I wouldn't even give a star, if that was a thing! Highly unprofessional ultrasound. Done by a girl there, that didn't even pick up one pic of a condition I have had forever! Dont want to get into detail, but it is super obvious on an ultrasound image. In my next consultation report I was miraculously healed, lol! Am send to do another ultrasound at the hospital now...Bottom line: she was not knowledgeable on what to look for... Which led to unseen medical issues, which led to a falsely positive report...
Lazy and barely competent
Nice facility. I would say that it was my luck to have met friendly receptionists and friendly, gentle and kind technicians. Overall the first experience here was excellent. Keep up with the good work!
Horrible service for patients with no consideration that people coming in are in pain or under distress. Disgusting service. “Just want to go home” reason given for us being 10 mins late to appointment because of an accident on the way.
Very dissapointing experience. Had my anatomy scan here and was looking forward to this scan especially for months. The technician seemed very cold and they dont provide print outs of the ultrasound for you to take home. This is my first and probably last pregnancy and ultrasound is when you get to finally see your baby for all the suffering you've been going through but it's never a great experience here.
I dnt want to give a single star if i would not have to write a review, such a bad experience i had, receptionist was very unprofessional and the technician was very rude and mean. She wasted my time on purpose. Never ever go there. Useless place.
They said my bladder wasn’t full enough to do the scan so instead of asking me to wait a little longer in the wait room, they rescheduled me for 2 weeks later. After already waiting a week and a half already. Staff completely unhelpful. Ontario Diagnostic Center got me in right away.
Really nice facility and my appointment was very efficient. Staff are friendly and professional and you can get your parking ticket validated up to 30 minutes.
This place was horrendous. When I arrived there, most, if not all, staff were behind the desk just chatting. Took them a few moments to interact with me. As a private paying customer who is no longer a resident but still a citizen of this country, they charged me $170 for a dating scan at 8 weeks pregnant. The technician told me “she couldn’t see anything” so I needed to pay another $170 two days later when there was NO ONE waiting in the waiting room. After I became visibly upset, I told her to try again & then she could “magically” see the baby. She told me to calm down (in such a rude tone & not helpful), printed me horrible photos & sent me on my way. I would never recommend this place & would give them no stars if I could. Thankfully I found another place where the scan was done correctly, at a more realistic price point & with beautiful staff members.
I can't review for the ultrasound but I was there today for an x-ray and I found the staff to be fine. Not overly friendly but defiantly not rude or harsh. The tech was friendly and asked me questions while I was getting the x-ray to make me feel more comfortable. He answered my questions with no hesitations. At least for the x-ray portion I found this to be a good experience. I was in and out very fast probably 20 minutes for the whole trip.
I had before q pleasant experience there, however , when my Doc asked me to take appointment to do Abdomen Ultrasound, I spent almost an hour trying their phone to take an appointment with no luck, I was kept on hold listening to their recorded message for more than ten minutes twice ad at the end it says, sorry, call back, if you are not able to answer telephone calls then taking appointment should be either on-line or by email, and not to waste our time waiting on hold.
Do not go here for pregnancy ultrasounds. You will not get a picture. Well you will but from a computer printer on a piece of paper. Reception is rude on the phone and doesn’t listen to what you are saying. I gave a two+ week window of when I needed to go for my 11-13 week ultra sound and she offered me a week early. After I might add she tried to calculate on her own how many weeks I was. Then told me I needed my dating ultrasound to confirm dates, which I had also told her I had already had done at that clinic. Which she would have heard me say if she wasn’t too busy trying to figure out how many weeks pregnant I was. Then offered me a date...oh nope there aren’t any appointments that day. The story if frustrating to say the lest. Moral is don’t go here if you want to be treated like a human. Especially one who is having their first baby!
I don't have the habit of giving reviews, but after checking how low their rate is, I thought I should give my opinion here. I did an ultrasound here some time ago and the staff was really kind! From the reception to the technicians. Very clean and with good safety measures during the pandemic too. Thank you everyone! Keep up the good work!
Fast, professional service with helpful and considerate staff
I see a lot of negative reviews in the past, but from my experience the staff and service so far has been great. Other locations don't answer their phone at all, impossible to get a hold of, however at the Oakville hospital location I have been able to get in touch with them right away. The staff both times I spoke with them were very nice and pleasant. They were also accommodating with adding me to a cancellation list in case I could get my appointment done earlier than the scheduled date. I'll update in the future with my experience at the lab for imaging.
Awesome clinic. All of the staff is super friendly. They got me in on a cancellation when I had a time-sensitive ultrasound to be done. On the day of, I hardly had to wait to be seen. They are busy, so just be sure to book ahead!

