cobbs were FANTASTIC! Thank you so much for your wonderful care, compassion, professionalism and sense of humour! I appreciate you all.
A very nice hospital that is home to a Thai Express in the main lobby! Also, despite what you may believe, there are MEN that work there. ????
I actually had a very good experience here. The nurses, doctors and admin people were friendly and easy going. I had a day surgery here and everyone I interacted with made me feel comfortable.
I had my first surgery here and honestly the staff are amazing!
Worst admin staff ever. especially in the womens life stages mental health department. Really effects the quality and concistency of care. Truly disappointed.
My boyfriend had day surgery here a couple days ago. Everyone at this hospital was amazing!! Even the ladies working at the Sushi place were super sweet! From the volunteers to the nurses, I can't say enough. So friendly and helpful. Norma was the nurse taking care of my boyfriend and she was AMAZING. Literally the sweetest, funny, and caring .
What an amazing experience! Honestly like nothing I've experienced at a hospital prior... ever! Every single staff member that I interacted with was smiling, helpful and pleasant. I hate to add human but I will as that is what is so often lacking in hospitals. It is evident that people in this hospital truly love their jobs! Thank you to each and every one of you!
Went to the bay centre on the 3rd floor and felt the receptionist was very rude and judgemental. I'm sure the doctors are lovely but I didn't get to speak to any of them.
My review is for the overall facilities, the Rheumatology and Gastroenterology departments. The level of care I receive from the Rheumatology program has been the best I have experienced in Toronto. There is a bit of a wait at times, but that is only because their doctors spend time with their patients to go over all their concerns and answer their questions, which is not something I have experienced often. Interdepartmental referrals are quick and I very much enjoy having transparent access to my lab and imaging results via their electronic chart system. I was referred to Gastroenterology and within a few months I was seen, had testing done and was given a report to my referring doctor with no delays at any point. Facilities are extremely clean and in very good condition. Bonus: They have a lab on-site where you can get blood drawn for requisitions issued by WCH. Wait times can be long, but they are extremely efficient.
I love it here, I come here with my mom for her many appointments and I now come here for the dermatologist. Every time I come here it’s always clean and the nurses are always nice and friendly.
I've been a patient here since day one. It is honestly a hit or miss service .... sometimes you would get the crappiest service depending which department.... look out for the older secretaries as they can be unprofessional and disrespectful (think they hate their job). They only take WCH patient for blood work now, which is good because it shortens the waiting time. Doctors in general are nice and professional though I did have one doctor who was very unprofessional and rude. I think because they hire many professionals for diversity and inclusion purposes, which is awesome, but that also means not every staff is delivering the same quality care....
I've had appointments at WCH over the last few months, and I have only good things to say about this place. The staff has always been kind and helpful to me at each appointment, and Dr. Jacobson is awesome! Thank you!
Went to the website to book an appointment for a covid test. Received the reference code by email within minutes, a nurse called me around 40min later to book a same day appointment (they had for the next half an hour). Booked for 6pm, arrived at 5:15, was prompt attend by an amazing team, front the security guy on the door to the doctor who performed the exam. Results online in up to 48h. Well recommended.
In 1956, my mother gave birth to me at this hospital. I was a breech baby and required a doctor to use forceps to deliver me. Unfortunately, the doctor never showed up for the delivery. A nurse performed the procedure. Nurses are not qualified to do that. I was born with mental health issues. All my life, I have struggled. I have been homeless many times. I have been in and out of hospitals. I am now 60 years old, living on a small disability pension, and struggling. If the doctor had decided to do the delivery, maybe my life would have been totally different. How many other babies suffered the same fate as I did at the hands of this doctor? What kind od Doctor doesn't show up for a difficult birth? The good news is that everyone connected with the brutal assault is dead. All I have to do is continue living and struggling. My faith in doctors has never been good.
I had a pleasant experience with their in person experiences, but over the phone and email was a bit lacking. I understand to some level it's unprecedented times and that WCH is a large hospital but there were several times where I felt that the staff there had forgotten about me and I had to prod them in order to get appointments etc. One of those times was when I was told I would be first priority for surgery, but until I contacted them, a month after the non-essential surgery ban was lifted, I wasn't informed of any dates, or anything really. I was given less than 2 weeks to prepare for the surgery, which could have been fine if it was just me involved; but other people have to take off days of work and organize themselves, and I just wish they could have contacted me when the initial ban was being lifted. Aside from that my pre op nurse was very rude. I missed the initial call (yes, that was my fault I shouldnt have stepped away from my phone. in my defence I had cut myself with a knife a few days prior and my wound started oozing blood so I was attending to it) and they left a voicemail instructing what number to call them at. I call them, 4-5 times and got a busy tone each time, until, literally one minute after my appointment someone picks up telling me I missed it. That would have been fine, but the nurse kept interrupting me to ask "whats the best number to reach you at" 3-4 times before she actually heard my answer (the number you called! I tried to call back but it kept going to voicemail!) and then lectured me. Fine, I get it. However, when I went to go check my voicemail, I found that she had been calling me at the same time. Why would you leave instructions for me to call, if you're going to call me? I missed my appointment because of that. One of the voicemails was a really obnoxious and disgusted sigh, which really bothered me. Cried real tears of anger. Anyways, I can't wait for this procedure to be over
Attended the CPR course here. Great class. Reasonable price for the course. Instructor was very knowledgeable
Recently, WCH staff must have seen many Chinese visitors for COVID-19 test to meet international travel clearance requirements by the Chinese government before they fly back to China. My parents are among those who were extremely worried about the appointments and the test report time with the limit of 72 hours prior to their flight. After I completed the WCH on-line registration, I received a call from a nurse who was very patient and gave my parents’ a pre-screening with email confirmations thereafter. At the COVID-19 Assessment Center, all the staff from those organizing the lines at the entrance and those sitting behind the computers confirming patients’ information were very nice and helpful. I would like to appreciate two doctors – Karin and Lena, who well shared our concerns of the test report date and accommodated us. Within 12 hours, we received emails advising the results had been posted on MyChart - so my parents got their reports eligible for boarding on the flight! It’s such a great relief of our frustration and anxiety. Now, my parents are enjoying their flight back to their homeland. We highly appreciate our super heroes, the front-line medical staff at WCH. WCH is so famous in the Chinese community and has become our top choice for taking COVID test. Yesterday, at the airport, my parents asked me to make a donation to Women's College Hospital's COVID-19 Assessment Centre Fund. Hers is the message from them, “With your great efforts, we got the COVID test reports so we can fly back to China. Thank you so much dear WCH front line heroes! Be safe and stay strong!” Please extend our regards to your great staff! Take care!
