I've not once had a good experience here, they don't know how to communicate with each other. Some of the nurses can be nice but a lot of them can be stuck up. They have low knowledge on infants. And I'm sorry to anyone that's had to come here before.

Unbelievable!! I came in and there were only 3 in the Er , I ended up waiting for over 4 hours with my 18 month old daughter that had pneumonia! They took an x-ray and said no she doesn’t have pneumonia we were sent home and 2 days later my doctor from another town called and said that they were wondering how my daughter is doing with her pneumonia!!!!!! I flipped I knew she had pneumonia but the cocky doctors were like no no she doesn’t! Then when I called back in to tell them I need a prescription and I do not want to wait another 4 hours and then they told me oh it happens a lot that they read x-ray wrong ! ???? what are you serious!?

Waste of time. Wait time just to get an X Ray was 2 hours + even though I was the only one waiting. Would be better to go to other hospital, also seems to only have one doctor working at a time.

The wait times are insane. The staff are rude and highly uneducated for the job they are supposed to do. There are some good staff members but they are rare. You are better off going to London or wingman

Waiting for nearly 4 hours to be seen. There where little children in the waiting room coughing up a lung waiting for longer than I was. I get you may have limited staff but come on.

A family member had a major surgery in London and was then transferred to Listowel after a week or so. She was not taken care of well in Listowel, which caused a second surgery to be necessary. Wait times are often quite long, although this is not uncommon in Ontario.

The emergency wait times are the best in Southwestern Ontario. All the emergency staff are caring and compassionate. You can not find better hospital staff in this area of Ontario.

The waiting time is almost unbearable and I had a major surgery in London and then was transferred here a week or so after. They didn't take well care of me so I had to be transferred back to London and have an emergency surgery.

I would like to start by saying this, denying a citizen access to your establishment because of their vaccine status is a violation of the Human Rights code, and furthermore requesting me to show my medical records to enter the premises is another violation. If you deny me access again I will be involving the Human Rights Tribunal. As for the woman in the lobby who decided to try and force her personal opinions on me and was allowed access, that’s yet another issue I would like to raise. You are not allowed to discriminate against me because I do not have a vaccine, it is a clear violation of my rights as a human. It is MY choice whether or not I get the vaccine, and forcing me to have it to enter the hospital is wrong.

Worst Experience Ever. If you have emergency never ever go there....The waiting time is too too long. And they give you no updates nothing . Nobody will even come to see you once. You have to wait wait wait and wait.

The staff were amazing! Would highly recommend. Wait times....yes but even when they were crazy busy they still made sure the waiting patients were comfortable. I don't have anything negative to say.

Brown people will not have luck, they will be the one who will be waiting longer at least for 4-5 hours. The lady at the window is totally rude. Totally raciest hospital. The nurse are always busy chatting or will be on their phone. They called 6 people who came after us and we had to wait because of colour

Uncaring, unprofessional triage nurse ... never mind a 5 hour wait to be seen on a Saturday afternoon with only 6 people before us!!... I sense a theme of dissatisfaction for the so called emergency staff

Horrible wait time, with nobody else in the waiting room. This is a joke. No communication and updates (couldn't be with my daughter because of Co#*d supposedly) so had to rely on someone's occasional compassion to relay updates. Promised the doctor would come and update, never did, and didn't come to explain why. Welcome to socialized medicine. All we need is some understanding and information. Do your job. Painful. It's very obvious it's a people problem, because we were here yesterday for the same reasons and the nurses and the doctor were helpful and informative.

Wait time is at least 4 to 5 hours if they see a brown person, lady sitting at the first entrance is too rude. Do not go there if you are pregnant and bleeding for a day, they will wait for something bad happen and say sorry. They don’t care, just a racist place.

My husband had a cardiac event and was taken care of swiftly and with care. My husband can’t say enough praises for the nurses and Doctors. Coming from a big city and used to bigger hospitals where food is not palatable,the food was great. Unfortunately people who complain about Emergency services can only see Reception and not what is actually taking place with the patients being treated. It is aTriage system where the sickest take priority.
