I was in for my Covid-19 test (which luckily for me turned out negative!). During my visit I observed that the staff was courteous, professional and the place was clean. I waited in the middle section to be called in and had a chance to observe the movement of staff and placement of furniture etc. It was well organized and my waiting was not more than 10-15 minutes. I was told that my results would be posted at the website, which I was able to access very easily. All in all a pleasant experience!

A cooperative and friendly staff and doctors are here at Intrepid Health Group. Especially Dr.Asifa Bawangoanwala is an experienced doctor and deal with patients in a really nice way. Also, Elizabeth at the reception is really helpful and friendly.

This place is owned by very unprofessional people I think they are the same one those run floradale medical center, Doctors are the best but scheduling and appointment settings area below poor quality, waiting are is not enough for patients, most of people stand and wait for their turn. If you wanna save your time and don't wanna shoot up your blood pressure, stay away from this place. Look other places where your doctor is available.

If I could give a zero star rating I would but it's not possible. I waited for 45 minutes on an early Saturday morning where there wasn't very many people inside. I had to make it to another appointment for my friend , so I asked if I could come back when it was finished. When I returned I was not seen because I took 3 hours at the other appointment. Horrible service and not very compassionate in any shape or form! Best of luck if you go to this place!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Asifa Bawangoanwala for over 15 years. She is very thorough in her diagnosis and treatment. She is particular about annual physical check ups and other investigations in the interest of the patient which I highly appreciate. On one such routine check up, she observed an irregular heart beat during an ECG test. Without wasting a single minute she referred me to a cardiologist who had to perform an urgent angioplasty. I am thankful for her quick action. Clinic staff are well trained and efficient. Pharmacy is conveniently located inside and the staff are courteous.

Dr Sussan Iriji is wonderful. He's thorough & caring with a great personality who truly cares about his patients. He doesn't hesitate to get you to the right specialists right away and always follows up promptly. The clinic is in a good location with lots of free parking. The staff is friendly prompt and there is a pharmacy right in the clinic. The pharmacy staff are also great to deal with. I'm so glad I found this clinic and Dr Iriji. My husband has now chosen Dr Iriji to be his family doctor too.

This was my first time at this clinic. I don't have a family doctor to go to. They let me know they were excepting patients. I only waited 15 mins and the doctor who help me was so helpful and caring. I definitely will go back because they truly care and give great advice. My wrist was hurting and I could not move my fingers. The doctor analyzed my injury and gave me some different options. Thank you for your attention to detail and quick service. This will be the only place I go now and will recommend Intrepid Health group to everyone I know.

The staff are mostly great and Dr Murray is one of the best doctors I've ever had. Be prepared for a wait though.Each time I come it's about an hour passed my appointment time when I'm seen unless you come first thing in the morning. Update. Third visit: still waiting 55 minutes after my appointed time. Down to two stars.

I am high school student and have done my 2 credit CO-OP at Intrepid Medical Center. The staff are extremely helpful and respectful. They help when help is needed and they work there hardness to insure that both patients and doctors are satisfied with what they have done. Whenever a mistake was made they would help to fix the mistake, instead of not helping and choosing to let you get lectured.

Doctors here are great but the administrative staff are the worst. You will be on hold for hours. They are always unclear and rude. Changing up their administrative staff and hiring better employees would definitely make this clinic a better place to welcome new patients and old.

I loved the doctors at this location for methadone treatment, they do a great job with their patients but I had to switch clinics because a couple of the ladies who work the front desk are extremely disrespectful and belittling towards patients. I was in disbelief that they're allowed to treat patients with such blatant disrespect and they're so rude straight to my face, I walked out crying two times. It's a shame because the rest of the staff is phenomenal, but it's not worth the rude, unprofessional and disrespectful ladies that greet you. I'd love to switch back to Dr. Murray or Dr. Ahmed, I had a lot of success with their help, they're very good at what they do but I cant say the same for the reception desk. I'm not comfortable being spoken down to by a couple of the front desk workers. I've never come across a treatment clinic where they greet you with belittling, disrespectful, rude, unprofessional employees. It's not worth it. I hope in the future they have more pleasant, professional employees working the front desk who do their job right. I've had a couple friends who've left this clinic for the same reason, and from what I've heard, we weren't the only ones. I'd reccomend choosing a clinic where they don't insult patients to their faces & gossip as if they're mean girls in high school. Not a good place to go if you don't want to be treated poorly & stigmatized.

