the most disgusting hospital on earth

Hugely grateful to the ER staff and the EMS fellows (Jay and Jerry/Gerry) who transported my daughter from Blue Mountain March 23.19. after a fall. She had internal bleeding, the staff at Collingwood were amazing and didn't mess around. She was stabilized and airlifted to Sick Kids very rapidly. Everyone made us feel very comfortable and up-to-date with what was happening and why. The Ornge pilot was the best ( I didn't really meet the co-pilot) and Tara and Leslie (on-board EMS) made sure things ran smoothly. Thank you all, it was a very stressful moment for us and you all made it easier to navigate. I appreciate you directing us so rapidly to Sick Kids, we are hopefully going to bring our kiddo home this week. Without your swift action it could have gone a very different direction.

Worst hospital ever we waited 4 hours for the doctor. And everyone that came in after me was looked after Frist

Id like to thank all the Doctors and nurses that helped bring my friend back to us. You saved my friends life i cant express in words how much we all appreciate what you have done. She gets to go home tomortow most likely. Katherine West.

They were caring and very thorough. I thought it was a wonderful hospital

Rudy Westerneng

Horribly disorganized, unprofessional staff, and incredibly rude treatment of patients. This is the worst hospital I've ever been to, a complete travesty. I have a harrowing tale documenting the failings of my single and hopefully last visit to Collingwood General, but I'll spare you by leaving you with this: God help you if you require serious medical attention in Collingwood.

It’s terrible. I came here at 21:11 for a fraction of my hand and they did x ray for my hand quickly, but I’m waiting more than 2 hours just for a doctor to tell me a result and it appears there is doctor here since couple hours. Few patients in the room for couple hours waiting for a doctor to come up and check on them. Terrible service I should got back to Toronto for hospital

I was hauled in by ambulance on December 30th after a snowboarding accident at Blue Mountain. The place was busy that night, had about 35 cases from BM that day (as usual). It was a non acute injury as they realized. Waiting time was long - spent about 4+ hrs Nurses checked by every 15-30 mins; made sure I was comfortable Doctor was quite friendly;sent me for X-Rays and Ultra sound for internal bleeding. Everything came out to be okay; just swelling and bruises all over.

Probably one of the worst hospital experiences I have ever had.

Anytime I need to go I'm treated as a drug addict. They cant tell the difference between food poisoning or dehydration and withdrawels. Thankfully when i finally got help the nurse that founds me was incredible. But that is very rare and i was lucky. There was also a time when i asked for help with my anxiety, and I was thrown in a locked room for four hours and was interrogated. I was asked rediculous questions such as "Can you read and write?" And "Is your neighbour safe? Are you going to kill them?" I had to call my grandparents to vouch for my sanity. No wonder this town is overrun with anxiety disorder. Seems like not even the like bots can keep up the bad reviews lol.

Yadmar Perez

Waited 5 hours for pain killers for my kidney they really do not care

T

The absolute worst hospital ever. Might as well be in a 3rd world country. Some nurses/staff/volunteers are kind and compassionate, however not all have been friendly. It’s important as caregivers to be compassionate and kind, you do not know what people/families are feeling or going through. The staff has no communication skills with patients or their colleagues. No reason why patients should wait hours for results, especially when the results have “come in” after testing. Why make people wait? Please be considerate of people’s emotions, and situations.

Try another town. Colonoscopy was wonderful I woke up while the scope was in my upper colon for crying out loud. They’re incompetent I wouldn’t trust my dog there. Actually the vet might be better

I've been in the ER few times, and most times it's a bit of a wait to see a Triage Nurse. It would be great if they had more then one Triage Nurse. My experience today was so great. The nurses were so helpful, and Doctor Tam was EXCEPTIONAL! She was so knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and thorough! Definitely THE best ER visit I've ever had. Thank you Dr. Tam!!

Michael Mensah

Horrible service. Disgusting Er employees. Nurses are rude and they don't want to do their jobs.

I arrived in the ER after having major surgery the day before. I was having chest pain, sweating profusely and my entire face was numb. No one seemed to care and it was made clear I would be waiting hours to even get in to a room. I was begging someone to help me and was treated like I was there for a sprained ankle. I will never go back to this joke of a hospital. I ended up leaving and going to a real hospital where I was rushed through the ER and admitted. If I had stayed a waited at Collingwood who knows what would have happened. Everyone at CGMH should be ashamed of the way they treat people.

