Great friendly efficient service. I arrived, without an appointment, for an X-Ray was asked a few questions and told it would not be long. Within 10 minutes I was in for my X-Ray and 5 minutes after that I was out the door. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Thanks for the great service!

The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude when I tried to give more information to assist in trying to locate my requisition. Unfortunately there isn't an email to contact anyone in charge.

called to find out when my ultrasound appointment would b. The rude receptionist told me i would not get a phone call to set an appointment for an ultrasound for several weeks due to a back log of paperwork. i took an hour off work to go to the clinic, and asked for her statement in writing so i could let my boss know. They then decided to send the paperwork back to the doctor claiming i canceled the appointment. im doing everything i can to return to work, and these people cant even do their job without having a temper tantrum. Completely unsatisfactory and unprofessional.

I've never had an issue with appointments or wait times at the office. The staff had always been friendly and courteous. But it's too bad I can't access my reports online like other places. Now that I know this, I'll be going to Island Health for all my imaging tests.

They described my gallbladder in details in ultrasound report. The only thing is I do not have a gallbladder. This does not look good, haha.

I went up to the counter, the receptionist had her head down and did not even have the common courtesy to address me by taking the time to lift her head up from the computer. Rudely said I am busy I will have to wait and be served by another receptionist. I was flabbergasted, so I go to sit down and she loudly says, don't sit down or we won't be able to serve you. No customer service, treating a customer with no respect or courtesy. I believe in simple things in life. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect. Expecially the customers! Madrona! Address this problem and reprimand your employee. You are in a customer related industry.

Terrible scheduling. 3 miss informed appointments that I HAVE to pay for out my OWN pocket. They say my appointment is at 220 but when I get there they tell me it was for 120.... & they wont be able to fit you in till next week. This has happened to me 3 times now, I refuse to go back even though I've heard terrible things of parksville that's where I'll be going from now on... They seen I had a 3 yr old & was from Qualicum and work monday to friday but still just sent me out like it was ALL my fault, piss on you madrona.

*update - I’ve had 2 ultrasounds so far and they have all went great! Very friendly and kind technicians. I haven’t gone in for an appointment yet, but they called me to arrange all my ultrasound appointments over the phone and were extremely accommodating! It’s very much appreciated!
