If it's busy you have to wait. Not everyones problem fits into a 15 min slot. This is our health care system. There are not enough Dr. for everyone. Everywhere is busy. You can't blame these people for a problem that is bigger than them. They are doing the best they can. All Physicians I've seen treated me well enough. No complaints:)

very impressed with my save my spot appointment. you reserve time online which is so nice to choose a certain time of day. or just walk in and take your chances with wait times. lots of sanitizer. masks only of course. chairs are distanced or may wait in hallway 6 feet apart. saturdays seem busy so if you're disabled or have trouble sitting or standing for awhile I'd recommended reserving online for less possible exposure to others also.

I don't typically write reviews but I was terribly disappointed with this place. Had a phone conversation with Dr. Kiai and she just referred my stepdad to another clinic for more tests to be done. We waited a day to talk to her just to be told to go somewhere else. I asked for a lab test req so at least the blood test results can come back sooner. She said no and just to go to the other clinic to see someone else. Wasted our day on this one visit since MRP only covers 1 visit a day. Very disappointing. Doctors should try to do full assessments (blood tests, scans, vitals) and take accountability over their own patients rather than sending them off without anything.

HUGE Sign "OPEN 9-9 7 Days A Week - No Appointment Necessary", except when it's not. Like most weekends, especially Sundays and many weekday nights after 6pm. In other words, pretty much any time I try to get there! Waste of time.

Do not call. This is literally a fraud to the system and a waste of time. I've try to see a doctor from there twice in the last 2 months, both time the receptionist said I need to talk to them over the phone before coming in person even if my problem cant get look up over the phone, then after wasting a day waiting for a phone call, they tell you they cant see you anyway and tell you to go somewhere else? then, charge the bill of hundred of dollar to the system for what, nothing literally nothing. This is my own experiences and this is the same experience of 2 of my fellow friends at your place! Good for you guys, making money over sick people, should be ashamed

I'm so grateful for this clinic's telephone consult appointments and Dr. Harmer's help during Covid. My elderly mum is in assisted living in Port Coquitlam, I'm in North Vancouver, and it's difficult to coordinate urgent care for her when she can't leave her residence, and I can't come in to see her and assess her condition. I really appreciated Dr. Harmer's attentiveness and responsiveness. Mum now has the meds she urgently needs, rather than having to wait another couple of days for her local physician's practice to respond. This quick action may have prevented a hospital stay and cognitive decline. I'm very relieved.

In all my days I’ve never come across such an incompetent doctor as Mary L Robertson, she may know her medicines but she clearly lacks common etiquette. Was very rude and discouraging during my diagnosis.

I had a virtual appointment since I was in so much pain and was trying to do my part and not overload the hospital emergency room if it was not needed (still lots of COVID cases). Had all my symptoms written up with some background ready and concise. The Doctor who called me was unusually rude and told me if he was in that much pain he would have gone to hospital in a tone as I was lying to try to get a blood test or ultrasound !!!! He was a horrible person and definitely not a caring professional. He even made a comment about healthcare being free ! I had to explain to him that I pay massive taxes annually, and I believe I already paid for my health care. Never spoke to anyone that rude and would never go to this clinic ever again.

A gamble this is with your health..All depends on the doctor you see which means no consistency whatsoever, secondly some of the receptionists are rude.I have seen three different doctors there one male who was creepy and inappropriate,a female doctor who patronized me and belittled me and lastly another female doctor who got annoyed with me for questioning the meds she wanted to give me.... All horrible.Patronizing rude unhelpful.I think if all doctors got really ill in the beginning of their education they would understand what being a patient is like they're all bloody jaded here!Go to the 17th clinic..The Esplanade clinic is even worse FYI.

Reception is rude and useless and seems to play games with peoples lives. I told her I have a condition I need a full physical and she was saying jokingly “oh well then you need to make an appointment and we re a walk in clinic only” I mean really? She should go be a receptionist at a casino with this attitude. What a waste of a clinic. They should be shut down.