Kim Harding

Small hospital but great staff.

Wife had brain injury and incorrect medical attention was given. Both at hospital and family doctors. As a result, had to leave the country for proper care and treatments. Today, my 4 year old was directed to ER because family doctor is useless and gone till March and walk-in clinics are booked solid and unable to help anyone. Son is now sitting in see and wait clinic all day and no one has even checked in. Healthcare in collingwood is comparable to third world countries.

Update July, 2020 Friendly, caring staff and emergency workers. Extremely understanding towards me in my time of psychological and physical upset. ____________________________ They do have a friendly staff there and have been kind and understanding when helping me out before. That deserves a good rating (2017). ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ They misdiagnosed my mother with a "urinary tract infection" when she was dying of cancer (2013). ☆☆☆☆☆

Lillian Zheng

terrible service, nurses are very rude and wait times are so long because doctors and nurses are always joking around and doing nothing

JJ Galavants

It's a hospital. There's a wait, staff was good. No drinks with service though ????

Not Bowie moonen (COGI)

Hospital equipment is very well. The wait lines are bad on an off-day besides that you can get in fairly fast. They also have a shop inside nurses and stuff are pretty attendant. Sometimes the parking can be a pain and costly but it does seem to put pay back into the hospital. The Hospital seems to be more sanitary. Donations seem to be making a great effect nice to see the stuff always put in effort.

Denise Girvan

Attentive, great staff.... they work hard !!!! Several of my family members have been admitted to CGMH for very different reasons. The staff are excellent and personable. This is not a large hospital, and the staff must work extra hard to accommodate an ever growing population. The dedication makes a huge difference overall.

Lee-Anne Cook

Hospital has great caring staff. Some work hard. The store that they have is more expensive than the stores downtown Collingwood. Baby clothes are more than walmart prices.

Daren

My father in law went in for a stroke. Now in there care he has a stage 3 bed sore and ecoli poisoning. There staff are lazy and don't care. Stay clear from this hospital. With all these bad reviews there's a reason why.

Nobody cares here . I personally don’t know if doctors know the meaning of emergency. I waited 5 hours just for the treatment of itchy eyes. I mean seriously nobody come to ask me or anyone single time , nobody tells you the waiting time. I can feel the pain of others who’s situation is worse than mine. Local dispensary back home is way much better than this hospital.

If you have to have a orthopedic surgical emergency in Ontario.. this is the place to do it. While the building left some room for improvement, you couldn't find a better group of Nurses, Doctors and administrative people if you tried. From the ambulance ride, through the "emerg", to x-ray, lab assists, and surgical was just one smooth flow of activity. We had amazing care, thoughtful consideration and even some laughs! It was astounding to us that out of the whole experience there was only one male pharmacist to leave a bad taste in our mouths. He berated the nursing staff in the surgical unit (who were AMAZING) and then was particularly hard to work with. I wish we had asked him to send someone else.. he was a horrid man and stood out as the odd man out among the rest of positive, hardworking and outstanding members of the team.

Randi-Lynn Grant-Hose-Muto

Treated my boyfriend like a common crackhead. Tried giving him naproxen when he is allergic to it. And found no solution to why he can't walk or why his knee feels like it is going to explode. Laughed in his face when prodding him like a cow when he is clearly in excruciating pain.

Alex Goncalo

Thus hospital is the worst. Don't come here workers show no care and make you wait forever

Vesna Jelic

My nephew stayed there for 3 days this week. Becca was his day nurse ,amazing young lady , helpful, polite, positive in every way ,couldn't be happier. Great hospital staff as well .Keep up a good work <3

I just wanted to take a moment and thank the Collingwood Hospital- Last night my 4 year old daughter had to make a ED visit. She fell and split her face open. I cannot thank the most kindhearted nurses and doctor who took care of her. We were first in Emerg 2 room where she was accessed and her female nurse who examined her was so gentle and got right down to my daughters level to explain what she was going to do( put some freeze gel on her wound). Once they had figured that due to the size of the cut and where it was she would have to be sedated for the procedure. We were transferred over to the other side of the ED dept. Once we got settled there the nurse came in to start the iv- again she was so gentle and keeping my daughter in such a calm environment. After they got the iv started the nurse came over with a very special “stuffed animal gift” for my daughter to make her feel just like “home” that gave her the biggest smile- a few moments later the Dr came right in and explained everything he was going to do. Once the sedation started he worked so promptly from start to finish in getting the procedure completed. I cannot thank the staff enough for everything they did for us they are not given enough appreciation for everything they do especially during these hard times-To all the staff at Collingwood Hospital keep up the great work and stay safe.

