I’ve had more bad experiences here than I can count on both my hands. From waiting 10 plus hours. To nurses coming in and asking why I was still there when I still hadn’t seen the doctor. The second last time I was there I explained how it felt like my insides were be ripped apart, and fainted. They didn’t do much. I saw my family doctor a day later and the medicine the emergency room gave me was actually making me more sick. They have no regard for anyone with anxiety or germ phobias and the place isn’t clean at all. The walls are stained in most room. The hospital looks like people smoke inside it’s so gross.

Went yesterday & arrived at 12:15 noon. Went to triage signed in and sent straight away for xray. Okay so i go to the waiting room. I explained to nurse, my oxygen only would last 2 or so hours. She said they would give me a tank when needed. Okay, waiting & waiting, seems people were coming out of the emergency room but people weren't going in. Checked in with the nurse about 5pm, explained need to get an idea hin this whole time ow far down the list i was, as oxygen was low. I turned it off so i could stay longer. I told the nurse my dilemma. Okay i was 2nd to top. Now waiting again. So not one of those 2 nurses enquired if i had run out of oxygen yet. Now it 7:30pmish now, an ambulance or two comes in and we are left waiting. Understandable the ambulance gets help first. Very disappointed in the service there. Just left very frustrated in pain.

Last night what seemed like the 100th trip there with my DAD.Like always we treated with awesome care even though thy ambulance after ambulance coming in.Thy got to my DAD as quick as thy could the doctors and nurses there are amazing for what our Terrible GOVERNMENT ask of these well skilled and trained people more then once thy have saved my DADS life over there and almost a year thy saved my BROTHERS life,as a retired volunteer fire fighter out Marmora Ive personally had the privilege of working beside some of these great people its unfortunate that when you sit in the waiting room that i have too listen too people complain about the staff at the hospital when really its not their fault our government keeps cutting their budget and giving you less to work with. I'm always trying to explain to people about the budget cuts you ladys and gentleman do an amazing job with what tools you have too work with

1st - the lady as the front desk was to lazy to get my family doctors info 2nd - a male nurse , was behind the glass barking off at me , and being completely rude and unprofessional 3rd - I got no medical treatment , or serious take on Anything “ just go home and follow up with your doctor as the sheet is completely blank and no doctored listed cause there to lazy to do there job 4th - I asked when I got there how longs the wait is and the reply was “ I don’t know “ I said okay if it’s gunna be 6-8 hours let me know and i will try some where else before it gets late So I waited 6 hours for a bunch of people to take my health as a joke !!

I went there seeking mental health help for my depression, they ended up revoking my license and now I'm in debit because I wasn't able to drive to work and pay my bills. The one nurse was so mean, and treated me with no respect. The psychiatrist from upstairs that video chatted with me, they said he was ready but it was a blurry screen for about 20 minutes, then proceeded to talked to me for an hour before realizing he had the wrong file. They kept me in emergency for 4 days and didn't feed me, I only got fed once and that was when the security guard brought me a coffee and a muffin, he was a sweetheart.

Thank you Linda, nurse practitioner in the ER - you made my otherwise unfortunate need to visit the ER a pleasant experience - personable and caring. :) Thanks to all the other staff on duty as well, triage, radiology, and others, everyone was super pleasant and friendly!

Would give 0 stars if possible. I have nothing but contempt for this place and its so called Doctors. To make it short, my mother went in several times with severe back and stomach pain and was dismissed. One Dr went so far as to tell her to sleep more and nothing was wrong with her. No biggie, she was only right full of cancer which BGH figured out right away. Bad people pretending to be Drs here

I found this hospital to have Unbelievably friendly staff, with nurses who were helpful and caring, Thank you to everyone involved in caring for my mom. Oh yeah.... If I could have given this hospital 10 Stars I would have. That's just how they are a natural 10 Stars. Once again Thank you..

I love this hospital. My daughter was in a car accident in Aug 2017. She was taken to Campbellford hospital by ambulance and the staff was amazing. They did everything they could and prepared her to be airlifted to Sunny Brook. I’ve been on both sides of the door and from now on I will NEVER said why is it taking so long because they are in there trying to save someone’s family member. So I know it hard to wait but just remember every minute counts to the person who life they are saving.

