Doing Nst and waiting for two hours, final have bed, and be asked to go out because another is labor

The nurses at intake, birthing suite, and overnight site are all really amazing. The wait can be long if they are swamped on busy days, but they are all very kind and knowledgeable once you are in their care. I was impressed by their knowledge of each patient and frequency of response / check up. Thank you for taking such good care of us during one of the most hectic times in our lives!

This is the worst clinic. They never answer the phone. We left VM on multiple days and never got a call back.

You get an appointment time which is well booked in advance of months and waiting here for two hours with a reply we are behind schedule today. I really dont understand how is it possible to be behind schedule by more than two hours when consulting patients and that too by 1p.m. The irony is patients are needed 15 mins ahead of appointment time while made to wait for more than 2 hrs to see the doctor.