After 1h30 of waiting I was still not seen by Dr Sidra Sindhu. I rebooked the appointment but by phone call, never got the call. So I strongly recommand that the time allowed for a consultation is respected by the Dr and ask to patient to book another appointment if in that 30 minutes all inquiries were not answered.

They are new and very green. Still need to learn the ropes of this field in terms of how good service and patient care is provided. I was moved in different rooms twice when I was there. Not sure the reason but one doctor saw me sitting in the room and probably chose not to see me and asked the staff to move me to another doctor. That’s my guess If my guess isn’t correct, then there staff is probably not well trained about their own operation. They need to train their staff to provide better service or ask doctors to take 20 steps to the other room rather than move patient around multiple times. I called and asked for an appt but they said just come in and I have now been waiting over half an hour. I will be back as I go for an allergy shot monthly. Will report back on their teething process.

I have been a patient of Dr. Asifa B. for over 10 years. She is an amazing doctor who attentively listens to her patients and gives excellent advice. She has been taking care of my 70+ father with multiple health issues and has personally called late night to consult about his health and ensure he is taking the right medicine. I would give her 10 star for her professionalism and passion towards her field of sincerely helping people. I am however, giving four star because of the long waits at every visit. I have waited upto 3 hours to see her even when my daughter had high temperature because I trust her care more than the emergency care which is based on the testing and is no doubt great too. If only, the clinic can figure out a way of booking patients that has waiting time of not more than 30 minutes which includes waiting time in the rooms too. The receptionists are also very caring and helpful and the place is always clean. Thank you to all, for the care and concern you show. Cheers!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE If you value your time take your business elsewhere. It says on Google that they close at 5pm. I call reception at 4.15 and wait 25 minutes on the phone. It is an urgent matter regarding my prescription. No one is answering so I call their pharmacy instead. They tell me: "Oh yeah, they left early. Sometimes they leave early depending on the schedule. Try again tomorrow". What kind of service is that? This is not the first time they make me jump through hoops. About a month ago I booked an appointment regarding my prescription on their website. Since the doctor was busy, I had to wait about 2-3 days for the next available appointment. They notified me that the doctor may call up to 1 hour late. My appointment was set to 3pm. At 6pm, 1 hour after their office closes, I assumed there was some kind of an issue and I was not going to receive a call. So, I went to get groceries. In the 5 minutes when I was in the basement garage the doctor called (at 6.05pm). I called back as soon as I was out of the garage (6.07pm). The reception told me that since I missed the call I have to book the appointment all over again and wait another 2-3 days. Your service is ridiculous, absolutely zero effort to satisfy customers' needs. I recieved no help from the reception. It feels like the workers simply do not care about the customers. My advise to any potential new patients - if you have other options, stay clear of this place.

Intrepid Health Center at Mississauga --- Staff and doctors at the walk-in clinic on Dundas St offer excellent, fast, health services (including tests and a pharmacy). Plus they take extra care of seniors. Seniors like me can email a concern and get a quick response or appointment as needed--which is very helpful.

Disappointed that you can no longer book an appointment online with the clinic using myhealthaccess.ca , it was really good for me due to my social anxiety. Now its back to calling 5 times and nobody picking up the line, or being put on hold right away and nobody getting back to me. However, Dr. Jivanji is an amazing doctor who is very thorough and knowledgeable, as well as kind. The pharmacy staff are amazing as well.

