This Hospital belongs to the category of General hospital.
Have had many relatives die here. 0/10 would not recommend
Fast friendly staff. Very knowledgeable. Great with kids
I spent 6 hours waiting in Emergency before seeing a doctor. I was told that my case wasn’t as serious although I expressed that I wanted to make sure I didn’t have pneumonia as I was coughing up brown mucus. Nevertheless I was put at the bottom of the list and the entire rotation of patients there went ahead, people who came after and I was left waiting. I was very polite and only asked once about how long I may have again. Subsequently I did have pneumonia requiring antibiotics, inhaler and other stuff. No surprise there. The doctor was very professional and friendly but the staff they have or whatever management is so poor. I worked as a clinical manager in private/public hospitals in Trinidad and never saw that level of incompetence. I almost want to say hey do you need help so things could have moved faster. In a third world country such as Trinidad and Tobago we have far more competent and efficient people working in our health care industry, specialists and family doctors all free and we are a Tiny island!
If you can, go to Deep River and save yourself 8+ hours. The staff here are wonderful, kind, helpful people, however they are severely understaffed. Triage took 1 hour, waited for another 4 hours before being called into a room, waited another 3 hours before I checked with a nurse (who was very kind and sweet) and was told there were still 3 people ahead of me. There was 1 doctor for the whole ER, even when I arrived early afternoon. Multiple people got up and left while I was waiting and I should have done so sooner as well. This hospital desperately needs to staff more doctors, it's absolutely unacceptable for a hospital to make people wait so long. Whoever is in charge here clearly doesn't care about the patients.
Amazing with bedside manner and really helped me when I was having high anxiety about my MRI
On Monday June 1st 2021 i had a bilateral inguinal hernia operation, staff and Dr.s were great, even had a phone call after i checked out of the hospital to see how i was doing. I was given written instuctions if any bruising, redness or swelling out of the ordInary i was to take myself to the E.R.. Wednesday the 3rd i was having complications with my surgery, abnormal swelling and bruising accompanied with severe pain, i arrived at the hospital at 11;03 pm did my intake with nurse and sat in extreme pain in waiting room for approximately 30 minutes then i was called in and given a bed and some pain medication ,hooked up to blood pressure monitor and was told the Drs were changing shifts and should be about 5 minutes, the nurse checked in on me about 30 minutes later and finally at 2;07am and not even looked at i unhooked the monitor and even with the beeping from being disconnected no one showed up ,i then left the hospital with not one person looking at my inscisions the entire 3 hours ,off to another hospital . . Complete waste of my time and truly a danger to my health. Given your hospitals 2.4 stars rating out of 5 Mr.Noel I would be seriously looking into your protocols and procedures in your E.R. . Your hospital is becoming a danger to its patients, all i hear of late are people travelling to Deep River or the Ottawa Hospital instead of there own local hospital,i think its time for a provincial audit or review of what is happening or not happening at the hospital,.
Called ahead of time to make sure the service i needed was provided. After waiting a total of 5 hours in the er waiting room and an additional hour in the back i was told they didn't provide what i needed. They gladly waste peoples time and feel so remorse when you leave feeling worse than when you arrived.
Worst hospital experience ever. The doctor in the ER was so incompetent, all he said is that there's nothing he can do and that he can't run any tests, because that's what a family doctor should do. Avoid this hospital at all cost! Have been to several hospitals in several provinces and countries and this is by far the worst I've been to.
I was born here and my face was cut during the c-section. I now have permanent scars on the face to show for it. Really shoddy work, folks.
