It took me 9 months (4 visits) since the first visit for him to ask me for magnetic resonance for shoulder tendonitis. The resonance report was not even included in the file when I went to see him again. He referred me to an orthopedist afterwards. The day of the appointment with the orthopedist, I am called at 10:30 am from the same clinic saying that I have to come at 12:30 pm because the orthopedist has an emergency !!! he cannot receive me at 4:00 p.m. Then, I call twice to take my file to take it somewhere else, I am promised to be called back when it is ready but I do not receive any call back. I call the third time and the operator tells me that I am calling at the wrong time and that my request cannot be processed at the moment:))) ... They hang up the line on me ... A you to judge (Original) Un très mauvais service à la réception. Le médecin traitant au moins celui que je voyais, semble démotivé pour exercer son métier. Il m'a fallut 9 mois (4 visites) depuis la première visite pour qu'il me demande une résonance magnétique pour une tendinite à l'épaule. Le rapport de la résonance n'était même pas inclut dans le dossier quand je suis reparti le revoir. Il me réfère à un orthopédiste par la suite. Le jour du RDV avec l'orthopédiste, on m'appelle à 10h30 de la même clinique disant que je dois venir à 12h30 parce que l'orthopédiste a une urgence !!! il ne peut pas me recevoir à 16h00. Ensuite, j'appelle à deux reprises pour prendre mon dossier afin de l’emmener ailleurs, on me promet de se faire rappeler quand c'est prêt mais je ne reçois aucun rappel. Je rappelle la troisième fois et la téléphoniste me dit que j'appelle à des mauvaises heures et que qu'on ne peut pas traiter ma demande pour le moment :)))...On me raccroche la ligne au nez...A vous de juger