Was born here 10/10 would be born again
I have called here multiple times and every time the receptionist has been extremely rude and unkind. If I am calling multiple times it’s probably urgent, however each time the receptionist has dismissed my concerns and shrugged it off as unimportant. The least you can do as a facility offering medical services is to hear out people. Nobody is calling for fun. Honestly, I will sue this place if any complication. happens as a result of their negligence.
My experiences over the last year have been great at WCH. My appointments ran on time and the surgical and nursing staff pre and post op were all amazing. I felt as though I was in good hands throughout both both surgeries and recommend WCH to anyone with orthopaedic needs.
My husband has an appointment here and had to wait outside...I asked the staff if i can use the washroom coz i really need to go but insisted that its for patient only.....very rude and not considerate!!!
The docs and nurses should be awarded at how friendly they are to their patients. Even though it was a hospital, the staff created a very enjoyable and comfortable environment. Everyone was so well trained and professional aswell.
I had surgery here and I was blown away with the incredible service and care I had received. Everyone was so kind and caring, patient and made me feel comfortable.
I love Women's College Hospital! Great staff, my medical team is amazing; I couldn't ask for a better medical team! My only concern is the hospital's ultrasound/imaging department and the archaic waiting system. I had an appointment booked over nine weeks ago, and my ultrasound appointment is today. (My ultrasound is non-pregnancy related). I arrived twenty-five minutes early with a full bladder... Unfortunately, regardless if I have a scheduled appointment, walk-ins are allowed to go ahead of appointments and patients with appointments are way behind... So, I am sitting here waiting, with a full bladder, trying my very best to hold it in... I was informed that if I'm in bladder distress, I can go to the washroom, but what's the point?! Trapped in a "catch 22," if I go, my empty bladder will ruin the ultrasound images (because scans requires a full bladder) and I will be forced to reschedule... And since I'm sitting close enough to the main reception, ultrasounds appointments are being booked for March 2019. Unbelievable...
I love Women's College Hospital! Great staff, my medical team is amazing; I couldn't ask for a better medical team! My only concern is the hospital's ultrasound/imaging department and the archaic …
The RUDESTS secretaries for ultrasound/ xray- idk why they’re all so rude to everyone?? They took 2 hours for my appointment for a simple ultrasound. Better to go to any other hospital in the area.
After going to a few other doctors and specialists until I found someone comfortable, I've been a patient of the family practice and the hospital since 2010 and the knowledge and care are second to none. The WCH facility is incredible and efficient from the moment you walk in. Dr. Danielle Martin at Women's College Family Practice is outstanding and easily the best family practice doctor in the city, Dr. Natasha Bollegala is the same. Kind, empathetic, and incredibly knowledgeable, they've been eager to help, timely in their testing and appointments, and wonderful physicians. Could not thank them enough for all of their help and support over the years.
Brand new hospital. Staffs are very friendly and nice.
5th floor dermatology clinic chronically runs late. Every time I come here, they are running 1+ hour late. It’s NOT respectful of patient’s time. We also have full-time work and have waited for months for an appointment. It’s not reasonable to ask patients to wait for hours on end, especially without a heads-up. Avoid it if you can!
All appointments have been on time and been dealt with by dedicated and professional doctors. It was nice every time I have been to an appointment we did not have to spend hours waiting.
The lady I seen to talk to was nice. Aside from that, the lady at the front desk had some attitude. After I talked to the lady for my own things, I went back to the front desk to make an appointment. Instead of helping me, she instead gave me a card, told me to call them & make an appointment over the phone. Then she left. I've been calling for three days to make one appointment. This is so frustrating. It shouldn't take anyone three days & counting to make an appointment. Also, it wasn't busy when I asked to make an appointment. I was the only one in line.
This hospital is fantastic. Very kind doctors and nurses. Dr Vanessa , Dr Roseanne ,best Dr in the world.
I don't know what people's problems on here are, but I've had nothing but amazing service here. From the blood testing lab to surgery, everyone has been exceptional in making the hospital feel as comforting and safe as possible. People need to realize life doesn't revolve around them..it's a busy hospital in Toronto. You're going to have to wait sometimes, just like any other hospital or walk in clinic.
Had a CT scan and the whole process was extremely smooth and fast. I literally couldn't believe that I arrived at 9 pm for an appointment and was out by 9:10 pm! Granted this is durinf COVID times but wow what an efficient process! The technician was also friendly and explained what was going to happen, so that there were no surprises. Definitely one of the more impressive hospitals I've been into in Toronto.
After multiple referrals and no contact, finally got a call after waiting over three months, but only to answer a few questions and schedule yet another phone interview 2 months later. And after that, now another two months of waiting to finally see a doctor. One hopes that if you're referred here, your problem isn't serious or time sensitive. If it is, you might want to find alternative care. Very disappointed with our ontario health care system as it stands today.
So far only good experience. Easy to navigate, quite organized, clean, WIFI password easy accessible, so makes it nicer to wait :) staff is friendly and very helpful. P.s. Dermatology Center
In some aspects this place is a 3 star, in other ways it’s an absolute 5 star. There is a lot going on here but overall it’s a good Hospital.
I was there today for a pre op appointment. I must have waiting max 5 minutes then was taken in with a nurse for the consultation. She was friendly and lovely. Then I had to wait to see the anesthesiologist who apologized for making me wait!!! Again it was another 5 minutes. My mom was at the western for a pre op today and hers took twice as long since she had to wait 1 hour to see the dr. The anesthesiologist had a great sense of humour and told me he'd provide a professional hand holder for my surgery since I'm a bit nervous around needles. The facilities are newer and beautiful. It was quite a lovely experience
I’ve had only positive experiences here. The staff are nice and the doctors are very knowledgeable. However expect long wait times. I’ve waited over an hour for both my appointments after the given time, and even experienced people who came in after me, going in before me to see the doctor.