Deborah Gray

Horrible experience. Don't choose this place. They hold people against their will and starve them to death. So disgusted with their ignorance. If I could give zero stars I would. They do not deserve even one. True story from a reputable guide.

Leaving a good review because people only ever leave bad ones. My experience was great, a few hours in and out seemed totally reasonable to me for an emergency department. The doctors seemed knowledgeable and the imaging girls were so quick and friendly and really cared about my visit. In my opinion you should go to a doctor if you have a runny nose or need a doctor's note.

Collingwood hospital has the most kindhearted nurses and doctors when i had my first visit to E.R. We've been in so many hospital for my husband situation in the city and all the staff are nothing like here in Collingwood hospital. To all the staff in Collingwood hospital keep up the good work and stay safe.

Kyle Graves

2 people ahead of us in line when we arrived. We have been in a waiting room for 3.5 hours im not convinced there is a doctor in the building. The hallway is beginning to get rowdy.

by far one of the worst hospitals I've ever been too. Was in excruciating back pain, could not sit or bend. Made me wait 3 hours in the reception. Once they called my name, I was waiting for half an hour inside the ER. When I finally asked the nurse how long it would be before the doctor would see me, she coldly responded " I do not know. He will see you when he has time" I ended up leaving (they didn't even care to ask if I wanted any pain killers) .. Mind you when my own family doctor saw me the next day, she immediately wrote an XRAY and prescribed medication..

Crooked Tree

Just like to say Roger always make my kids day! My boys are no strangers visiting our local ER for various injuries - all the fun of being a kid and pushing the limits. The boys look forward seeing Roger on the other end. Were always in good hands.

Mollie Fisher

I've been in the ER twice in the last three days. First diagnosed with shingles, the second time managing the pain and checking on the health of my swollen eye. Every step of the way, I felt taken care of and I was heard. I am impressed with the compassion and skill of the staff and I'm very grateful for their care. Thank you!

uli metic

Came for back and neck pain and seizures, was treated like a drug addict or some crazy guy. Waited hours, didn't get a scan, was sent home and still in pain. Will go to Barrie next time. Worst experience of my life.

Alex Bonwick

Nice staff, ER wait can be a bit much.

Waited for over 5 hours and still no dr. 1 hour in I told them I was diabetic and that if I wasnt seen by lunch (was 1030) I would need something. I left. They said oh go get something from the coffee shop. You would think nurses would know diabetics cant have muffins and donuts and cookies. I will drive an hour to barrie next time. Incompetence and a not caring place.

One of the most incompetent hospitals I've ever been too. Nurses are very rude, and act like they know what they're doing. Only come here if you absolutely have to.

Andrew Halstead

The staff and management of the Emergency Department are very professional and caring. Even though my family was visiting from out of town, we found that we were seen to very quickly for what we thought was a minor problem. The people of Collingwood are very fortunate to have such an excellent healthcare team.

Alma Filion

They treated my daughter in an unacceptable manner and is not the first time.the nurses are rude mocking and totally non caring, it's supposed to be a service of HEALTH CARE but there's no care only entitlement and power abuse marina hospital has the worst bedside manners than any hospital it's a shame. So drive to Orangeville further but not as ignorant and inhumain as these hospital employs

Kimberly Jinson

Got in quick but still waiting longer then 3 hours

Meghan Harrington

I usually go to Orangeville emerg when I absolutely need to, but that will not be the case any longer. The Doctor I saw was an amazing woman, sweet, caring and knowledgable. The nurse that gave me my tetanus shot was fantastic! I have NEVER had a needle that gentle in my life. If I could contact the hospital to extend my appreciation, I absolutely would get the message to both wonderful professionals. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Fantastic experience!

Carol Scott

Very thorough....very caring and attentive staff.

Aaron Cob

Was here a few summers back, because I had gotten poison ivy and it got completely out of control, I was swollen beyond belief and in a ton of pain, very quick service by the nurse and Dr Chisholm, prescribed medications and sent on my way within the hour. Very organized place.

