The entire staff from reception to nurse and physician consultation are always professional and a highly coordinated caring clinical team. The best thing is that the Petawawa Centennial Family Health Centre includes my opinions and choices on my journey through life. I am an active participant in my health care plan. To accommodate the needs of all patients they are proactive in expanding their physical facilities. An added health care bonus is the Willow Vein Clinic team specializing in the treatment of varicose veins that provides me with much improved leg health. Dr. Janet Chow, MD, FCCFP, Varicose Vein Specialist and Julie Regier, RPN, registered practical nurse and Tina Deschenes, RN, registered nurse all dedicated to my health. I have to call 6 times during regular hours for someone to answer the phone and there are 3 people sitting at the front desks any time I have visited. Being one of the few facilities within an hours drive, if not the only one, it would be great to have a reliable medical clinic for children.

Worse clinic ever the receptionist can’t even try to check if we could talk to a nurse for one minute as the NP made a mistake into login data’s in my baby’s file and depending on that mistake I’ve to go buy formula which I doubt he actually needs because a mistake has been made.. like she can’t be more useless than that!

This Facility is Definitely. NOT a Walk In Clinic as one of the Receptionist on duty on Feb 28/17 afternoon so reluctantly informed me.Do not write many reviews but feel this is more of a reflection of.the receptionist than the medical staff. After playing 20 Questions with her i decided this was .more of a WALK OUT CLINIC.
