Horrible. I literally am waiting 7 hours to see a doctor for 3 minutes. Nurse refused to administer Advil. Staff are angry and rude. I now remember why I drive to Ottawa when I need real medical attention.

Horrible waiting time. 6hrs even though they don't seems busy that day. we ended up on driving home to Mississauga for my son be treated with his broken nose.

Not a big Fan of the peditrictian will only allows us to try 2 types of medication for my boys that isnt working for one of them but wont discuss trying something else. Missed a appointment by accident not on purpose life gets busy and now they are taking it out on my kids and not allowing refills till we see the doctor in a month so my poor kids have to go without take it out on me not my children and also dont lie and say you will fill it and then tell the drugstore you wont allow it. Receptionist has seemed rude at times with me so I unfortunately do not reccomend but I'm sure she could help others so hope shes the best fit for you. The rest of the hospital is great staff is friendly and nice.

My dad was hit by a car, I was here almost immediately, I understand needing time to transfer and all that but I wasn't even able to see him and I waited 3 hours. Secretary refered me to a nurse, who in turn told me they'd keep me updated (she never did) and all my updates about my dad come from him via text! Absolutely ridiculous, this isn't care, cause no one here does, just another paycheque for these people.

The staff are amazing, helpful, caring, welcoming, and professional. The parking is affordable and easy to use, the doctor's truly care about every patient they see. It's truly the best hospital I have ever been to, I ALWAYS ask to be referred to Renfrew for testing.

Unless this emerge see's the issue they do nothing more the pump you full of drugs send you on your way with a "well come back if it gets worse", like that now, like that 10 years ago.

As someone with a complicated medical profile my numerous interactions with the emerg department have all been exemplary. The staff is friendly and sympathetic, the nurses are helpful and the doctors have had some of the best bedside manners I've ever experienced. Edit times are short... especially compared to living in the GTA. parking is cheap too.

Needs to improve their speed! I know some patients need first priority care but having to sit there for 4-5 hours waiting to see a doctor for less than 10 mins is very outrageous!

It is sad how a hospital can use covid as a reason to stop family members from visiting dying members of there family. This hospital has no comparison for human life. They would rather people suffer alone. They don't even let sole caregivers in. Correct me if i am wrong.

Worst hospital in the county period unacceptable wait times no one in er and still 6 hours plus wait time the staff seem more concerned about eating their lunch

I have had two visits in 6 months to Emerg at RVH. Both times were excellent experiences beginning at prelininary registration, then to triage nurse and then physician. Wait times, from arrival until departure, on both visits were less than 75 minutes...pretty outstanding in this day and age! Great patient care and service! Thanks.

Under staffed every time we come here. My 2 year old daughter was having a reaction to something that was causing great discomfort. My wife and I had to rush her to a real hospital in Ottawa so she could actually be seen. Poor poor wast of time and money at this hospital.

In my opinion this is the best hospital I have ever dealt with. The staff is amazingly caring and very efficient. Had a partial mastectomy done and it was a good experience with the staff and doctors

Staff is exceptional. Very fast outpatient department. Cafeteria food is amazing. I travel 45 minutes to go to RVH just because of wait time and staff and doctors professionalism and careing attitude.

I did a cardio stress test there. Not impressed at all. The gentleman getting me ready used hand signals more than he spoke to me and I was quite confused. The doctor was on his laptop booking a trip at a Wyndham resort. Very unprofessional and extremely uncomfortable.......no patient care there !!!!