Andrea Johnson

As I sit here in this waiting room, with my avulsed pinky finger secondary to an unfortunate culinary incident, I can't help but feel overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible, endearing nature of the ER staff; namely Roger. His kindness and gentle disposition got me through the debilitating, albeit disproportionate, level anxiety that would otherwise accompany a trip to the ER. Nick in triage was also ridiculously nice. Thank you. Tell ya what, 5 stars for everyone that works here. Thank you, G&M - though I may never be a hand model, I sure appreciate you sewing me back together ✌

You will ligit wait all day!!! I have been here since 11am and it is now 4pm.

Mike Power

I had to be taken to the hospital because of SEVERE pain from constipation and unable to pee. First time I have ever been to a ER and I'm 67 years old. The pain was unbearable. I was immediately taken in and made comfortable within minutes. My nurse Mehgan saved my life - or I felt that way! Thank you so much! The medical staff are angels. I will be forever grateful to you and know there's someone there to do whatever it takes to help me thru a situation I can't understand and fix!

Shannon Clubine

Having to go in for a biopsy my anxiety was about a 10. New patient also didnt help. Dr Yeats made the transformation so calming and gave me all the information and more which calmed all my fears. The staff was so great going through pre-OP Even though I couldn't fine my health card. Which I did fine. Day of surgery Dec 17 /19. The nurses and staff were fantastic keeping my anxiety to a 3. Iv went in on the first try. ( that was a first.) Hurray . The process to the operating room, the interaction with all the doctors was next to none. After surgery Dr Yeates came in to recovery, to make sure I was ok and to let me know everything went well. All the care givers were so exceptional. On Friday night Dec. 20 /19 at 7:00 pm I received a phone call from Dr Yeates to give me the good news. The pathogest report had come In and there was no cancer. She did this out of her busy schedule to make my Christmas a happier one. A Big hug and thanks to all.

Aliyah Diamond-Gunner

I was surprised that this hospital had such a low rating. I got injured while skiing at Blue Mountain, and got seen by a nurse and doctor, got an X-ray and ultrasound all in less than 2 hours. The staff were amazing, communicated with me and were very efficient. The doctor was so professional and made sure I understood my diagnosis and made sure I felt comfortable with my X-rays and ultrasounds. I never had such a positive emergency room experience! Thank you Collingwood General and Marine Hospital!

Andrea Cooke

Shouldn't even be considered a hospital. A poor walk-in clinic at best? Covid protocols are literally laughable. They sent my Grandma home after a horrible fall with TWO broken bones in her back.

Paulo Pedro

if you have an emergency stay way from this hospital, they take there time attending to people, i took over 1hr to just be seen by triage and only a few people ahead of me, theres no sence of emergency in this emergency hospital

Mychael Henderson

My in-law caught a case of vertigo and they refuse to let the whole family in because of this stupid one person at a time rule. The whole family wants to he in there with her and they refuse to let us. Apparently the staff here as well is uneccessarily rude as well and take their time. You do this job because you love it, so that means keep the attitude at home and come here to do your job which is to be as helpful to patients as you possibly can. This place is a joke and would rate it a zero but that's not an option so it gets a 1.

Jane J

Emergency Department. Rude nurses and very poor covid safety. Ambulatory care and the ED waiting room are the same small room. So you get to sit beside someone who's going to get a covid tested even though you're there for a follow up appointment for a toe or something. I went to check to see if I was in the right waiting room because I was told that my child would probably get a covid test so I thought being in a waiting room with all these people wasnt a great idea. When I went to go ask a nurse I was waiting for them to have a minute and once I went to go ask they told me to go back and wait in the waiting room without letting me even ask if I was in the right spot.

Fastest hospital I've ever been too. They run like a well oil machine. Fantastic experience in and out in 40 minutes with x rays from broken collar. They need more hospital signs for out of town folks around town.

Tiffany Carter

Absolutely terrible. Waited over 3 hours while my husband had a concussion and broken elbow. Disrespectful and lazy staff.

Kevin Christenson

Efficient and caring staff at all levels...thanks for seeing me through my surgery and recovery.