Worst doctor i have ever met, that bad that i had to leave a review for the first time, Dr. Debra was very rude and impolite, not helpful at all, instead of telling me what to do asked me if i want her to examine me or give me prescription. I will never set foot at this clinic again.

Called to address a few issues, was told that I need to make another appointment because the doctor (Dr. Kai) didn't have time to discuss more than one. She was very rude and then hung up after telling me she was busy and had other patients. Seems to be a clinic all about billing the most while leaving patients unsupported. Would go anywhere else before booking here again.

Fairly good wait time of less than 1h. Poor bedside manner and practice. Did not feel listened to. Doctors did not take medical history or current medication. Prescribed medication without checking drug interactions even though I told him what I was taking without him asking.

Ive been here about 5 times and received pretty good service from doctors. Yeah there wait times have been Alittle off but its just an estimate. They dont know how long each patient will take. The thing i respect is ive never been thrown medicine i dont need like antibiotics or pain meds. The times ive been with kids theyve gotten me in fast. Even no wait one time.

Went in because I was having issues with my lungs. A short blonde female doctor basically diagnosed me with 'the sniffles' and told me to go home and rest. Pushed me out the door as fast as possible. This clinic views their patients as a a notch in their daily allotment. Do not go here.

Not impressed - had an appointment to get a shot injection and I had some questions for the doctor., Dr. Wilson-Haffenden, and she dismissed me saying "well the doctor you got the prescription should have gone over those questions with you". I said - yes, they did, I just would feel more comfortable going over them again with you - and she proceeded to rattle off a couple of mentions of when I should come back again for my next shot, and did not clarify any of the other questions I had, and just told me how to exit the building and left. She was very rushed and just walked out of the room. I had initially explained it's my first time using this medication, and thought that I would have been made to feel a bit more at ease with the doctor. Will not be coming here again.

Called 3 days prior to showing up, hoping to see a specific doctor, was told he would be in on Monday at 2:30pm. I show up at 3 and the front desk tells me he’s at the clinic on 17th. I walk down there and get told the doctor I needed to see was booked until close. So I came back to the 19th clinic since I’m more comfortable there, and asked the front desk if there were any trans friendly doctors I could see. I was told one of them was and requested I see her. I was sent to wait but was not given a wait time. Over 90 minutes later I finally get called into a room, where I’m told a different doctor would be in shortly. When he came in I explained I needed a prescription for delatestryl testosterone as I’ve missed 2 weeks of injections due to a shortage of cypionate. He didn’t know what it was and asked me why there’s a shortage, obviously I don’t know but I need an alternative. He was confused by what my dose would be even though it’s literally going to be half the volume I normally would take due to delatestryl being 2x as concentrated as cypionate. This is exactly why I requested to see someone with experience working with trans people. I’ll be going back to Three Bridges for my primary care, despite it being much more inconvenient.

Needed diabetes meds, Dr. seemed to forget to send the prescriptions to the pharmacy after telling he would do it right away. Now two days later and still nothing. Just called and now they'll send them right away.

This review is specifically about Dr Ravinder Linhari. I went this morning with a HORRIBLE sore throat I’ve not been able to sleep or eat anything for 2 days. The staff is always helpful and got me in right away. The doctor prescribed Lidocaine and sent me on my way. There is a shortage of it and I could not find it at any of the 4 pharmacies I went to. Exhausted and feeling really sick I went home and called Dr. Likhari to see if he could advise or perhaps prescribe something else. His answer was: “if they don’t have it there is nothing I can do.” That’s it??? Seriously? I’ve never been in so much pain in my entire life and that’s all I get? I hardly ever need to see a doctor and I’m a very healthy person but when I need help that’s the reply? A lady in a pharmacy explained that they could potentially order it and prepare it at a different percentage and figure it out but Dr. Likhari didn’t write the prescription correctly so they don’t know how much they should prepare. This was just absurd! I is really unfair to just try and treat the patient as quickly as possible and when the medicine is not available just disregard them and not help at all. Shame on you Dr! I doubt your Hippocratic Oath said to kinda help people if you could and only if the medication was easily available.