Only a single doctor working on a Saturday afternoon/night, 12+ hour wait then told they wouldn't be able to see us for at least another eight hours so we left. A full days wait in a dirty EMERGENCY waiting room, absolutely Inhumane.

DO NOT GO TO THE SLEEP CLINIC HERE! They have very poor management and communication! I had arranged times to talk with both the Receptionist and Sleep Doctor (separately) both of whom failed to meet these times. HOW DOES A DR NO-SHOW TO YOUR APPOINTMENT?!? I actually had to call several times to find out what was going on. And the Dr tries glossing it over with "Sorry for the delay" As someone who was going in to get help with sleep, it was even more frustrating dealing with their lack of coordination. Unacceptable. What an excuse of a clinic!

Went to Emergency for chest pain and received the absolute best care possible. Very efficient and fast intake. Excellent staff, especially the female doctor who came to discuss things with me. She put me at ease immediately and was compassionate, understanding, and took time to listen. Thank you Campbellford Memorial!!!!

I have been to this hospital a few times in the last few months. I was hit by a truck in September, then I had a heart issue in October and then again in November. The last time I was in the hospital was in December for blood work. I will say that the last time everyone was professional and didn't have too many problems with getting blood drawn. I have a needle phobia and the young lady in the lab area did everything right to keep me calm.

COVID 19 Trent Hills Test Centre was organized and welcoming for my 11year old grandson. Lexis coached him perfectly through the testing procedure. The technician whom I arranged the appointment with was compassionate and went above and beyond to ensure a boy with special needs was accommodated. Kudos and thank you.

This is a great hospital. When you arrive they assess you. The dr then sends you for xrays and bloodwork while you are waiting. When you get into a room all tests are already done. This helps for faster care. When the dr sees you he already looked at the tests and can treat you.

So I got a treble hook in my arm and needed it removed. After some medical info was taken I was told to wait in the waiting room. For 3 hours before I was told I needed to register In order to get served. Huge waste of my time. Then I got to wait another 3 hours even after being told a doctor would be with me shortly. It wasn't busy at all, it's just short staffed it seems. Not only did I not get prober information about how to register, I didnt really feel like I was in safe hands when 3 different people couldn't get their medical computer to read a damn pulse. It's been 6 hours and this damn hook is still in my arm. I'm also very sunburnt and was planning on accessing that bout 6 hours ago before I got here. I am not happy and will NEVER be returning here even if my life depends on it. Knew I should of done this simple job myself. It would be better to drive 3 hours somewhere else and back then to have to endure this. My ass hurts more then my arm or my burns

Went to Campbellford hospital yesterday after being up all night the night before with stomach pain. Was there all day and they told me my appendix had to be removed this was at 4:00 after being at at hospital at 9:00am. They had me in for blood work and s CT scan very quickly it took longer waiting on the results than it did anything else,So here I am thinking they will let me go home and schedule the surgery in the couple days..nope on operating table at 4:30 pm. You should have seen my face...everything happened so fast...The doctors and the surgeons at Campbell hospital took really good care of me...and the nurse I had in recovery was the sweetest even though she was really busy she made sure she went out of her way to make everyone comfortable. For a small hospital they took care of everything very quickly and efficiently and took very good care of me. I can’t say enough good things about the staff sy Campbellford. I would just like to thank everyone there involved.

My local hospital. I went to the emergency department after breaking my ankle. Staff were excellent and I was taken care of promptly. X-rays done, temporary cast applied as well as an appointment for surgery at Peterborough hospital was arranged for the next day. Nurse Mike and Dr Zohrab explained everything to me and took great care of me while I was there. Thanks to x-ray technician and respiratory therapist, I can't remember their names, sorry. Surgery done next day in Peterborough, sent home with new cast and go back for 2 week follow up tomorrow. Highly recommend CMH.

They got me in to the hospital room in like 30 minutes but i had to sit there for 2 hours and when i got my bloodwork taken they said they would have the results in 30 minutes but instead i got to stay for an extra 2 hours for my bloodwork

Husband was sent home still very dehydrated and sick after being there for 12 hours. Took him to Peterborough hospital and he was there for 4 days. Have had this problem a few times now with campbellford. Will never go there again.

they are either short staffed or not efficient workers. would've been faster and more helpful to go see the Peterborough er PS if you think your ankle is sprained don't go here. you'll wait 3 hours, x-ray and slap on the shoulders isn't worth it.