Don Di Salle

While skiing at Blue Mountain my wife suffered an unfortunate ski accident due to a collision. She was taken by ambulance to the Collingwood General Hospital where she was assessed and diagnosed. She suffered a serious humerus fracture and the doctors completed the assessment immediately. The treatment for pain management was a key concern and there was always someone we could talk to should we have any questions. Our exit interview with Dr. Chang and Dr. Green was clear and professional. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with the doctors, nurses, and volunteers at the hospital. So professional, kind and compassionate. They truly cared about the pain and discomfort that my wife was experiencing. So many thanks to so many wonderful people. THANK-YOU!!!!

Michel Brassard

They called to tell my 78 year old uncle, who can barely walk, to change his 4:30 appointment to 4 pm, we have now been waiting for 2 and a half hours. It doesn't make sense to me booking 30 people for a 4 pm appointment.

RYAN HOWARD

Needs to be ripped down an new one put up!!! Go to RVH if you can get way better results !!!

Tanya Lee

I sat there in the emergency room for 2 1/2 hours without even seeing a doctor. This is the second time I have walked out without receiving medical attention when I needed it. If you need to go a hospital I don't recommend this one. I was having severe muscle spasms and my condition was worsening while waiting. I asked and was told I woukd need to wait at least another 45 minutes but she wasn't sure when I would be seen or treated. Next time im going to RVH, I will not being returning to that poor excuse of a medical facility again. The only 5 stars go to obe nurse who actually was doing her job.

Since we have not yet found a local doctor who is accepting new patients, this Collingwood Marine Hospital has been our backstop. I only have praise for the staff and the hospital and each of my 4 visits have gone very well. As a former RN and R. Psych. N., I know the system and realities, and I know when care and procedures are geared toward the patients and not 'the health care machine'. Yes, the waiting line may be long, but to have good healthcare, it is a small inconvenience. I very much appreciate that Emergency arrivals are line skipped when necessary, as it should be. Now, if I could only find a doctor so I can stop burdening a service which is geared to emergencies and more complex procedures, not dealing with ear aches and ...

Sheila Martinez

Terrible experience at emergency yesterday. Understaffed, disorganized and unprofessional. DO NOT go there if you can help it. Any other hospital will be better. I waited 5 hours and ended up leaving as they could not tell me when I could see a doctor. In the time, I was here less then 5 people registered. For an organization that is constantly asking the community for financial support, it should go out of its way to serve the community. While I was there I observed 5 nurses sitting in the pit telling jokes and sitting around while people waited and waited . Disappointing!

Brett Mclaughlin

Worst hospital in canada.. watching 4 rooms being empty and not taking any patients back fpr 52 min and counting... this is rediculous and i cant believe my tax dollars are going.. what a disgrace

Tonya Stott

Really don't care about patients ...ther only good for having babys..other then that if your injured they make you wait so long you leave...I mean I get a hour or something but 3 hours is unacceptable...

kathleen cahill

Waited two hours just from the X-ray to see the doctor to tell me the results from my X-ray! Which would have taken 2 minutes to do.

Natalie Catenacci Ross

Had a routine mammogram and had the pleasure of an excellent technician Sandra. She was warm, kind and demonstrated that we are all in this together. Regardless of the social distancing required she was professional, gentle and related to me as a person not a procedure. Thank you Sandra.

Shawn Beach

Extremely unprofessional!! Dr Barry. Was very inconsiderate Very uninterested and Very Very unprofessional. Showed up wearing board shorts and flip flops

Cheryl Adams

Went yesterday March 4th was treated with so much kindness and respect. The technician was a young woman, a student who was being looked over by another lady. Both were wonderful. I felt very much like I was being looked after. Very grateful.

What a complete joke ... I drop off my 83 hard of hearing mother at the front door who also has bad knees i park the car and wonder in to catch up with her i get stopped by a minimum wage kid saying no visitors. I inform them im not a visitor im here to help my mother don't matter to them you can't come in.. so im wondering if she is going to find her appointment or just wonder around. Great set up got there

Long Long

Long wait time even without people. When you have a need to ses doctor late at night, you ain't get no choice!

Tiger1971

They saved my life. The waiting room is not first come first serve. Level 1s and 2s are going to get priority over level 4s and 5s. An example of level 5 is a cough.

Spooky Bunny

I had a great experience yesterday. I went in for heart issues. The hospital was super busy but all the staff were still really really nice to everyone and got us through as quickly as possible.

Pamela Hawkins

From checking in at the front desk, preop, surgery, after care in hospital, discharge- all were excellent. Dr. Akinyele was my surgeon and Doctor. Thank you all for your great care and thank God for watching over all.