I went to the emergency room for extreme abdominal pain. When I arrived they asked us covid questions, then questions about my health out in the waiting room and had me talk about my private health issues in front of everyone. There was a sign up that said average wait time is 8-10 hours yet there was only around 8 people in the waiting room. 8 hours later in the waiting room i was finally taken to a room after my mother went and talked to a nurse because I was screaming in pain. When I finally got in a room, I was put in a room for prisoners with two cameras in the room, and a bed with restraints left on it. I had no choice but to lay down on the restraints. It was another 2 hours of me crying in pain, before I was seen my a doctor. I would also like to add that a nurse came into the room and asked me to stop crying because I was too loud. My mother asked for someone to look at my stomach because it was swollen and she said if theres a problem my mom can talk to management. Like this was a clothing store or something. When the doctor came in he did an ultrasound then was gonna send me home after finding nothing saying I could come back in the morning for another ultrasound or I could have a CT scan. I said I would do the CT scan. I was moved to another room where I was to wait. I'd like to add that at this point I haven't eaten in over 24 hours and I was told I wasn't allowed to drink. They decided to hook me up to an IV to get fluids in me, my veins were so weak from how dehydrated I was that it took 2 tries to get the IV in. I didn't get my CT till 8 (I had arrived the day before at 6pm) in the morning. Where I was told that they can't do a CT unless I have a full belly, so I had to chug a full glass of water. When I was brought back up to my room I napped for a bit and went to the washroob before a new doctor came in. He told me I have gastro. I explained that it made no sense because I had thrown up blood and he said we'll you're sitting up in bed so you're fine. The only thing that was good about that stay was by second 2 nurses who were kind and kept checking up on me. However the first 2 I had when I got there should not be nurses as they have no empathy or compassion. I will be going to the Ottawa hospital for a second opinion as I am in severe pain and can barely eat anything. I was there for over 16 hours and was treated like i was a liar. I'll also add that they placed me in a room with 3 people suspected of having covid, and another confirmed with it. They had me sharing the washroom with them as well. If you have the choice, don't go here!
I'm a military suppose and my family doctor is 3 hours away from me, so had no choice but to come get check out here. Been here before but this time got yelled at by Dr Gregory Mosdossy because I wasted his time and taxpayers money, said to me go see your family doctor and dont come here only come here if your dying. Your a doctor its YOUR job to treat patients and look after sorry not from here. Didnt let me explain and said have a nice day and walked out Manager said patients and employees have put complaints about him. Then why is he here then? Dont recommend coming here.
I was brought to Pembroke Hospital from the Ottawa Civic after having surgery on my spine, as it is closer to home. I've been here a week so far and I have to say that the nursing staff on the third floor of section B, are absolutely amazing! They have all been super nice and helpful, especially when they are risking their lives everytime they come to work as we are still in Covid-19 times. The doctors and physio department are really great also! Thanks for making my recovery so much easier!!
Worst experience. Sitting here from 11 am did not get my turn for 5 pm and when i ask to the reception they said next is your turn at 3 pm and than its 5 o clock still didnot get my turn..
Not bad for a hospital
What an awful place. Halls are dark and depressing to walk through, staff are rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, and the layout is confusing. I will make the drive to Ottawa before I step a foot in that place for any medical attention. They should not call it a hospital because it is not a hospital. Its a death trap. P.S. the woman working in the parking office needs to be fired ASAP. Worst customer service ever. What a miserable and rude person she is.
sent a scuicidal patient home, with no help. Don't go here if you're queer, they WILL ignore you.
Incompetent doctors, uncaring nurses, obsolete equipment and unacceptable wait times define the pembroke hospital. Avoid at all costs. Do not seek treatment here, the locals drive themselves to Ottawa for proper medical treatment.
Definitely came a long way from several years ago. The renovations and updates are good, confusing for right now. They have sign everywhere though, for several just in case--you never been! Dr S. Leavey is an amazing OB/GYN!! I’m pretty sure the other physicians are amazing. They also have a staff member in the emerge now, helping you with questions as well as pointing you in the right direction.
Great staff!
Long wait times.........
6 hours I’ve been sitting in the emergency room waiting to get my eye looked at. Many people have come and gone again. When I got here, I could barely see and needed help finding my way around. Significant pain aswell. Over 4 hours I was in the front waiting. Staff people there felt bad for me, they got me into the back to be ignored for another 1.5 hrs (and counting). It isn’t that busy here. I’ve seen several people with, what I saw, as minor ailments come and go. Does this seem right to you?
This hospital has the best staff, always doing everything they can to deliver the best care possible!
Stayed there for intestinal surgery. The nurses were excellent!
Hospital staff for my labour and delivery were knowledgeable and friendly. ..how ever the mattress cover wasnt put on my bed for a room I paid for. Also no expecting a new mother parking so you end up walking a block with a new born you aren't supposed to lift. Atm will go down, and there is only one and parking authority will tell you there is no other option then walking to another location with a newborn in the cold and rain to get the measly $7 for parking.