The ultrasound techs are amazing kind people. The lady behind the desk is the opposite, terrible customer service, rude & impatient. Leaves a bad enough impression on you that you don't want to return.
I've been here numerous times since 2019. The admin staff has always been very helpful and efficient. The technicians have been hit or miss, but the last few visits I've had have been very positive. Nabaa is an absolute gem! She's so considerate and ensures that you're comfortable during uncomfortable procedures.

Our experience was great. The technician was so kid and caring. This was our second visit and both were good.
Moms to be - please look for an ultrasound someplace else, this is not a mom to be friendly place, they have one screen in the ultrasound room, you won't be able to see the baby while in there, nor get a picture at the end. If you're lucky, maybe some low quality printout on a piece of paper. Also, I've never experienced such a frantic scanning experience... which at the end they sent me to the hospital where I spent half a day for no reason with a book perfect ultrasound that was redone hours later. I spoke with professionals while at the hospital and unfortunately they are aware of this place and their practices, and have been dealing with unfortunate experiences similar to mine. I had a short notice to book an ultrasound and yes, this place was available and took me in, but the outcome of it speaks for itself.
Not sure why 2.8 is their current rating. Zero line up. Checked in right away. COVID prescreen done as well. X-Ray technician called me 2 minutes later. I was in and out in 10 minutes. So many times the ratings are terrible because people have to wait. No waiting here today!!
Very disjointed for being refused service only for being few minutes late for my Ultrasound appointment, then rebooked two weeks later! This clinic should make some accommodation especially during snowfall, etc. A receptionist should not refuse service without consulting a physician to make sure a patient's health is not affected by further delays.
Went for a x Ray when they opened. Took me in within 5 mins, technician was professional and kind. Did a good job.
Zero tolerance for bad customer service! The front desk didn't write off the parking ticket if the service is not done. This is unfair!! I didn't book the appointment, all papers details supposed to be done by my specialist office and front desk before it. I've spent too much time trying to get the referral, but unsuccessful … and at the end the receptionist refuse to write off my parking ticket saying that the services were not done!!! I left so disappointed, but their reschedule the appointment.... The Second appointment were worst. Wrong date rather than my note, No call for reminder and at the front desk I ask for my referral, again papers are missing...and the cherry on the cake: ticket parking paid, because ……
Was in there today, found everyone polite especialy the xray tech. Whole thing took 15 minutes. Very happy with the service I got

I have had great experiences with both technicians and reception and would only come here because of how accommodating and personable they are. I think the staff is great and well organized
The most unprofessional, irresponsible and lack of knowledge staff. The girl who did the ultrasound of my mother, she sent her to the emergency without a small written note that why was she sent there so I had no answer to the receptionist in the hospital when she asked me that. I have been in the same situation 2 years ago but I was told why am I taking her to the emergency. So after waiting 4 hours in the hospital and doing unnecessary blood work (as she had done that only 3 days ago) finally we got to see the doctor and he said "I don't know why she recommended emergency" so there was no need for emergency like 2 years ago and we could have waited for our family doctor to see the reports. AND GUESS WHAT, THERE WAS NO BLOOD CLOTH SO SHE SENT US TO EMERGENCY FOR NO REASON! P. S. They offer only half an hour free parking but never take you in right on time so you would have to pay for parking as you get charged for another half an hour($3.50) even if it is only 31mins. I would never recommend this place.
Very unprofessional place I went in with Full Bladder and they had 2 people schedule for the same time and I had to wait and now I'm more feeling sick I will never go to this place again
My experience for knee xray was good right from reception to technician.I went in the non rush hours.
Nice facility, helpful and expert staff both front desk and tech. Good safety COVID protocols in place too. Felt the need to post this after my experience was so different from reviews, I thought it was actually nice.
Receptionist is unprofessional, ignores calls, and is rude and unhelpful. Ultrasound technologist treats you like an inanimate object, rude, uncaring and rough. I only went there because the Oakville Hospital Diagnostic Imaging Department appointments are delayed these days. I should have waited. My first and LAST visit to Gama Xray and Ultrasound.
I went in for an xray and the receptionist and xray tech Mina were so polite and cordial.
Unprofessional staff and service. They made a wrong appointment. And the staff said it was not her fault. And she rudly ask us to come again. This is the worst experience I have ever had.I don't know how they could get this job.