The wait times at this clinic is absolutely horrible, and they been saying they are working on it since they left floradale clinic, and brought all the piss poor problems to this clinic. Dr. Murray is the worst, will book 4 patients in an hour and spends 30-45 mins with each, makes no sense. book 1 per hour then, instead of making the later appointments wait an absurdly long time. And the pharmacy people only care about money and your prescriptions.

first clinic i came to since moving to ontario. new clean and modern clinic. short young indian girl in the front was very friendly and sweet and understanding.. considering i was complaining to her about my medical problems.. she then told me to have a seat and gave me the wifi password. tall girl with glasses in the lab was very efficient with checking my blood pressure. i then got impatient and asked when was my turn to the lady in the hijab who seemed to be having a bad day as she yelled at me and told me i was next in a Very rude tone. dr asiffa was very professional and took her time to give me the proper medical attention. overall a good walk in clinic despite the one rude lady

Doctor is great but horrible experience with the staff. Extremely laid back and do not respond on time. My father is now in palliative care and was diagnosed with a rare cancer. There is no more hope for him as his cancer is highly aggressive and spread. Surgery could have been an option however, we were informed of his test results 6-7 months late and only because we inquired. We might have been able to save my father if the clinic would have informed us of his cancer diagnosis earlier. I am also placed on long holds and hung up on when I call just to book regular checkup appointments. My doctor used to get back to me much quicker before she was involved with Intrepid group. Extremely, disappointed with the lack of care by the clinic and would not recommend this place to anyone. Patients should be the priority for every clinic.

Great caring physicians in a new building that is easy to access. Short wait time to see a walk-in physician. Very friendly front staff who were very accomodating in scheduling. New building with lots of parking spaces. Also very impressed with their friendly in-house pharmacy team that coordinates with the physician. Well known rehab clinic, "Activa" is also in-house. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new family doctor!

AVOID AT ALL COST. If I could give a lower rating I would. My appointment was rescheduled three times as my family Dr would not be in. I agreed to see another DR in the office Dr Bawangoanwala. the day of my appointment I get several reminder texts giving the option to check if there are any delays it shows none. I arrive at the exact time of my appointment and was told there 30-40 minute wait. I told the receptionist I had a quick errand to run and will be back in 20 minutes. I got back in less than 15 minutes and was told there's still 7 people ahead of me. When I asked what the purpose of my appointment is if I still had to wait I was told the DR is going away and squeezing in her patients. I was finally called only to be put in hallway to wait some more. The Dr passed me and did not even have the courtesy to acknowledge me sitting there. I was put in a room, after waiting another half I decided to leave. The lab tech(only good thing about the staff) was very apologetic. I asked her to ensure ohip will not be billed she advised it will not be but I will call ohip to confirm.

Finally! A professional, clean and modern clinic in the neighbourhood with great doctors who listen and help! I came in late on a Tuesday night and saw a doctor right away using their telemedicine service which means that I sat with a nurse in a room with a camera and the doctor video conferenced in - how cool!

I understand that there are long waiting times in any clinic which may average to one hour after booking an appointment. This one is no different but it may take longer than an hour to get to see Dr. Asifa. Then you are sent to an empty room to wait for the doctor to come and attend to you. She will come and have only 5 minutes reserved for you. You tell her that you have pain in the back and you are experiencing some fever on and off. That’s it. That was all you are allowed to tell. Since you have already consumed your 2 problems, Dr. Asifa will politely tell you that there is too much rush and she cannot listen to any more of your problem. Never mind if it took you 2 hours in the horrible condition to wait for her. She will ask you to book another appointment and enjoy a couple of more hours of waiting. She strictly believes that “Time heals”. What ever problem is left after that, she will listen to those 2 at a time. I will move from this clinic. Surely. They are just sucking money from the government by your multiple visits.

Doctors at Interpid are OK, but the staff is rude and unprofessional. In other clinics, patients are immediately given appointment on arrival of their Lab reports, even if it is a non emergency issue. But in Intrepid patient has to call in to inquire about lab results. Also, the phone hold time is too long.