Well this is kind of cheating because the only reason that you even recieved one star is because I need to put one up to make a comment. Sneaky.. and that would be the only reason that your rating is at 2 because two weeks ago it was at one point eight and believe me nothing has changed in the last two weeks. Worst Hospital, worst staff, no regard for patients welfare whatsoever. They seem to think that suffering with a mental injury is different than suffering with a physical injury. Well let me tell you this is not true... and for the nurses there that truly do care I feel sorry that you have to walk into that place and work everyday. I would be grumpy too. I made it very clear to them today that should anything happen to my child because of their neglect and incompetence regarding her Mental Health, because she is constantly turned away and sent home with a gaping mental wound, that I will personally hold them responsible for dropping my crystal ball. When people come in there they are expected to trust you and that's a little hard when you are insulting to your patients. Making them feel like they are worthless and that they are wasting your time. You people are f****** deplorable. There are two other hospitals on either side of Pembroke that operate efficiently and the nurses love being there and doing their job (maybe you could send some of your staff there to learn something)... maybe that's not true for all but they don't let it show. Gossiping about patients in the hallway, making fun of them because they have a mental illness? Not assisting a seizing patient on the floor just standing over him asking if he's ok? The things I have witnessed... That's how Pembroke Regional Hospital operates? Y'all better check yourselves. Just my two cents.
Very well taken care off, the hospital could use more funding and personnel to support the area. They are respectful of my vegetarian meals.
Go to deep River
Worst emergency room visit in my life! I had gone to the emergency room after waking up around midnight vomiting and having diharea with the worst stomach pains. When I got to the emergency room the lady at the desk who asked for my health card was very rude when asking me why I was there I felt like I was being scolded for being sick , which is the least of what I experienced. I was then told to wait. With me in the waiting room I saw that there was another girl vomiting and a guy who LITERALLY had a three inch price of wood sticking out of his face bleeding quite a bit who had been waiting an hour already you think that would be a priority! Which made me worry. After 3 hours of waiting and vomiting/dihareha I was then told to wait in one of the rooms and that I would be looked at shortly fast forward 2 more hours, 5 hours waiting in total I had accidently vomited on the floor in the bathroom do to things comming out of both ends and one occupying the toilet. A nurse finally came and all she did was tell me that next time I should puke in a bag and not on the floor. Really. When the doctor did finally come I was told that I probably have the stomach flu or food poisoning. Didn't even look at me. Then gave me a gravel and was told to go home.leaving me with the question of well which one is it..5 hours of puking and waiting to have a doctor tell me it might be this or that and to take a gravel and go home. Never in my life have I been treated or seen others being treated so poorly at a hospital before.
Well, I have been here for close to seven hours now. For swelling of the face and throat. Went through triage, that took three hours because they were having computer issues. Please, do not come to this hospital. Take a drive to somewhere else.
like a tv show, no real doctors, dont ever help. if you're sick dont go here, risk the drive to ottawa. pembroke hospital will let you die bleeding out in the waiting room. they dont ever call back to book ultrasounds or bloodwork. worst hospital and staff ive ever witnessed in a hospital setting. dont even get me started on the parking lot scam they have going. this place should be shut down for being so poorly run and staff that has no business being in charge of peoples health and safety. i had to call the ambulance from the waiting room. they then all of a sudden cared i had internal bleeding after sitting there for hours. worst. hospital. ever. go anywhere else if you need help.

I went to the hospital emerg with a broken lip and other injuries due to a bad fall on my back step yesterday at 8:15 pm. Got a room at 9:00 pm.. Not being seen until 12:15 by a nurse that sent me to CT on my facial bones and X-Ray, shift change Dr. ??? Came to see us at 1:45 to let us know the X ray isn't clear and they will give me needle for the pain and a Tetanus. No one looked at my lip, and even when we asked about stitches we got no clear answer. Was told to see a Dentist on Monday for my twisted tooth. Left the hospital after the 2 needles, and a splint on my finger at 3:15 am in a snow storm. We we t home and called our Dental office, and when he seen the mess in my face was utterly disgusted and stunned that they wouldn't have done stitches! I was at the dentist 3!!! Hours and he put 8 stitches in 2 different areas of my upper lip! Was told the X ray tech would call me to verify the pictures... still waiting for a call.. its over 24 hours later.