They will kill you at some point. I never satisfied with their services esp dr kia. If you got problem with your stomach she tell you to drink more water and eat fruits. If you got pain she tell you go to physiotherapist. I got more but right now my condition is not good. This is the health care of that place. I will still try other doctors. Im sorry for the patients here. Doctors dont know how to take care of early sign and symptoms and prevention is a better than cure

The staff are always friendly when I come here. BOOK your appointment. People always complain but expect to wait if you are walking in. The doctors are wonderful here. Saw Dr. Hodges who was very friendly and was empathetic to my situation. Only had to wait 15 mins as I booked my appointment.

Poor service across the board. Had a consultation with Dr. Kiai (sp?) today via video appointment. I waited for 30 mins before she showed up to the appointment. I was understanding and didn't make an issue of it because I imagined they were swamped. Despite arriving late, however, she was incredibly rushed, with horrible bedside manners. I told her I wanted a complete blood panel so I could get a baseline for where I am at and to put any worries aside for any health issues I've faced lately. Despite offering to pay out-of-pocket for any ancillary tests I requested, she immediately dismissed my request, and was very short with me. I made it clear to her that I felt like I was being rushed and she said 'yes, I am very busy, I have a lot of other patients to see'. I let her know it was me who had to wait for 30mins while taking time off work and she turned it around and said it was my fault for showing up (5 minutes) early...go figure. Would not recommend her as a family doctor to anyone interested in building a solid relationship with their medical professional. She does not ask the right questions, she thinks she knows based on the assumptions she makes looking at purely numbers like 'age, how you're feeling etc' about what may or may not be wrong with you, and she is not compassionate, in the least. Next time I make a doctor request I'll make sure it's NOT her.

Worst ever. Saw a doctor twice in 10 years. My luck it was the same one - cristina kiai. Waste of time and taxpayers money. Both times I had to fight for a prescription, referral for tests etc. avoid this one at all cost.

do not book appointment on phone or on line. they do not care. You will still be waiting. I went their today 5 min before my appointment & I am waiting their all the patience come and gone . It tuneup they screw up my paper work. their were 4 doctors on duty & 4 receptionist. Their main interest is sending patience to their new Clinic on 16th & lonsdale.

Was told it would be a 1.5 hour wait, which is a long time, but fair enough, I needed to see a doctor. Two hours later, I asked how much longer they expected and they said 45 minutes at least. If they had said three hours off the bat, I wouldn’t have stayed in the first place, but yeah thanks for wasting two hours of my day and I still need to see a doctor. A one star rating is one star too many. I don’t care if I’m actually dying, death would be preferable to going back to this clinic.

It said on Google that they were open till 9 on Saturday. I drove for 30 minutes in pain to get there. Turns out they decided to close. Apparently this happens a lot! Two other patients were also there just to get hit by a closed door. Horrible experience!!!!

I collected documents to get tests, I asked for a simple note as my company needed it, and the doctor (not LEE) they put me on with was a rude individual, accused me constantly of needing to calm down when I was laughing at him for not understanding that all I needed (for the 25 dollars I gave them; crooks) and he refused to send me anything at all, then told me if I do not like it I can go somewhere else. Yeah I will be and I will be making a formal complaint against this company for this outlandishly childish behavior. I now understand why the rating of this office are so low. To your staff, thanks for the help, someone do what that doctors momma couldn't and smack him.

I’ve had awkward experience here with Dr.Kim. I went there to get my physician declaration done for my job. He was Korean and I was Korean too but we used in English since I didn’t know wether he speaks Korean or not. But then when I revisited him on next day he spoke in Korean and I said “I didn’t know you speak Korean” then he said “yes I do but I wanted to see if you’re able to speak in English”. Does really necessary to test my English to get done my physician declaration? It was very weird and rude. THIS IS NOT A JOB INTERVIEW.

Dr. Robinson is amazing! Very patient, calm and nice. I had many visits with her and every time she answered all my questions very patiently. Wait time used to be quite long but lately due to pandemic my appointment was right on time.

The wait time is more than what they say. They told me one hour wait but it turned to be more than 2 hours. Only one doctor on duty on Sundays. So try not to get sick on Sundays!