Making an appointment is the most painful experience. The switchboard is not clear and the wait time is insane. I was on hold for 20 minutes for the person picked up to transfer me to speak to the nurse. When I got through to the nurse it was the voice mail, hooray. So I called twice and didn't end up making an appointment at all. Update from the experience. Because I was unsure whether my voicemail got through to them, I called again, this time the lady Catherine was very helpful, I shared with her my frustration and she took the initiative to call the nurses who returned my call within 15mins. The lady who returned my call told me that she is fully booked for the day and the information I got given to call to book a same day appointment is incorrect, she said I can squeeze you in but you might have to wait a while because there are three other people who are booked at the same time as you. She did not tell me how long. I agreed to go in at the time she gave me. Went in at time indicated and was seen about 40 mins later, which i can understand because they were busy. The doctor saw me and took care of my appointment and told me the reason for the discrepancies in the information I was given. I can only comment on it from a client perspective that it was confusing and lacking clarity at the appointment booking stage, however I do appreciate that they honored the appointment considering how busy they were and the fact that the doctor did take good care of me and my procedure. Suggestions: communicate the same information so you don't ask your client questions like "Who told you that because it is not true?". Your client just want to be seen and the last thing they want is to deal with your miscommunication issues internally. To comment and say that your colleague told me the wrong information did not give me much confidence. This is the 3rd time I visit the WCH I also want to comment on that some of the admins and nurses there seem to have a lot of attitude, one I came across, she was very judgemental. The doctors all seem nice and reasonable. I think overall my experience with WCH from a medical stand point is good but the administration is poor, something for management to think about.
I went in for day surgery in Urology due to Cancer diagnosis. I am so glad I went to Dr Krakowsky, he, his staff members, nurses, Anethetist, literally every member from the reception, to Covid screener, were all so kind and friendly. I very highly recommend this Hospital. Really a place where I felt like the people actually care, what more could one ever ask for. Thank you WCH.
I have had two major surgeries here and both went really well and the staff was communicative and friendly. The recent renovations are fantastic. Thanks for all you do!
If you go here be prepared to have to wait for a lonnnnnnng time to see a doctor in their Gynaecology department. I had to wait about three hours to see the doctor, and when it was finally my turn my appointment was so rushed and she only saw me for about 5 minutes.
The staff are very friendly. The service is wonderful. If somehow you end up looking for help in this hospital, be assured you will leave their doors satisfied.
Was just on news for refusing UNVAXED treatment. Is that what nursing taught you? Its not and you kmow it. NURSES ARE OPENING UP OWN CLINICS TORONTO OR NOT FAR FROM
I met three Doctors, and dealt with staff members in the “blue team” family division (3rd floor). My doctor’s secretary is really rude, pushy, impatient, very unpleasant, and comes-across as tired and overworked. To my very great surprise, Doctors there (a least some of the younger ones who just got out of med school 4-5 years ago) truly only care for themselves and what they stand for; they don’t truly, genuinely care about the well-being of their patients; they don’t put their patients well-being above their own; at least the two doctors I’ve seen don’t come across as being altruistic as they portray doctors to be. They are just very good at pretending they care. Ive been very disappointed and not let down. At this location, the hypocrite’s oath seems like a more appropriate label than the hippocratic oath.
WCH has a great family practice healthcare centre. Everyone has their own family doctor, but if you need an emergency appointment you can see another doctor who is available day of or next day. They have really great, flexible hours from Monday to Thursday 9-8, Friday 9-5 and Saturday 9-1. The nurses and receptionist are also very friendly and helpful. I would recommend if you live in the downtown core and looking for a family doc!
I waited a month for an appointment and they canceled it twice. Both times I had to wait another month. The last time I finally asked why I had to wait three months for another appointment when they were the ones rescheduling( the doctor was swamped and only worked 1 day a week) the lady on the phone was VERY rude and continued to cut me off, not letting me get a word in, almost SCREAMING over me. Once I asked, is there anyone else I can see, she said no and hung up! Nobody ever followed up with me. I guess when your case load is too full, push people out. “Leader in women’s health” ... if they have the time or energy to tolerate other people in that moment. Not only will I not recommend this hospital I will tell people to avoid it.
Fastest COVID test in Toronto! Got my results in less than 24 hours. THANK YOU!
My power bottom's grandmother was staying here with Covid related symptoms. Thanks to the wonderful staff she was treated with the finest care.
The Headache Clinic is very helpful. Appointments are on time. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Tip: there's a little area for shops and food. There's free WiFi
Pain Clinic; I waited 6 months for an appointment, 2 hours in a tiny room to see the doctor, during the time he finally came in, he walked out twice to take personal cell calls. I know he works at private spas giving Botox injections, so he was taking personal calls during my consultation. He told the resident in training that Loblaws pharmacy gets illegal pain meds from China and India and the only place to get prescriptions filled was downstairs at Rexall...a kick back there? He argued with me that Botox only comes in a certain size, even though I had purchased this product a few months before in a different size, he refused to believe me. I went down to the Rexall and I was right, I went back up to his office and he had to change the prescription. Useless anyway, because I have never been able to make a follow up appointment with this clinic, I even complained to WCH customer service about no one calling me back and they still didn't return my calls. I have left messages and been on hold for half hour at a time, I walked into the the clinic and left a message with the receptionist, and still they have not called me back to make an appointment, this is over three weeks. If they don't call back this week I will go to a private pain clinic. Edit; (seven months now). Honestly I have never dealt with anything so unprofessional as this place. It's a joke, but not a funny one. Tell us all how you can make an appointment for treatment at a pain clinic that doesn't return your calls? How do you justify this lack of treatment? The level of health care in this Province now, is almost non existent. I ended up going to a private pain clinic and was treated the very same day!