I have never been to a place where people sit and talk and so little work is done. If you have time to talk you have time to work. We pay taxes for this.
I was brought into the pembroke hospital by the police after working 14 hours my wife I had just divorced me two days earlier and I'm broke and working 14-hour days so when they pulled me out of the car for doing absolutely nothing wrong told me they're going to charge me and put me in cuffs that were so tight the cut off the circulation to my arm then when I needed to get out of the car they just reached in grab the bottoms of my feet and drag me out of the car like I was a dead cow then they took me to the hospital because I was having a mental breakdown I have antipsychotic prescription I was begging for and then they came in the room during the middle of my episode and told me that I had to stand up and do a sobriety test in the middle of a mental breakdown they want to judge me so instead of saying no I say okay just let me see my doctor first get my medication that's gets me back to normal after my free codes and I will stand up and do your sobriety test then the police worked with the hospital to Blackmail me into taking that I should not have been taken I was told I will not receive my medication until I do this test and they know that was out my medication I am very sick and will do anything to get my medication to Blackmail somebody to do something that isn't even right you can't test somebody in the middle of a mental breakdown how accurate there reactions are so to sum it up the police in Pembroke blackmailed and then when I got to the hospital there was an old Indian doctor that they were able to convince to go in and try and blackmail me there too telling me I don't get my medication unless I do this sobriety test while I'm under full mental breakdown I would like to thank Pembroke Police and Pembroke Hospital
Terrible bedside manner, neglect of parents and long wait times. Best bet go to a different hospital like Deep River or Renfrew. If you are referred to this hospital PLEASE research the doctor you are referred to before the appointment, it may surprise you and advocate for your own health.
Have had many relatives die here. 0/10 would not recommend
My husband's life was saved by the surgeons and nurses at this Hospital. He underwent emergency gall bladder removal surgery and nearly died. The nursing care was nothing short of extraordinary. We are very, very thankful for all that they have done for us.
i called the operator to see if i could shop like a walk-in service and was treated very rude. then when we did show it was a 4.5 hours we waited to see someone. next time ill drive to a different facility
Wait 6 hours to see a doctor just to be told wait another hour for blood work and x-rays then tell you to wait another 2 hours for test results so you wait. They cone in 4 hours later, tell you your results are all clear go home. A week later they are calling you to tell you about masses on the xrays and stuff that showed up in blood tests and tell you to expect a call in the next 24 hours for a CT scan appointment then nothing for two days. I've seen fevered babies wait hours to be seen by doctors cause the doctors are too busy chatting it up with the nurses talking about their days off and upcoming vacations. Terrible service and very rude nurses. I know healthcare took a massive budget cut but bedside manner doesn't cost a dime.
I had never been to this emergency room before. I went in late night and waited about 2 hours to see the doctor on duty. From the RN at triage right through to seeing the doctor, all staff showed professionalism and kindness. Dr. Quirt diagnosed my illness and gave me prescriptions necessary to aid in healing. I was given instructions on using a puffer as I had never needed one previously so had no clue. A Respiratory Therapist, Janet, I believe, showed me how to administer. I am totally satisfied with my experience at this hospital. Thank you very much for the high quality healthcare I received!
Was referred to see the fracture clinic. Had an appointment and was seen an hour later than time made. Specialist seen suggested other doctors I had seen were unprofessional/not as well educated. I am not a Canadian resident and could hear staff gossiping about me. Specialist also asked me to pay him in cash, which seems a bit dodgy.
A friend of mine stayed at hospital for over a month. Nursing care was exceptional.
There is not one positive thing that I could say about the Emergency Services of this hospital. Extra long wait times. Rude nurses and doctors belittling patients. Misdiagnoses (so glad for other doctors in other hospitals for second opinions). Missed medications. If St. Francis had the equipment available to them, I would never return to Pembroke Regional. By the way, I did contact your Administration. Waste of time. The service remains the same.
