This is the worst hospital I have ever been too ,i recommend whoever owns this place should hire a new staff

The EMERGENCY walk-in services have been CLOSED since June 1 2017. I've been coming to this hospital for 15 + years and it's same as any other hospital out there. It has good people that want to do good and some inconsiderate ones, just like everywhere else. There were times when the wait was excruciatingly long and once in awhile you would be in and out under an hour.

Quick and efficient covid testing. Best time to come is 5pm on Saturday. 15mins in and out. Staff is very polite.

when I was registering for Day surgery, while registering two workers were talking so loud in the background about their personal lives. The personnel asking me questions could hardly hear me and had to ask to repeat myself a few times and asked the two annoying personnels to lower down their voice but they continued on talking very loudly. So disrespectful. Unprofessional.

I went in for an injury on my leg. They were super fast anf professional. I had xray done quickly and the Dr had great bedside manners. He answered all my questions and made recommendations. I would defenitly go back.

Such shame and this "hospital" is an embarraseement and a clear indication at the failure of Canadian healthcare. Absolute trash place. Do not come here. Don't even think to go here if you have an emergency. This place " can't be called a hospital" is only for special care. Shame on our government and whoever crook that runs this place that ran it down since I was last here in 2013

I took someone to this site to get a COVID test, and while I was there decided to also get a test. There were people all over, without properly distancing. No proper ventilation and people coughing everywhere. Its been 4 days since, i don't have results and now also developing symptoms. I would not recommend coming here especially if you are asymptomatic. I definitely feel like I caught something at this test site. Also took about 3 hours (I went at 4pm).

This is not a hospital. This is a place of lies. The name states it's a hospital. It's more of a walkin clinic. It's open from 9am-7pm. That's for the emergency room. THIS IS NOT A HOSPITAL.

Don’t go here. You have to pay parking and they are on it immediately. There are other locations that are offering free parking for covid testing. This place is BS! I arrived at 9:59am (checked my phone) and the ticket shows 10am issued...wow! I’m contacting government officials and CBC

I was close to the area driving at 2am, when I felt alot of chest pain, I searched google, and it showed this hospital. I managed to arrive there hardly only to find that they open at 9am. What kind of hospital that has only certain office hours! I ended up calling 911 afterwards!

We went to Branson Medical center for Covid test. Bad experience. we booked online and did the prescreening on line as well . We had the printout for both : the booking and the prescreening... and yet we had to wait in 3 different lines (!!) for more than an hour..?? too many ppl in the waiting are because they do overbooking thus social distancing is impossible to observe... We counted at one point more than 25 ppl in the 3 different lineups ..for 25 ppl they had 5 chairs...so we had to stand most of the time... The stuff is very casual about the situation... poor lineup management plus overbooking ..not acceptable ...not going there again

Booked appointment for covid testing and spent about 20 min in total. I didnt cross path with anyone while in there and the 2 doctors I met were very friendly. I want to thank all the staffs who put themselves on the frontline to help our community.

Waiting in line for a covid test for an operation. Staff member let 20 people ahead of us because she assumed my daughter was under 18 without even asking. $4 per 1/2 hour parking .

Came to COVID assessment centre with my little sister. Staff shocked me with their unprofessionalism. They never payed attention to my appeals.My poor sister who had fever was crying in the lobby for about an hour. First, they sent us to the wrong room where another patients was waiting for the test ( which is unsafe) and when I told them that someone is inside one of the nurses just laughed on my face. Also, they did not followed the line and people that were after me were nurses priority for some reason. I was so frustrated and asked for a help because my sister is autistic and she could not handle it. But at the end nurse, that finally came to take the test could not perform swab from the first time. Totally disappointed and I just want to wish them to be treated the same way as they were treating me today. Stay safe and never visit this COVID assessment centre.

The worst clinic I ever been into. I was here few times, the service here is horrible. No patients and still it takes four hours of time waste. Workers here dont focus on their job nor patient, chatting and walking with coffee. Quit if you hate this job!!!

The projector beams that have been shining over the hospital's parking lot and onto the apartment buildings nearby -- please turn them off if they aren't necessary. Please consider the people living in the residential area. They've only been installed a month ago and the reason is unclear, especially as they simply seem to illuminate an empty parking lot at night and there are no emergency services at this hospital. Please consider the surrounding community. Thank you.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Had the most unprofessional service from whoever works there during weekdays in the afternoon in the registration for covid testing, I got humiliated and laughed behind the glass window. Thank you for all the front line workers who still treats other people nicely and with respect despite the pandemic.