I've been to a few walk-in clinics in past years and I've always been seen within an hour or so. This was the LONGEST wait at a walk-in clinic ever. I would never recommend this place to anyone. AVOID!!! This place was recommended to me when I called TeleHealth Ontario asking for the nearest walk-in clinic to me. It was around 5pm on a Sunday so most were closed. I questioned the recommendation because of the name of the clinic "urgent care"... I didn't need an emergency room or hospital, I just had a bad cold for more than a few days and over the counter meds weren't helping. I was assured that it's fine, so I went. The staff at reception were friendly enough and a nurse asked a bunch of regular questions about my symptoms, measured heart-rate, etc. and then told me that it will e a while. The waiting room was pretty empty (2 or 3 people) so I wasn't too worried, plus there was a TV. After 20 minutes, I was moved to an empty waiting room. No TV, just a big clock, but that's ok (I didn't come to watch TV, I came to see a doctor). Over the next hour and a half, I sat there watching and listening to the nursing staff chat. They talked about which clinic patients they're moving to which room, the last episode of The Biggest Loser, where to get good deals on scrubs, how one patient is wearing too much make-up, how there's too many of them (nurses) because of double-booking in case someone calls in sick and jokes about how to look busy in case someone specific walked by... They were obviously bored and clearly struggling to look busy in front of patients. I watched them move people from the main waiting room into smaller waiting rooms... one person went back and forth 2 or 3 times. There was a nurse walking around asking all the other nurses if they know where a patient named Hillary is and no one did. She called out the name in the main waiting room, then came back to the other nurses, chatted for 5 minutes and then walked around "with urgency" in the main waiting room and then came back to chat with other nurses. I eventually stopped this nurse and told her that the patient she's looking for is 4 doors down from me, where I watched that exact nurse take said patient 20 minutes ago!!! It's like they totally forget about people. I was shocked with how things seemed to be running. The funny thing is, they have a big sign in the main waiting room saying that "unless otherwise told by a triage nurse, a doctor will see you before midnight". I asked a nurse about that and she chucked and said that the sign isn't really true... because patients often wait well past midnight!! She wasn't kidding. Anyway, after 20 minutes of waiting in the 1st waiting room and 1.5 hours of waiting in the 2nd one (during which many nurses passed by and no one said anything to me), I finally started getting restless when I noticed that while people were being MOVED AROUND, I didn't actually see any people leave. I eventually asked the large group of nurses how many people were ahead of me. They said 8. I asked how long that would take. They said a few hours. I told them that I've been there for just under 2 hours already. They told me not to worry and that I'm on the list. I asked them if it would be 1-2 hours, 2-3 hour or more than 3, and they said 2-3. I was SHOCKED. I asked how many doctors were on staff they said ONE. So I told them that I'm going to have to bail and left. It angers me to know that my OHIP card was swiped and that they'll be getting money from the government for my visit even though I never actually got to see a doctor.
Both my mother and I were born at this hospital. I have attended the Henrietta Banting Breast Centre within this hospital for many years and have found the staff and volunteers throughout the hospital to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Wait times for tests such as mammograms and ultrasounds have been excessive at times but I find the excellent level of quality care that I have received here to be well worth the wait so I just bring a book or craft project to keep myself occupied.
Very horrible experience, discrimination and lies, very limited in what I can say publicly as this works it's way through the legal system. Needless to say, I will never be returning to Emery Potter, Yonah Krakowsky, Nolan Blodgett, nor Women's College Hospital and advise everyone to avoid.
I had my son here. He was born with a difficult heart condition. It was hard for him to gain weight but the nurses at the hospital helped me both learn to breastfeed and also prevent my son from developing jaundice by integrating formula into a feeding routine that met both our needs (my sons and mine). I made a personal attachment with my nurses and found their knowledge and bedside manner to be wonderful. I also toom a prenatal class witbin the hospital and learned much.
Very clean and nice color painted hospital that you can feel better. Staff of Dr. Joseph at registration are professional and helpful. Dr. Arvin was very helpful to me explain my skin concerns
I have the( BRCA-1 GENE)(same as Angelina Jolie) needed double mastectomy with reconstruction latter on)This was a very difficult desicion to make but also I know it would save my life. I Received Excellent Services! From RECEPTIONISTS to DOCTORS, SURGEON'S and their TEAM! Everyone VERY NICE & VERY SYMPATHETIC towards patients and our families! Very Happy I decided to came here!
The minute I walked in, everyone involved followed proper COVID procedures. They vet you by providing a new fresh mask, asking questions, as well as asking you to sanitize your hands with their sanitation stations. The actual procedure/appointment I was here for went completely flawless. The ladies who assisted me were angels. Incredibly friendly, easy to speak to, helped ease my anxiety consistently, and made sure to answer any hesitation or question I had. They were professional, followed COVID protocols, and were just so nice. Thank you Ms. Warden and to your assistant. I am so grateful for the kindness and patience you extended to me today.
If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. I was originally supposed to have hip surgery September 24th and that got changed to October 1st. I had a pre op and post op appointment set up. At my pre op appointment I mentioned that I cannot take percocets, it was written down. My surgery got changed 2 MORE TIMES because they kept scheduling wrong. Not one apology was made to me by the team. I had to speak to a woman from a different department to be told why I was given 3 surgery dates and she was the one that apolgoised to me. She wrote in my file not to move me anymore unless the surgeon had a family emergency. Low and behold it was changed again to yesterday. The surgeon called me personally after the 3rd change to my 4th surgery date to tell me that he had no idea I had been moved so many times and that he promised I would not get moved again. I then had to argue to get a note from the surgeon prior to my surgery date to give into work saying I would be off for 6 weeks.Their policy was to give it on the day of surgery and I told them that would not work with my employers. After that fight it was sent to me. Anyways, had my surgery yesterday, the surgery went well, however, they had given me percocets at the hospital. I spent 3-4 hours puking last night starting from when I came home from the hospital. They also gave me a percocet based pain killer as my prescription. My mother called the hospital this morning and the woman said she would get the surgeon to call her back to prescribe a different pain med. He didnt call until my mom called the hospital 2 more times today to complain. The surgeon finally called back, and explained that he was never told that I couldn't have percocets as it was not in my file. He tried to prescribe me another medication that I am allergic to and that one IS in my file. Finally got proper pain meds. I was without any pain relief for nearly 24 hours post surgery. The way that this hospital has handled me in the last 3 months is appalling. The lack of competence, coordination, and communication within the team is astounding and I do not understand how they think this kind of treatment is alright. I would never recommend this hospital and will be doing everything I can to stay away from Women's College Hospital in the future.