This walk-in clinic has sign posted outside saying no walk-in patients are accepted. The government should remove their right to operate as a walk-in clinic. Now in the middle of the pandemic when non-emergency medicals should be solved outside emergency rooms, this doctors refuse to treat walk-in patients in their "walk-in" clinics. Nobody ever should visit anymore this shameless "doctors".

There are many walk-in I can go to, but I prefer going here as the staff is friendly and focuses on patient care and the doctor's take their time to understand what I needed help with. The other bonus is they have a pharmacy and other services, so it makes it one stop shop.

Doctor is not too bad but before reaching doctors was hard time no one understands patient or family problem and after finish with the doctor documents is not proper served.day by day going bad for small work they taking 3 month time pationt has to go many time but they are not resposibal.

Worst waiting time ever... I am sitting here in the clinic now as I write this. I have been waiting for 1 hour and 42 mins so far and have just been called into the doctors room now. Thats WITH an appointment! Who knows how much longer the doc is going take to see me! RIDICULOUS I have better things to do than to waste my precious time on a Friday before a long weekend. It's not even busy here!! Only 2 people were called in before me in a period of an hour and a half! I don't get it... So unprofessional. I will be looking for a new family doctor.

i took my 2 month old with 103 temperature and symptoms of her Kawasaki disease but doc didn't checked her properly and asked me to leave by saying give tylenol , didn't even heard my concern but was just busy in his phone.how can a doctor let a 2 month old with 103 fever without diagnose so un responsible .later i had to take her to sickkids but her symptoms were faded and it took long time and lot of tests and suffering to diagnose her disease and she got aneurysm in her coronary artery , every day with i give my baby injection i think about that doctor was his call that important that my daughter have to go through all this because of his agnorance.

I have been calling the Intrepid Mississauga since 2 weeks several times almost all days. The reception should be not taken if they cannot pick the phone and after 20-25 minutes they are just terminating the phone. Health department should look int this when as a patient for several years are trying to reach and the receptionist terminates the phone. I want to book my appointment on the sonography which i took and its really frustrating that all such folks are given a position in the clinics. I am with the family physician since 10 years and since she is ow retiring i think i will look to some other physician nearby my home. I am fed up with the clerical/receptionist who work here.

We are new in Ontario and he made our move here easier in the medical and health aspects of our family. We also love that the location has a pharmacy, lab, dental and etc. It is a one stop shop!

I usually dont complain although I dont have a very good opinion about this clinic but today was horrible. I had an appointment with Dr Murray for my prostrate complaints. The appointment was for 10: 40 AM I reached there early because I had to get my blood work done and fasting. I was still waiting for him till 12 in room no 3 when I went to the front desk to ask about the doctor. The receptionist said he will be with me shortly. I went back to the room sat there for another 30 mins and then walked out without the consultation. Who knows how much longer would have I waited. So unprofessional and disgusting.

In Oct 2020 I went for my Echogram test. The exam room was very small. The bed was very small. 4 feet bed for 6 feet man. There was no pillow. I had to use some small box as pillow. The place is congested, it hard to find rooms in side and in case of any fire, it is hard to find way out.

My mom had taken a fall over Christmas and needed medical attention over the holidays. Her family doctor was away till mid January. I reached out to the clinic which is not to far from where I live and they where more then accommodating on having her seen. Was amazing by how quickly they attended to her. It’s tough to see your family member in pain and scared but the doctor treated her as if it was his mom. I was so touch and grateful to have him help.

My wife & son were at the clinic on 30 April. My son had to be excused from school as he had to see the doctor for a 10:30 appointment. My wife informed me that they were taken to the doctors examination room and asked to wait for the doctor there. Until 11:45 with no doctor had come to see my son. When she checked back with reception, they told her that according to their appointment system, doctor had already seen my son at 10:52!! Very poor response from staff when they were told that doctor had not even come to see them yet, still their system showed they patient had already been attended to. Very worrying scenario here. Scheduling & reception requires serious overhaul. The doctors over there are great at their job, highly experienced & professional. Thats only reason we go there.
