Rendu sur place, il fut largement négligé et placé en salle d’attente malgré le fait que son état s’empirait de plus en plus. Il était complètement confus, ne savait pas où il se trouvait, le mois, qu’est-ce qu’il s’était passé durant la journée, etc. Après l’avoir sortie de force (car les agents de sécurité refusaient que sa famille aille le voir malgré son état grave), il fut emmené à un autre hôpital. Après lui avoir fait passé un premier scanne magnétique, le médecin, du deuxième hôpital, s’est rendu compte qu’il avait une lésion cérébrale importante et a pris en considération une chirurgie d’urgence. Heureusement, après un deuxième scan, la tache de sang sur le scan a diminué et le médecin a jugé que la chirurgie n’était plus nécessaire. Tout ça n’aurait pas pu être fait sans l’entrée par force à cet hôpital et la décision personnelle de ses proches de le transférer vers un autre hôpital à cause de la négligence de l'hôpital Charles-Le-Moyne. Évitez ces urgences à tout prix!

My Dr sent me to emergency because of a lung problem. Had part of my lung removed last year. I arrived at 5:00pm and it is now past midnight and I haven’t seen a Dr yet. That’s 7 hrs of waiting and I’m not close to seeing a Dr yet. So discouraging!!!

My son went in at 5 pm after having gone from clinic to clinic and they were either full or closed,he went through triage and sat for ELEVEN hours!!! At 4:30 am they told him he wouldn’t be seen for at least another 10 hours, feverish and in pain with what we believe is kidney infection since they wouldn’t see him we still don’t know what is up. There are no family doctors, there are no walk in clinics that aren’t already full, you get told to go to ER and ER watches you sit for 11 hours and then decides to let you know your not going to be seen. That hospital has always been garbage and the staff are rude belligerent and ignorant.

Less than nothing, absolute garbage. Half an hour searching how to enter via the Emergency room no signs to direct you besides to say doors are closed. Breathing problems and god forbid letting ppl know where to enter. Better off dying in a ditch.
