This evening I watched two very compassionate, caring and efficient Doctors help my wife. The three Nursing staff there were equally compassionate, caring and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them help Sue through a bad shoulder. Calm, cool and collected they went about their work checking to make sure everything was the way they wanted it to.

Just like to leave a quick review for Nurse Russell, she is by far the kindest, most compassionate nurse I have ever met. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone.

Came in with broken knee cap....extreme swelling, upon arrival, was moved to several different rooms transferring multiple times between wheel chair and gurney, no ice pack for swelling over the course of several hours....took 4 tries before nurse could find a vain for intravenous....disregarded my advice as to which vain has worked well in the past. When fitting for knee brace, nurses were not very well trained on how it was supposed to fit, due to extreme swelling...lot's of fighting with it and lot's of pain.

It has been one year tomorrow that i was diagnosed and treated for cancer at this hospital it was the best hospital i could have been in , the staff there were the best and very professional i could not have been in a better place i wish that i could do more to give my thanks to all of them that treated me other than writing this. Would be nice if there was a way to check wait times in the ER before going! I saw an article from 2016 talking about how they are working to get wait times online ..what happened to that??

I was misdiagnosed!! I was having moderately severe abdominal pain with severe rebound pain & sent to emerg. by walk-in Dr. They did a CT scan & diagnosed me with a "fibroid tumor"! Problem is I was diagnosed with it some 30 years before on a pelvic U/S & during those 30 years have not had so much as a stitch of pain or any other symptoms! When I informed the ding bat of that his answer was "well it could be bothering you now"!!!!! But it was not the fibroid at all that was causing my symptoms but a case of diverticulitis!! After a couple of days of classic symptoms of same, my pain was gone! An emergency room physician should leave their God complex at home before going into work!!!!

Horrible 4 hours waiting 3 hours waiting 7 hours is to long for someone to be waiting to see a dr in the er at night.

Horrible waiting times. You can see the staff constantly having fun, chatting and doing nothing. And most of the time I have no issues with that. But if the waiting room is maxed maybe it's time to work more effectively. Unless it is live threatening you are better of staying at home and wait for urgent care in winkler.