Jamie Witusik

From the time I wobbled into the emergency room I was treated very promptly and the staff are very friendly! Not too long of a wait at all! Saw the doctor quickly and had to go for blood work. So, the nurse came in and I had to warn her of what a big baby I am when it comes to needles and how I cannot have blood drawn from my elbow joints. Nurse Joanne was just amazing!!!! Didn't make me feel like a problem patient at all! She drew 2 tubes from my hand and made me as comfortable as I could be sitting( laying) there waiting for a needle to pinch me. Let me tell you, if I had to do it all over again I would definitely ask for Joanne!! She made me feel like a champ! Lol Thank you!!

Kait Chen

goddamn waiting hours. It takes forever.

Nicole Minnikin

Very very slow even at 6am in the morning when there were maybe 20 people me being one of the first few and 2-3 hours later still waiting just to talk to a doctor all I hear is the nurses and doctors laughing it up to some jokes while people are sitting in pain

Patricia Weyman

Long wait times at Emerg.

By far one of the worst hospitals in Ontario. After waiting for 6.5hrs. The doctor told there wasn't much he could do for my back pain and I should go see my family doctor. Way to waste my time. Next time I will drive to Barrie.

My daughter had a bad fall due to a ski accident up at Blue Mountain and since she had been taking tylenol and advil for a day, we thought it might be a good idea to get it checked out at the hospital.today (Jan. 5, 2017). Staff from the emergency department, volunteer helpers were fantastic and genuinely helpful, however, the nurses in the "wait and see" room were rude, unfriendly and certainly did not uphold the job description of a nurse. The waiting room was full of people and so we waited till everyone was seen by a doctor before my daughter was called into one of the doctor's rooms. After waited for another 45 minutes (this was after almost 3 hours of waiting outside), I inquired about when a doctor could see my daughter, (a doctor came and saw a man in the room next to my daughter's left without seeing her) I was told that she was not of priority to be seen. If a hospital does not treat a head injury as priority, it definitely needs to review it's policies. With that response from the nurse who was on duty at 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., my daughter decided that she did not want to wait any longer (due to headache) and so without any consideration of any possible outcomes of a head injury, the nurse quickly brought papers for us to sign without seeing a doctor. This has never happened in any other hospitals that I had encountered in the past.

Absolute worst hospital in Ontario. I had serious back pain to the pain where I couldn't walk, sit or stand without crippling pain. Decided to was time to go to the ER and waited 2 house until called to get my info, then while in pain had to stand there for another two hours because the nurse that took my info didn't forward it so I could move on to see and treat. Needless to say my back problem got exponentially worse and I had to knock on the door to ask why I hadn't been seen yet. After arguing with the lady in the room I was sent to see and treat where they dat me on a Stool until a doctor can and saw me 1.5 hours later. The doctor was nice but didn't seem to bat an eye to the amount of pain I was in and sent me off with pain killers and no diagnosis. I went back a second time a few months later due to even worse back pain and I ended up waiting in see and treat for 2 hours before a doctor came and saw me. After arguing with him about going for some kind of scan, he rudely sent me for an xray and then spent the next hour seeing the other patients that were coming in, not even bothering to look at the xray or tell me if I could leave. Again my back pain was only worsened and upon leaving he explained that I had what he thought was pattern 1 back pain. All the stretches he gave me make my back worse and I wasn't even sent off with pain killers. Not to mention I was in visible agony and he said to me "well I can't really tell what kind of pain your in" I will never return, next time I'll drive to Barrie and spare a life long injury.

Sue S

I can't complain! The physicians my father had were wonderful and I adore the staff. Each person who came to our side truly cared... The hospital itself is a bit outdated and I can tell the staff have to work extra hard to meet the needs of the patients. I wish people would see how lucky they are to have this hospital. If you are about to complain about long waits times are.... Then you should see City hospitals where you are just a number... Sometimes 7-12 hour waits just to see the doctor! Remember folks true emergencies are praying for more time.... People have to start to use the health care system properly...

val lavrov

3rd time here. I rather use google nexttime. Takes for ever with no one waiting. And all they do is beg for money. Stop spending money on begging boards n provide like u should

If you ever get stuck on the phone with a woman named Lisa from ER, just hang up and save your time. She's the kind of person that tells you to call back in an hour for updated information about a patient because that's when her shift is over.
