Too much wait time

I brought my 86 yr old mother in law to the Concordia Urgent Care today and was pleasantly surprised with the kind and considerate care she received. From the security guards, triage nurses, lab tech and Dr Andani she has been given skilled professional care, diagnosis and treatment in a kind, caring and timely manner. We were very impressed and grateful for their care. Thanks to them all.

Very Positive experience here at Urgent Care. I injured my foot, and went to get it checked out. All the staff I encountered were Kind and courteous and the wait times weren't too bad!! I had xrays almost immediately and was given crutches and a special shoe for my foot! Nothing but good things to say. Remember to go with as much positivity you can muster in your circumstance. politeness and patience goes a long way here, and will make your experience much more positive! ???? thank you staff at Concordia!

What a terrible waste of my time. Called healthlinks to know if I needed to go to urgent Care and they said I should. Waited 4.5 hrs just to be sent home and told to wait another week. Why would you make me wait just to tell me that? No wonder people avoid going to the doctor. This is disgusting.

Not fun to have to go hospital, but everyone at Concordia today from admitting and triage to the nurses and doctors to the technical folks taking CT scans and x-rays worked perfectly as a seamless team. I am hugely impressed .... thanks

Horrible. Came in with pneumonia. Sat for 5 hours while nobody moved. Nobody went in. Nobody went out. And the waiting room was barely half full. Finally said enough and decided to go home. What a joke our healthcare system is. If i could give negative stars i would.
