They seem never to answer the phone. How about actually answering the phone instead of saying you hired 4 receptionist on your recording. This was never the case years ago.

I see Dr. Durocher as my family physician. He and his entire support staff at this clinic are amazing and pleasent. Switching to this office for my healthcare was the best decision I have ever made.

I cannot say enough about my family doctor, Dr Durocher. Knowledgeable, caring and really really listens without being dismissive. If he questions anything he makes sure to get you to a specialist. I'm very lucky to have him.

I hope to see more hours added to the after hours clinic, particularly on weekends. Currently the clinic is closed on Fridays, open on Saturday mornings from 8:45-12 and closed on Sundays. This creates a backlog of patients needing care on Mondays. Please consider adding more hours of care on weekends or offer an alternative walk-in clinic elsewhere as the hospital is not ideal for non-urgent care.

Just wanted to give my positive experience so far with the entire Niagara North Family Health team (Virgil site). They are very professional, attentive and follow-up as required. My Dr. Al-Jarrah has been excellent in listening to my issues and following up on my concerns. Hope not to have to see them often but I know that if needed I will be in good hands. Thank-You

Dr. Frendo is a wonderful family doctor. The nurse practitioner and nurses are also good and friendly. The reception staff have a reputation among locals, not a good one, that is warranted, unfortunately. Just make it through the main gate, and you'll be in good hands.

Doctors are wonderful. Too bad it's the reception that gives this a bad review. I've been calling for 2 days multiple times no answer.

I am appalled at this clinic right now. Having the secretary work from home is clearly not working as it took over 6 hours to get a call back after we left three messages throughout the day, explaining that my mom was bedridden with back pain. When they did call right before they closed yesterday, the secretary stated to call back in the morning for a walk in clinic. We called this morning and once again, no answer, we left a message. They didn’t ask my mom if she was okay, if she was cared for or anything when she explained that she was bedridden. We called 911 in the morning and they stated to call he family doctor. I understand these are covid times and it has been difficult, but they could at least return a phone call in a timely manner and help their patient find the appropriate resources to help them if they cannot help in a timely manner. If this was a patient who didn’t have family to care for them, they would have been in excruciating pain and bedridden with no way to go to the washroom, get medication or eat.
