I’m so glad I went in to see Laura at Niagara Orthotics and Prosthetics! She conducted a very professional and knowledgeable assessment of my feet and provided me with information and recommendations about orthotics. She custom made orthotic inserts for my shoes and I am so happy with the results! The change that I feel in my feet and legs is incredible. I wish I had gone in to see Laura sooner! I would highly recommend this business and Laura Pantano to anyone!!!

I have purchased 2 braces from here. I recently had a custom made brace done. Due to frequent use, the material became stretched, and the Velcro wasn’t adhering properly. I was able to get in relatively quickly, I met with the same man that helped me with the initial purchase. He listened to what wasn’t working and was able to make the necessary modifications while I waited. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and have impressed me both times I have used their services. The only thing that would improve this experience is if they were able to bill and receive payment from the insurance companies directly online. However, this is a limitation on the insurance company side, not a “them”. issue. Also, they validate parking, which is a nice end to an already positive experience!

I needed to get a brace for my arm and I was suggested to go here and it was a great suggestion. I was greeted with a smile and was assisted getting the proper size brace by trying on a few to ensure that they were a good fit. A gentleman named Sovoeun was professional and very caring I could tell that he had my better interests in mind. The place was clean and inviting I will definitely go here again in the future should I need a brace.

Overall I had a great experience and would recommend this location to anyone who needs it. We'll kept and the staff are all very kind and attentive. 10/10! Doctor was very thorough and I never felt rushed out or like I was just a number(patient). They always made sure that any thought or question was talked about and answered.
