I am writing this review as a very frustrated person: This Bone and Joint Clinic claim to help people but without even seeing me they denied all treatment because I am to OBESE! However they did not even realise I have already lost 40 pounds but they don't care are they are prejudice towards fat or OBESE people! I am just passed to one person and to another and everyone is getting paid by our Health System but my knee is still so bad for almost 1 1/2 years. They are very prejudice against OBESE people and only the thin people will get any respect or help!

I had a virtual interview with Dr Anderson to facilitate 2 knee replacements. After this interview absolutely nothing happened. They will not return phonecalls. I am a healthy, active, athletic 80 year old. The clinic was supposed to speed up the waiting time but I think the opposite has happened. I was driving past the clinic in early September on a blistering hot day and they had some poor old patients waiting outside the clinic socially distanced. I am absolutely disgusted with this clinic.

I have been denied a referral as they want to milk the Alberta health care system claiming that X-rays received in the U. S. We're not good enough. They were sent multiple X-rays MRI specialist recommended treatments for a torn rotor cuff X-rays will not even show damage, this is completely an abuse of the health care system, and they are trying to milk it! So terrible and wrong, shame on you!!!