I gotta thank the staff here at women’s college. They made the process of getting a COVID test easy. I was out of there in less than ten minutes and I got my results in less than 24 hours! You all are the true heroes!
Safe place COVID-19 protocol is followed to the point. They make you feel safe. Very clean and as always excellent service.
Irresponsible and disrespectful! Lowkey I wouldn't have given them a one star... Dr. Zenlea is probably the worst GI doctor that I have encountered and she does not even have the slightest clue in what medications I am on or an inkling of care in what I am going through! I told her that I was feeling gassy and stressed at times during university examinations and all she said was to take the probiotic called Align which I have been taking for the past 2 years. This just shows how unaware she is of patients medical history. I asked her at my recent appointment to fill out a medical certificate assigned by University of Toronto that I need extra time on examinations to go to the washroom and take medication and she spazed out and filled out the form in the most unprofessional way and wrote to my family doctor that I do not need any accommodations. On top of that when I asked her to renew my prescription medication she did it in the most sassiest way possible! I definitely do not recommend her to anyone. Doctors need to realize that just wearing fancy clothes and looking the part doesn't mean they're entitled to use their first person authority against patients this way.
I was treated well..the Nurses and Doctor was very patient and answered my questions and addressed my concerns. Overall a very good experience.
The hospital staff (i.e. doctors and nurses) are all very nice ad pleasant to deal with but the reception and admin staff are absolutely impossible. If you want to book an appointment be prepared to wait 30+ minutes on hold just to get in contact with someone. Calls are never returned and overall a complete inconvenience.
Every appointment I have here is about 45 minutes behind schedule, but the quality of my endocrinologist has been so so amazing that it makes up for any delay.
Not familiar with other departments within this establishment, however, the dermatology sector booked my appointment in October for 3 months ahead in January for a simple consultation. They cancelled my appointment, and insisted it was for November, than tried to book another appointment 2 months from now in March. Totally unreliable, terrible customer service, do yourself a favour and find another dermatology clinic.
Incredibly helpful and cheery service, with excellent medical care across the board. Physicians and nurses are knowledgeable and kind. I'm so glad to have a place like this so close.
It really hurts me to give 1 star in my review of WCH as I had a great service before. But I have to be honest ! Hopefully the service may be improved. Today I waited for more than 2 hours for an X-ray while people who came before me were served ?!?!? It looks like they do not know how to mange their service anymore !!
Amazing staff, friendly service and my covid-19 test was very quick in and out.
I have been trying to get my medical imaging on a cd for the past couple of days. I have been transferred to nearly every single department. Its insane how an option i was given in regards to viewing my medical images is being denied to me so carelessly.
Thank you to each and every one of you!
oncronology department is horrible. They asked me to come at 9.30am and doctor called me at 11.30am! Their service is too slow, I dont wanna wait for 2 hours to see a doctor. If their service is slow then they could have given me an appointment at 11.30am! They should improve their service or close that department. Its so stressful waiting to see a doctor for 2 hours.
This is a teaching hospital so odds your getting a med student along with an md briefly overseeing. Once a good hospital for women.
The service sucks, showed up 15 minutes before my appointment and still waited over an hour before seing the doctor. Idk what’s the point of even having an appointment time, very frustrating process. DO BETTER
I tried to reach endocrinology department and left multiple voicemails. But I have not got any response still. It’s been more than 6 months since I got an appointment scheduled with the doctor. They don’t care to follow up with their patients and ensure they are on their right medication and dosage. They have not bothered to give me a call back despite the repeated voicemails. Frustrating and disoriented hospital service that I have ever seen.
No wait accurate analysis. Went 2x for imaging great treatment. New facilities. MRI. Excellent ambulatory care hospital. Excellent imaging and x-ray area. Very good staff.
My experience with Tanis was great she was extremely warm, she has such a beautiful personality she gives you the feeling of comfort as a friend would. It's nurses like her are a true example of how nurses should be #nurses#like#Tanis
My wife had a scheduled appt , at 10 AM, at the wound care clinic, Dr Alvia, which had been, called, prior, as they normally do, and confirmed by us too, surprisingly , on the day, I have been waiting in the room for my turn to be called, I lost my patience, at 11am, and that is when I asked the reception, on the status, they said, the Dr is not here, and that she is expected after 1PM, and they can reschedule us, if we do not want to wait. I had to go to my work, as I only had up to 12noon, time. I went there, driving all the way from woodbridge, spending half a day, without seeing the doctor, So disappointed with their unprofessional approach towards the patients
Overall they're great. But there's one receptionist in particular that never listens and talks over you, very frustrating to deal with. Considering that they're the point of contact to the actual doctor, makes the experience of booking anything almost impossible with her.
I was having to wait 14-18 months for a London (consult only) when I found and contacted Dr.Theo. I was in to Mount Sinai Hospital in two weeks for the consult, and operated on for a torn miniscus 3 weeks later(yesterday). The Women's College Hospital facilities and staff were fantastic and the Dr. Theo service and work second to none.. Dr. Theo, you and your team are outstanding. Thank you.
Did my very first Covid test here in the morning and my result was online in the afternoon. The doctor was super nice and professional. I was way less nervous because of him. Overall very happy with my experience there.
Iwas transferres from Northern Ontario; had an emergency c-section. My daughter was born at 29 weeks at 2lbs 2oz. The staff was awesome at making me feel at home. Thank you!
I was at the COVID Assessment Centre last week and I was helped by Rebecca Keigh. After having a very bad week, I was very nervous about the test, and this kind and lovely woman (Rebecca Keigh) made me feel very comfortable and answered all …
Staff in my experience have been super friendly. There was only one time my wait time was longer than necessary. Other than that, no issues.
