I thought for a small town hospital it would be ok, my girlfriend came in for a tonsil infection, they gave her Gravol after waiting for 6 hrs, then we had to come back again 3 days later and not only did they only have 1 doctor working but they didn't treat her and then they locked the door to the Emergency Room ???? Very unprofessional...nice nurses, terrible Hospital

Unprofessional and lazy, sitting around, not working and still manage to be condescending. An embarrassment to the medical profession and a big waste of our taxes, better off going to Belleville.

I called at 8:30 am on January 11, 2022 and spoke politely to the receptionist. She was dismissive and rude. Only people who care about other people should have the privilege of working at a hospital. I've been here several times and most times the triage nurse is curt and compassionless.

First hospital to see Free parking . Triage nurses were kind and professional . My health issues were attended to immediately in ER, after 2 hours in the first waiting room . Alot nicer service then I've ever received in a big city hospital . Thank you Picton Hospital

I had my finger smashed in a metal door at work this past saturday. As soon as I got past triage at the Picton hospital, the nurce asked me a few questions in my room and immediately got the doctor. No wait. Doc fixed my finger up and we were in and out in no time. Every time I come the staff is always kind and respectful. Every single staff member, doctor, nurce, security guard... etc

Literally the slowest hospital I've ever been to. I cut my head open and was waiting for over 3 hours and I had only just been triaged. They need to find a better way to prioratize people for faster service, rather than just bumping people down the line when someone new comes in. Probably faster to go to Belleville hospital.

The Doctors and nurses, the entire staff of the Prince Edward county Hospital have been above and beyond in every aspect of care for our Mother, Louise Shettell. Our wishes would be the Government would get together to properly organization the funding to best meet the needs of All.

They need English translators for some of their doctors... How can you properly act if you don't even understand the simple words I speak.

I went here a while ago. I was accused of doing drugs and when I went in they couldn't even figure out what's wrong with me. Plus my grandma died from cancer cuz they said she was "fine" for the longest time.

Prince Edward Memorial Hospital in Picton is definitely the place to go. I have nothing but the highest praise each time I have had to go to this hospital, for family or myself. Today was no exception - special thanks and kudos to Dr. McIlreath and Dr. Langford, Cheryl and Shannon, other staff and volunteers for the warm and excellent care and service they provided today - the best I have ever had compared to any other hospital - great, friendly doctors and staff, old fashioned care and attention compared to most hospitals that are cold and clinical. Worth the wait, I'm a single mom and had a bad infection in my mouth. Couldn't get into my family doctor and the staff here were kind and got me out of pain. It was worth the wait and if you come at the right time it's not too busy. Luckily I finally found a great dentist in town that will help me out and take OW plans. Not everyone will take Ontario works but county dental care and Dr Rami do on Chapel st. Thank you all again.

I went to Picton Memorial Hospital on Oct 15 2019 with severe abdominal & back pain .I was made comfortable as l waited my diagnosis .The Doctors & Nurses in Emergency that dealt with me were very compassionate , caring professionals .Doctor called Dr.Davies surgeon down to consult with me about my gallbladder surgery and tests l would need done . Thank you Picton Memorial Hospital Staff for the Wonderful Care !
