If you want to go to this hospital I hope you have all day. Not pointing fingers because I really don't know who is to blame but didn't see much urgency from the doc. 7 hours for a negative x-ray.... should have just walked it off.

Was seen today within an hour. All the staff were really great and working together to move patients through quickly. I was seen by Dr.Tamale, he was really friendly and caring. Hospital staff deal with a lot of stress and often the doctors that you see are on call taking time away from their families to see you. Don't be deterred by the negative postings here, these are great people trying to do the best by their patients.

DO NOT GO HERE. Absolutely the biggest waste of time. Went in there at 6pm, waited until 9pm to be seen by doctor and then to not have any tests run at all. Went to different hospital and multiple tests were taken right away and was diagnosed. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.

WASTE of TIME. Don't bother going here. I grew up in hagersville and have had to come many times. Now as an adult, I Avoid this hospital At ALL COSTS. They don't give any more advice than you could drum up on your own. There's no urgency in the emerge as the doctors are on the upper levels. They stereotype and refuse when asking for help. Always an overall infuriating and disappointing experience ????

My mother is in WHGH and some of the worst care I have heard of! She is routinely neglected and waiting for help regularly! Meals come cold 40% of the time(supposed to be hot) and if my family wasn't there to help her it would be a disaster! With all the things going on in hospitals right now you would think they would prioritize a senior ...but not at WHGH it seems! You have succeeded in demoralizing a strong ,independent woman!

I was very impressed when I went to emerg. I was there a half an hour, and was triaged, seen by the doctor and had x rays. Within less than an hour and half, I was tensor bandaged and on my way home. The nurses I had were super sweet, kind and caring.

I went in for a ultrasound and waited. There was no one around. This hospital is by far the worst unorganized hospital I’ve ever been to. There’s absolutely nobody around no other patients. The staff that I did see had no clue what was going on. This was my second time going and last time. Save your time go to Hamilton or Brantford. They are busy hospitals but at least there’s someone there to give you answers.

Arrived at 3pm on Wednesday June 30th, experience constant severe upper abdominal pain. Went through the usual long wait times, which is to be expected at any hospital. When I was finally seen by the doctor at around 7, he was rude and did not believe I was experience any pain, only because I wasn't screaming in pain. He basically just argued with me, said he was going to discharge me and give me a shot for the pain. Said they would call when there was a time available for an ultrasound. Nurse gave me the shot, which did nothing, said she would be back to check in 20 min. 2 1/2 hours later, no one was around. I signed myself out, called my daughter to take me to St Joe's. Just got home from surgery, had my gallbladder removed. Wouldn't wish that pain on anyone. This morning, I got the call from Hagersville to go in for the ultrasound. I would not have been able to tolerate that pain for 2 days. Wish I'd kept the name of the doctor, as he was so rude!! Do nor go to Hagersville hospital.

This place is an absolute joke. The nursing staff are all miserable and completely disrespectful. The doctors have 0 idea whats going on and don't care about their patients. This place should be torn down so people stop wasting there time and can go get the help they need somewhere else.

The nurses were really nice, I was taken seriously & didn't wait too long. The doctor was a bit… odd but could be worse I guess. No ultrasound, it's pretty much an urgent care clinic.

Went to Emerg on Jul 29th due to possible ear infection & cold.Because symptoms similar to COVID, Covid test must be done..(I am fully vaccinated). Brought to a "clean" room, test done, over 4 hrs later, no one came, left hospital. Still waiting 4 results & callbacks. Terrible service.

Even on a slow night, the wait time was exorbitant! Might as well have driven into Hamilton. Nurses are watching movies on phones/tablets and eating chips as the one doctor is trying to race around and see everyone. I understand that the doctor needs to be the one to see the patients but help him by actually assisting. I watched more than one patient get up to leave because it was taking too long, to only then be told your next. This hospital needs more staff forsure!

Had a misscarriage on Feb 6. ER doctor was very insensitive, curt and seemed annoyed at my questions. Was sent home with no after care instructions and had I not asked I would not have got a note for time off. Not so much as a "Im sorry for your loss". I wish I could rate it 0 stars. Very dissapointing.

Sleeping in the middle of a shift like really? Waited an hour before I said anything but since we were the only ones in the emergency department I felt it necessary to speak up while my son is choking we’re stuck in a covid room…when I said something a different nurse we haven’t laid eyes on the entire time said you’ve been here a half hour I said I know when I got here 220am now 340am I’m not speaking with you I’m speaking to the nurse who keeps apologizing for a doctor who’s sleeping in the middle of his shift and neglecting my 4 year old son he’s on the clock time to wake up and do your job I think we’re still waiting…definitely reporting this hospital and the doctor when I find out who he is

Just so u workers here know when u call c.a.s. or the police it is not confidential because u are working. Dr phillips knew i was heading to mcmac as she did not do enough probable due to short staffing and when i left i asked to have my file faxed over she did and decided to call police who called c.a.s. for child endangerment she cant say she didnt because officer Carter told me the hospital called and ryan waugh was the one who also took my call when i called for help since i was not offered an ambulance .then when i said ive waited long enough im going it was seen as child endangerment for driving myself and not getting an ambulance.....what a miserable dr. C.a.s. closed the case they have heard from her before many times......what a fool also Alison said she would not tell me who called but i was thankful she was honest to admit it was her employee's. I also had a mis carage at 22 weeks my water broke i came here april29th and without registering was told we have nothing for you here to help that baby keep going but my son wasnt born then so no child endangerment noted ......right. So so upset with my last few visits. When i used to say how amazing they were. Staff must have changed in the past year