This hospital is more concerned about & focused on teaching then it is about its patients, this hospital makes me feel like a commodity not a patient, thankfully one last appointment and done, will not return until they resume the practise that the reason they exist is because of patients in need of medical expertise not as tools for their students.
Incredible facility. I needed Diagnostic Imaging, the requisition was faxed to them and two days later they booked me for a same day appt. The staff were friendly and very informative. I didn't wait at all, my appt was at 1pm, I was in at 1:10pm. The original requisition went into Toronto General, when I called the DI department they told me that faxes take 5 days to process and that they were booking over a month out. The technician at WCH said that the DI is read by a Radiologist in the UHN, *so you are getting the same pool of "readers" if you go to WCH, or Mount Sinai, or TGH. I HIGHLY recommend Women's College Hospital, I had never used their services before; exceptional care!
reception admin on 3rd floor at Bay Centre couldn't get my first name right after multiple attempts - to boot when i was called in they mixed me up with another patient! I was waiting in the wrong room and wrong section! the d
Horrible experience. Specially AFIB unit.
Initially my experience at WCH was not great, because of the wait time, but when I met Ina Radziunas that made up for everything, she is the most wonderful nurse I ever met, she explains everything in detail, she is very caring and gentle, the way a nurse aught to be. The hospitals need more nurses like Ina Radziunas she made up for the whole hospital. Also, if you are looking for a good rheumatologist, Dr J. Hockman at WCH is the way to go.
Amazing experience from parking to wait times and cleanliness of the place. Beyond expectations. Everything is well though of and in order.
It's very nice doctor's and nurses here. So far so good I have not meat a nurse or doctor that is not rude at the hospital. I have rude nurses and doctors at other hospitals.
I was born in this hospital. It was a barry pleasant experience butnmy mom kept yelling and my dad kept crying. Overall, I would definitely get born here again. China #1
The nurses, doctors, and counseler that I had for my time here we’re all amazing and so kind. The hospital it’s self is really nicely designed and very clean. The receptionists on the other hand have so much attitude, are quite judgey and I was really unimpressed with them. Never EVER try to call there because they will never answer the phones. I had to keep going into the hospital if I wanted to book/change my appointment or talk to anyone. I left a message one day and someone finally got back to me a WEEK later, after I had already been in for my appointment. You would think that for a hospital they would be more on top of phone calls. This needs to be addressed and fixed. I hope I never have to go back here.
This Hospital is a great institution. Caring, clean, friendly and state of the art. Thank you for everything you do.
Didn’t have a good visit here at aacu. The doctor just brushed me off based on a undiagnosed syndrome and didn’t bother running any tests. In the states age is not a determining factor in someone’s treatment. But of course if a doctor does something wrong here and results in the death of a patient they don’t face the same repercussions as in the states.
I recommend the Crossroads Clinic to refugee claimants, especially since there is limited health accommodations with IFHP. The doctors, nurses and staff go over and beyond to provide health referrals, resources and support. I feel so much healthier
I recently had day surgery at WCH. I was delighted to see the level of care and compassion shown by everyone I encountered. Right from the Admissions desk to the Anesthesiologist to the surgical team, everyone was phenomenal. Even the volunteers were gracious in keeping my girlfriend up to date on information and progress. Humanity was restored by WCH for me that day. I was not simply a number in the system, I was a human that needed to feel safe. To all the staff that helped in that process, I sincerely thank you. I highly recommend WCH for the highest level of care.
Dr. Myers is an excellent listener and consultant. Also he is very knowledgeable and polite. I am very pleased with his care.
i really have a special connection with this hospital because it is where i was born and it made a nice young man!
Truly the most rude hospital staff I have ever encountered. What an absolute embarrassment to Ontario.
Dr Thomas and Nurse Kerene provide the highest standard of care I've ever received. Thank you both.
Excellent staff - doctors and nurses. They provide very clear explanations and are very friendly. Facility is extremely clean.
Thank you Dr. Armstrong and all the staff here for making my top surgery dreams come true!!! Super caring, helpful, respectful, knowledgeable and understanding staff through the whole process - great follow up care as well. I couldn’t have asked for for anything more! Would highly recommend this place for any lgbt+ folks looking for TRS (Trans related surgery)
Amazing service to the city. Staff, nurses, and doctors at the AACU are professional and go above and beyond. They care about their patients.
Worse hospital a teaching hospital for sure don't believe pain when it's been diagnosed and take people off any opiates they are on but no therapy no follow up just remove them off meds a new dr just out of school no pain experience did rhis to my common law partner stay away from this place if you have pain
I had my first operation today at this hospital and I couldn’t be anymore pleased with their staff. Everyone was so nice and they made me feel really comfortable. I went in very anxious and expecting everything to be dull, get in do the surgery and get out. But they were all very kind and even tried to make me laugh. The only issue I had was the wait time. I had an appointment at 7:30 and ended up going in around 9:45 while others who came after me went ahead. Waiting that long just made me even more anxious than necessary. Other than that, the staff was very nice.
Fantastic service, doctors are efficient and genuinely care about patients. Great online system to follow up on your medical file. I did find though that some staff were very condescending and judgemental...
I had gone for abortion counselling. Instead of leaving it to our choice they convince us to go ahead with abortion . Which is why I felt abortion is nothing wrong and I lost my angel baby because of these nurses and staffs. Money minded for each and every treatment they perform !
Doctors and nursing staff in the Bay Centre for Birth Control are top-notch. I came here two years ago for a birth control consultation and I was met with patience, education and kindness. At my next appointment I had my IUD inserted without issue, and with a lot of support from my doctor and nurse. On my most recent visit, I was told that I had come a day early for my appointment, which I was quite sure that I had come at the time/date that I was told to come for on the phone. Luckily for me, since it was just a routine check-up, the doctor was able to see me last minute. I would highly recommend double checking your appointment before travelling to the hospital. I’ve also noticed that is quite difficult to get a hold of reception over the phone. Try at different times during the day if you cannot get ahold of anyone!
I had an appointment at the MOHs clinic today. Check in was seamless, very helpful staff. The staff at the MOHs clinic very professional.
