These doctors know nothing they only help you if you are bleeding to death. My mom was there and a guy and a full on had a seizure and they did not help him my mom help him well she was in pain. A HORRIBLE hospital.

I've been to the hospital several times in my 11 years living in Mount Forest and having 3 kids. Every experience has been positive. More times than not we have been in and out fairly quickly. Majority of Dr.'s and other health professionals are great people.

I was with my friend who had to bring his wife there and the Nurses are unprofessional and disrespectful And very rude especially one with European accent whos name i did not get. This Hospital needs to be reviewed and re staffed with people that can care about the Patience.

Took our 4 yr old last night had a wonderful Dr. He told us to come back today for xrays and results from emerg dr. We got to the xrays department and were told it would be 2 hrs and then when we came back they took xrays and told us they did not know when we would have any kind of results. We had to register at front 3 times. Very disappointed in the service.

Came in for a simple test and it took 5 hours, I was here before others and they went in before me. Horrible hospital. Have been here many times and every time the wait is over 3 hours.

This hospital is the biggest waist of my tax dollars. Mt forest hospital told me they did all they can do for my wife and just sent her home still vomiting and in alot of pain. Limited knowledge, box checking doctors. Great Canadian healthcare for ya. Also don't say your in pain or they will treat you like your an addict.

Don't go to this horrible hospital, after 4 sepporate trips and getting nowhere with my severly sick pregnant wife we went to fergus hospital. My wife specifically told them she was allergic to GRAVOL... OF COURSE THEY SET HER UP ON A GRAVOL IV TO THE POINT SHE WENT INTO SHOCK, I ALMOST TRIED CALLING 911 ON THIS PLACE AMD AM READY TO BUILD A LAWSUITE IF MY WIFE GETS SICKER BECAUSE OF THEIR POOR DOCTRINE. THANKS!

I just had a bad experience at the Louise Marshall Hospital in Mount Forest. I arrived there today at 4:00pm and was brought in the emergency with in 15 minutes. A nurse filled out a report left it on the table in the room I was in and went home for the day. The next shift nurse had no Idea I was there. nor did she bother to check the room I was in. During this time I fell asleep being so exhausted from working a long shift. When I woke I used the restroom and then a nurse decided to look in on me. She told me the only doctor in emergency is on lunch and I would have to wait another 30 minutes or more. Well I didn't have time for this and left. The Fergus Hospital which is the managing hospital for both Mount Forest and Palmerston does not run much better. I suggest going elsewhere for health care. I went to the Guelph General Hospital 3 years back for a blood clot in my leg and lungs and the Guelph General Hospital left me in the hallway of the emergency for more than 18 hours until I said I was leaving. I will seek health care from the hospitals from Kitchener Waterloo before I go to any Guelph, Fergus or Mount Forest Hospital Eugene

I had a fall Friday afternoon. I was taken to the hospital and arrived at 4:15 pm. I was triaged, saw the doctor, had my x-ray and put in a cast in less than three hours. I got home at 7:00 pm. Kudos to the doctor, nurses and x-ray technician. I have just moved here from Brampton where the emergency is a 24 hour wait. Thanks to everyone involved in my care.
