It’s obvious this company doesn’t have enough competition based on their terrible customer service. Through numerous experiences we don’t even bother trying to book here anymore, but rather use Lethbridge’s Radiology Associates, which is great.

Only waited a couple of weeks, a quarter of the wait time in Dartmouth. In and out in less than 15min. Caring staff members. Seemed more thorough than my mammogram done in Dartmouth. Very impressed!

I needed to get a couple of MRI'S done and I got in alot faster there than waiting to get into the hospital. This service is private so I did have to pay for it which was not cheap! I was not pleased to hear from the 3 Specialists that the MRI'S were of very Poor Quality!

,Waited 2 month for an appointment ,phoned to find out requisition was lost by dr. Office. I finally got another appointment Wich they phoned and told me a date ,I had to take 3 days off. just got told 1.5 hrs befor appointment tech not coming in today, “thanks guys “I just had to pay 900 just for an appointment you can’t make :(,

Terrible service. Waited for 30minutes to be told my health doesn’t matter to them and they don’t have medical mask exemptions. I might even write up a Human Resources complaint over this!