My mother was sent to the acute ambulatory care unit for a new diagnosis of cancer. We were devastated and needed compassion and support at this very difficult time. Instead, we were met with staff who were rude, dismissive, cold, and lacking in empathy. On one of our appointments, we waited for more than 2 hours to be seen. We were just left in the room with no one to tell us what was going on. Finally, a doctor came in, spoke to us to 5 minutes, giving us information we already knew, and sent us on our way. It's a gleaming new facility but the service and staff are as cold and hard as the hospitals' bare walls and floors. If only the staff could place their feet in the patients' shoes and treat them as they would their own loved ones.
Always had a good experience here. Wait time could be long but doctors, nurses, and staff are super friendly and professional.
UNBELIEVABLE CARE from the Entrance to the Exit!!! Everybody is very helpful, kind, patient, friendly, knowledgable. I had an operation on Tuesday and AM grateful to all the staff from THE doctors, TO THE nurses and helpers for THEIR Outstanding work!
my parents went to WCH yesterday for COVID19 test for travelling purposes. The swap was done around 12:00 PM and I received the result at 7:00 AM the following day, Thank you! All the hospital front line workers & doctors. The service you provided is excellent! They understand that we need the result within 48 hrs and they rushed the test for us. The booking system is very precise. The doctor over the phone is very nice! Thanks again!
I was hurt while on a bicycle when car door opened on me. The door struck my thigh and luckily a Toronto Motorcycle officer witnessed the accident. Since my thigh was swelling and I could not afford an ambulance, he advised me to go to the nearest hospital which was Women's College Hospital. This was around 1988 but I was DECLINED at emergency and was instructed that since I was a man, and it wasn't a serious nature that I was to GO to another hospital. I then rode to the Doctor's hospital. You have to understand that back them, it was legal to DISCRIMINATE against certain groups. I did contact my MPP but was told that it was legal due to what men did to women!!! Thank you for getting back to my review but back then it was politically correct to discriminate against men. Glad the populace had evolved.
Excellent. Went for COVID test in June and again in September. No symptoms but needed proof of negative to visit elderly relatives. In both cases I completed on-line registration. Next morning a Doctor called and did an assessment and pre-screening over the phone and sent me a link to the WHC MyHealth site so I can check for my results. Super helpful and informative. Given a number to present in the fast-track lane at WCH on Grenville. Two lines waiting for test. One the fast track and the other a walk-in. Both moving quickly and efficiently. Obviously fast track is faster. In and out in less than one hour on both occasions although busier in September. Caring and thorough and respectful staff and safe COVID protocol. Received an email 24 hours later to advise result has been posted on WCH MyHealth. At that time I was pretty sure it was negative because was told they would phone if it was positive. Thank you front line workers at WCH. So grateful for the care and reassurance at this time of uncertainty. Thank you Thank you
This hospital set the bar. From initial appointment on fourth floor clinic to the outstanding surgical team, IT WAS AMAZING. Bravo to the entire team. Special thanks to Dr.Parks. The best!
The lineup for the COVID test is not that bad. The only thing I don't get is the security guy will ask you to take off your mask and give you a new one, and it doesn't matter you wear a brand new one or not. I didn't t feel safer to wear their new mask when I took off mine, and people were coughing even with their masks. Remember, this is the lineup for COVID tests...
Terrible experience at my most recent appointment. I've been waiting for over 2 hours to be seen by my doctor. Paitents who have had appointments booked after my time slot have been seen before me. When I go to ask how much longer the reception staff are pleasant but don't really know much about wait times. My advice for future paitents at the dermatology clinic be prepared for a lengthy wait time.
Almost every appointment I have ever had with the family practice has been at least 45 minutes late. Defeats the purpose of having an appointment. If you have a schedule or anything else to do during your day make sure you allow plenty of extra time to waste sitting in the waiting room or to calm down after becoming infuriated at waiting for an appointment that only you seem to care to keep.
When I got an appointment within a month from referral, both my GP and I were surprised and happy. Then they postponed the appointment for another 3 months. So after 4 month they final gave me a phone call appointment in Spring. Since spring, my GP and I have been waiting for them to send the report and next steps to my GP. I have followed up and called them 2 months ago, they said they would send it right away but still no news from that! The most disorganized place ever!
(Note: I’m not a patient, I am family of a patient) Beautiful, modern facility with great staff. It’s wonderful that they are so involved in increasing recognition of (and reducing) the gender health gap. Wait times can be long but hey, in Canada it’s unpatriotic not to wait for a doctor.
Terrible reception. Unhelpful and kept repeating the same thing over and over again without directing me to someone who could help or providing any guidance.
Horrible ultrasound service. Refuse to book any obstetrical scans within the actual recommended time frames, insisting everything be done at least 2 weeks later than indicated (despite potentially missing important windows for NT screening, etc). They also have no problems canceling appointments on short notice. I get the sense they don’t want to be doing OB ultrasound at all. I’d rather go somewhere that actually takes pride in their work instead of trying to avoid it.
Amazing staff in the SADVACC program helped me after a traumatic sexual assault and supported me through email for months after even when I left toronto. Forever thankful to them..
For such an expensive looking place they have the most ignorant incompetent rude staff in ANY industry I have ever met. I get that the real doctors and nurses are busy but these admin staff I.e. glorified receptionist make sure that they will not and do not want to help you. Only 5 patients in the waiting room of a WHOLE floor with at least as I count 11 of these glorified receptionists and they behave so aggressive and get mad at you when you ask for assistance. I even saw them laugh at a patients face when she asked a question. Why act like this? One simple question takes 30 seconds to answer but they’ll spend the next two minutes lecturing u cuz u interrupted them chatting and talking gossip to each other. Please do not go here if you can avoid it. Can you imagine the salary of these people. The millions of dollars during fundraising that trickles down to these monsters?? Why be in such an irritated mood when you’re getting paid top dollars to not do anything all day but gossip with your coworkers? I read some of these negative reviews and I though no maybe it’s inflated but wow they’re right on the dot. Horrible ! The only thing nice here is that it’s a clean modern looking place. They should just demolish this and turn it into a condo.
If you can find another place for your services, I would highly suggest you do so.. especially if you are going to have to drive multiple hours to get to their location. They have absolutely no respect or care for patients.
