Good quality of care geared to rehabilitation. Like many other hospitals, it's best to have family support and visits due to limited resources. We are grateful for the care our family member received.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I assume because people are venting their general frustration and anxiety of life during Covid with their experience getting tested here. I had a seamless experience at this site. I went online at 10am, got my test appointment for 3:30 pm on the same day, showed up, and was in and out within ~25 mins. Next day at 12:30 pm I saw my results online. What more could a man ask for. I just wanted to say thanks to all the self-less, hardworking, and dedicated nurses, doctors and health care workers out there who are constantly putting themselves at risk all day every day for the benefit of society. Also, whoever is reading this, I hope you have a wonderful day, I hope you stay safe and strong, and remember whatever you are currently going through will one day pass. You got this :) Ryan

Just moved my father in law to this facility. Nice and bright, state of the art equipment. Hopefully he will get the physio he needs. Only draw back so far is that he will be bathed or showered once a week

I was a little scared to go get my COVID 19 test because of the negative comments. I just came back, good workers. I wish they were a little strict in terms of staying 6 feets apart from eachothers. They did not became doctors to become professional at small talks. More sanitization needed.

I had to get a covid test back in december because a coworker tested positive. I went into self isolation immediately and took the test at Humber River Hospital but they failed to update my results online and would not answer my voice messages. I had to go in person the day before I was expected to return to work to get my results. I think that defeats the purpose of self isolation, I shouldn't have to risk exposure at the hospital to get my result. Again this happened in May! I have been waiting for my results to no avail, they need to work on getting the results updated asap.

Dr. Heller, Orthopaedic surgeon, recently did knee surgery for my grandmother. Both he and. his team did an excellent job and my grandmother is happier and healthier than ever.

I too agree with (Josh K), I booked my appointment for (Wednesday, January 12, 2022) and I finally made it before my scheduled appointment for 4:55 PM and when I came, there was a black security guard (bald dude), who would not let me and the other woman who wanted to know why she couldn't get tested? He told me and her that we have to be health care workers or age 70 and older to get tested at this location and that the Ministry of Health changed the guidelines for testing at the hospital. I left...wasted time and bus fare to get here and being told that we can't get tested. I went to Church site last year March...why all of sudden they change it now? So why did I get approved for an appointment...at this location close to home? I just wish they could just destroy this hospital...why are they building another centre near this hospital is mind-boggling!

Some of the nursing staff need to be much more caring Physio is poor and not worth it Response for people bed bound help can take up to an hour Don’t rely on nursing staff to go the extra mile Food iffy As in all institutions a few nurses can ruin the experience I complained and nothing was done

My mom was here for a broke hip. She is not a fussy person and understands the challenges of hospital food service as she did this most of her life. Food was awful. Staff were pretty good but information was hard to come by

Went here for a Covid test. In and out without issue, results posted within 24 hrs. Parking is validated. You take a ticket but it's free on your way out when you put it back in the machine. There is ALOT of construction though in this area. If you have a booked appointment you don't want to miss I'd suggested giving yourself at least a half hr buffer or avoid going via the 400. We were waiting in a line that backed out onto the hwy.

Awful...worst staff with no medical experience, my grandmother arrived early (she was third in line) and waited in the cold for another hour until the staff slowly arrived, she asked for a washroom once they let her in, they told her loudly so others can hear, that it was on her, she should of went before, she explained her medical situation, they brushed it off so she had to leave without getting tested. We tried to book the appointment again online, but couldnt book at either site (finch or church) for any day or any time. Error saying she was not allowed to book. She had to go to branson in a different district. We called the sites for answers and after 3 days we got an answer, they said she was probably an "issue" and so they blocked her from returning to the two closest assessment. Failed assessment centre, needs real management at these locations.

If I could post a negative, I would have. The little hitler man you have working for you should be fired. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my time with health care professionals ...do an audit sometime to gauge the standard of care ffs

Right now I don't advice no one to come here to get tested, specially if you don't have symptoms and there's chance you don't have covid. Trust me, you come here wait 1 hour wait outside and then the worst is you wait more then 1 hour inside of a waiting room full of people , at least 50. So there's good chances if you test negative, you will have it after from catching from here. After all we know about close contact I'm pretty sure every one who wait in this living room is consider close contact with someone for sure. Unbelievable what they're doing here . But a big thank you to the staff, amazing work in those conditions, taking the high risk for everyone ???? ????.

Horrible! Nobody answers the nurse's station after 6pm and no patient coordinators are accessible after 6pm. They've left my mother sitting outside waiting for a transfer nobody knows about for hours!

There nurses are rude unprofessional. Once it’s seen as a bad neighborhood. I guess only terrible healthcare workers were sent at this location. Can’t even properly pronounce people’s name. Terrible.

Don’t allow your elderly family members here, if no one is available to advocate for them 24/7, the staff will treat them inhumanly.

Terrible experience. The receptionists are not helpful at all. My dad had to travel internationally, I called at least 10 times to know if his result was here as he did not have a health card on him but they always kept leading me on and never ever helped me or gave me a response. Not helpful not considerate.

DONT GO HERE FOR COVID TESTING. The site was very poorly organized, as the line was asked to move and rearrange several times. Once inside, they had 15+ people waiting in a tiny waiting room, with people coughing and clearly symptomatic. Why would we not just wait outside in the open air for a few more minutes before a nurse could see us directly. We then waited 25 minutes before being called into a small testing room. This could have been organized in a much safer manner. I went to get tested as I was in close contact with 1 Covid positive person, Now i feel like I will have to quarantine for an additional 14 days as I was in a confined space with so many likely Covid +ve people. This exposure feels way worse than my initial exposure. The one thing I have to say is that these nurses are so dam patient and amazing. I was stressed being in that environment for 30 minutes, but they have to work like this all day. No one should have to work in conditions like that. Make it safe for both the nurses and patients.

STAY AWAY. Worst place to get your COVID testing... You will be waiting forever for results, I’m on day 9 with no results yet and I have no confidence that it will ever come. Doesn’t return calls and you can never get a hold of someone... Go to Western General, much more organized and faster processing. Never again, do better Humber!!!

Came here for a PCR Covid test. Booked my appointment the morning of, and got tested same day, 2:20PM. I got my results back 13 hours later, 5:20AM.

Interesting experience - nurses are rude and have no manners, clap at you to get your attention and are dismissive. I work in the medical field - NO infection control - no wiping down of any chairs patients use and they seem more interested in talking to each other than serving their patients. Feel like everyone who goes to this facility will come into contact with the virus if they have positive patients - gooduck

Great location if you want to waste your time. Booked a covid test and met the requirements on their website. Arrived and was told I have to be a healthcare worker or over 70.. the security guard turned down dozens of people that arrived and showed no empathy for wasting everyone's time for an error on their part. UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE if you're planning to provide covid tests to not waste everyones time. Location and staff are overall very below average. thanks
