Everyone at the urgent care was caring and reassuring. Receptionists, nurses and doctors are all good people here. Doctor Regan took the time to explain everything to me, despite me not having any serious issues.

We were screened and given a fresh mask with a visor. Apart from designated seating in the waiting room, all proceeded as normal. Staff in the Allergy clinic were, as usual, professional and expert in the care administered.

Having back pain/kidney stones type pain went to Saint Joseph’s and also had an ultrasound done. I found the the front staff and Doctor Quite pleasant and caring. Also to the ultrasound technician she was very pleasant and friendly personality.

Had day surgery yesterday. Excellent facility. Outpatient department is organized, efficient and on schedule. Nurses, doctor & anaesthetist were wonderful. I highly recommend this healthcare centre

I went to urgent care in October and I received abysmal care on the day I went. The nurses and Drs/Residents made fun of me and made a full on show for the eczema diagnosing it as shingles without listening to me, I've never had chicken pox was vaxxed against it and haven't come into contact with anyone who has either shingles or chicken pox, I did mention that multiple family members have eczema as well and the drs were adamant I had shingles (while doing no tests and seeing the spot on my tricep/elbow in the waiting room) I had no other symptoms of Shingles. They sat me down for 5 minutes after in a chair and then gave me a Rx for 3k mg dose of an antiviral that because I was misdiagnosed ravaged my system and made me ridiculously sick. 24 hours later I went to a different clinic and received a second opinion found out I infact had eczema and the Dr I was seen by at the second clinic couldn't believe the diagnostic process your Dr and nurses gave me. So thank you for being one of the worst uc centers

Medical care meets minimum standard. Unfriendly and unsupportive. Lots of equipment for tests and analysis if they feel like using it. They don't care about the patients and just want to push them thru the system as quickly as possible. It should be noted that their complaint procedures are a paper scam and will accomplish nothing from past experience. They just don't care about anyone but themselves and their paychecks.