Got a referral to see a couple of doctors here. Dermatology and rheumatology. Friendly staff and very clean place. Had buttons to open doors so you didn’t have to use your hands. Can navigate the hospital easily with written signs and maps, excellent. Parking was easy too. You can also access your reports and appointments online for free, love it!
I walked in and tried to book an appointment for a consultation and the people here are incredibly rude when assisting me. I called another time and another women was helping me out and, yet again, she was rude to me. I always politely asked them my questions and explain my situation and they act disrespectful and judgemental. They’re not informative as to what I need to know and don’t care to provide polite customer service to make me feel comfortable. Now I’m afraid to go there for my appointment due to their unwelcoming and intimidating nature. Thanks.
The nurse I had was actually very friendly, but the doctor was horrible and could not have cared less about helping me. Literally walked away from me while I was still asking questions. Perhaps just had a bad doctor, but I am so disappointed by my visit.
Everything work for me today, came 1/2 hour before appointment get my parking spot underground no problem. Registration 5min and called to doctor on time. Can't be better.
My son (6 y.o.) got sick on Dec 24th - high fever. He was at the camp before. Lots of contacts. We went to the Covid assessment centre on Dec 25th to get a saliva kit. Rebecca Keigh refused to give us a saliva kit (saliva collection is done by a child!). She is like a robot gave me a speech - that we are not the only one, turn around and left. Shame on you Rebecca and Women's College! You do not care neither about kids nor Covid spread! You could give us a kit. That's why the numbers are so high. If the medical professionals behave like that maybe all this Covid circus done on purpose?? Also Women's College test booking systems is a hoax - it says "we are experiencing a high voulume and so on,.more appointments will be available at 12 am!!" Really? I tried it at midnight. There is none!! Shame!
one of the best services levels you can get from hospital and their professionals.
I needed information about PCR Covid test for travel. The hospital aide outside (Jerome) answered all my questions in a friendly, helpful way - and provided excellent suggestions to make my life easier. Thank you WCH!
I needed to do a covid test and the process was very rapid. I made my appointment online and attended my session. There was sufficient signage at the building, the staff were professional, the service was quick and as promised, I recieved my results online within 12 hours. 10 stars ????
What a great experience. I went in for a head CT and from the ease of parking, to the fantastic screening staff to the marvoulous Imaging department. My appointment flowed with incredible ease. I had never been to this particular hospital before but wow was I ever impressed. Great job.
This is my first experience at a hôspital in Canada. I went in for a simple procedure with dr bhatia (pain management) and everyone from the info desk to the nurses and physicians is thorough, kind and im so impressed. Thanks to everyone’s efforts!
so I waited for Doctor Karen Wong over an hour because an emergency situation happened with another patient. I was patient. but for her to be so cold when you ask her any questions? No empathy whatsoever. I am disgusted by Doctor Karen Wong. very cold and impatient just want to do a quick diagnoses and send you off with wrong medication. I am utterly disgusted as I am upset!
Very friendly and patient staff. Nice environment. Free Wifi access. Food court & others shops inside.
Went in for a COVID test after developing some mild symptoms. Extremely well organized and kind staff. Was in and out in less than an hour. Their online back end for getting results is simple and user friendly. Would give them 10 stars if I could. These front line workers are owed a debt of gratitude that can never be paid. Heroes all of them.
New and inclusive hospital. LGBTQ+ friendly and accommodating. I recently had my surgery and it was an amazing experience as the staff treated me with such compassion and respect. Best hospital experience ever!
Very professional and caring staff. Excellent service . I had surgery and this people are amazing. Thank you to all OR team .
I would like to express my greatest appreciation to all employees of Women's College Hospital, where I recently underwent a series of tests ranging from mammography, breast ultrasound, breast biopsy and MRI. All doctors, technicians and staff were outstanding. The radiologist was amazing (I think her name is Meghan). Her skills performing biopsies are extraordinary. Carol, who performed the MRI for me, is not only the most competent, qualified expert in what she does, but also an incredibly caring and patient-focused technician. Her calm attitude, patience and expertise allowed me to get through the test much easier. Thank you to all employees; doctors, technicians and management of WCH for having the highest quality staff and providing world-class services.
Surgery with Dr. Isobel went great. Covid screening at both entrances.
Excellent, clean facility with extremely diverse services. I have been here several times and have had fast wait times, professional and friendly, caring service. The hospital is clean and easily navigable. The new online health records make accessing your information, test results, referrals very simple, fast and easy.
How can such a simple thing as making an appointment with a gynecologist become such a lengthy process??? Hospital staff is not knowledgeable. It is nightmare to have to deal with them over the phone!
Im not sure why they got so many bad reviews but I personally didn't see much of an issue with this hospital none of the receptionist I've dealt with were rude at all and the nurses we're fine I didn't see what others were speaking about the nurses and doctors I had were nice and informed me of what was happening I have no complaints at all the only con is the long wait times but you get that anywhere you go I honestly don't see anything wrong with this hospital (im refering to the bay center as I only dealt with them) if your having second thoughts I'd say put your worries aside the nurses and doctors (mostly female) were good and kind would recommend
My wife who is patient of Dr. Michelle Jacobson, had terrible experience dealing with them especially receptionist. Dr twice prescribed a mediation that is out of stock in entire ontario. Every time I or the pharmacist had to call to change. After second change, the pharmacist tells that Dr forgot to give dosage instructions so now waiting on that. When my wife had to call the receptionist Monday morning 8am to request medication change because it was out of stock, the “lazy” receptionist said that we were giving her lot of work and that it wasn’t patient responsibility to call but pharmacist should !! Wow, so if the pharmacist and physician staff both behave “lazy”, should the patient just wait and suffer !!!!!
Since they combined all the clinics together in one location, things have been nothing but headache and long waiting times for even the simplest thing. For example, bay clinic used to have their own pharmacy store. Get in, see the doctor, get your drugs and out the door you go. Now we have to go through rexall and it's a minimum waiting time of 15mins just for them to put your "order" in the system so you can your meds! On top of that, the pharmacists there are rude and have no sense of customer service. Unreal.