Absolutely worst medical facility I have ever been to in my life....smashed my head and dizziness, headache, nausea kept getting worst....went to emerg guess......couldnt be bothered 3.5hrs later, after puking there and still seen no one! Will be going to Deep River from now on.....save yourself the headache from this place! Disguesting all the nurses standing around laughing and joking while people are puking, crying and waiting to get in.........DISGUESTING healthcare facility, I dont have to go often but when I do, and I see and experience this......definitely, overpaid for what they do and could care less about people's health. Some triage system.....guess head injuries are considered no big deal!
If I could put negative five stars I would! My mother was terminally ill and we were spoken to very harshly by the nursing staff and treated poorly. Then years later my father got ill and the infamous Dr. Hing let him go home. He was bleeding internally and had to be rushed back to the hospital later when he fell! Avoid this hospital if at all possible!!!
If I could give a negative 1000 stars I would. They have no idea what they are doing at this hospital. Save your life go to Deep River. Don’t waste your time. When they don’t know what they are doing. They send you to another hospital. Awful experience Dr, Hing should not have his license
Unfortunately had to spend almost 24 hr in the emerg department after arriving by ambulance. Ambulance crew were great and the initial contact in emerg was good but then spent hrs wondering what was going on. Next time I saw a nurse was at shift change and only for a min. Next time I saw a nurse was again at another shift change when I was discharged. And all she said was "your discharged". No info or teaching re my condition was even attempted. I unhooked myself from the monitor and managed to get my self dressed and left without any further contact. Resident Dr. was much more informative than the staff Dr. Lee who barely talked to me before rushing out. I know I was not the worst case there but going for hrs and hrs without any contact by the nursing staff just increased my anxiety and made me angry. If I had a choice I would never return here.
Needs to be invesigated for criminal negligence. My wife was extremely ill with depression, suicidal, and they ignored her for hours until she left on her own and they didn't even bother to look for her. My 2yr old son was also there, needing stitches for a laceration on his face, we waited 2.5 hours and left with our screaming child for another hospital. By far the worst hospital staff I've ever encountered in all of Canada.
unfortunately I’ve almost never had a positive experience with this hospital. Nurses are usually nice other then one gentleman that works in the ER ( heard him scream “ the old lady needs some Advil” firstly very rude, then I heard him speak very arrogantly and rudely to a sick elderly patient. Wait times are 6+ hours and they might not even tell you what’s wrong with you or will transfer you to another hospital. Pointless trip unfortunately
Explain to me how a a 70 yr old woman can be taken to emerge with all the classic signs of a stroke and have to wait OVER 24 HOURS FOR A DOCTOR TO ASSESS OR LOOK AT HER?! What the hell is the matter with you??? AND to deny her transport to Ottawa where she would have immediate care in a facility way better prepared than you?!?! TIME IS EVERYTHING!
Terrible attitude over the phones, I understand that this pandemic is affecting hospital staff immensely, however there is no reason to be bitter with people who are just trying to get their questions answered or receive medical help.
i almost hate this place because of some experiences i've had there. but i realize it isn't mainly the fault of people who work on the floor; the problems with this hospital stem from a lot of mismanagement and neglect by the higher echelon staff and the lack of funding from our circus of a government
This hospital is great! I don’t understand why people are complaining about wait time. I was here yesterday. Yes, I was in waiting room for four hours and four hours in emerge, but when I got to the room I got all attention I could only ask for. Doctor Was polite and very professional. Nurses very attentive and knowledgeable. I got asked numerous times if I am comfortable, offered extra blankets. Blood work was as painless as possible, so as CT scan. Radiologist was very informative. People need to have realistic expectations. They don’t want to wait themselves, but don’t want to be neglected. In my opinion if doctors and nurses treat me well, then they treat the same other patients. And we need to understand that sometimes there is an emergencies too, like heart attack, stroke or allergic reaction…. I am very thankful to all emergency room staff.
Extremely uncaring nurses and incompetent doctors.
First time in that hospital last week, from the registration ladies to Lisa?? in the Molecular department, Dr. Murphy & staff in ER, were excellent & very knowledgable!...Also within a few days a follow up/further testing was booked & a recommended specialist will follow...so I was totally satisfied/appreciative of these over worked miracle workers!! Keep smiling!
Nice staff .I can count on this hospital all the time .
Took my sister in law to the hospital with a racing heartbeat. From the minute we arrived until the time we left we were treated quickly, efficiently and extremely professionally. The ER team was absolutely amazing. They worked together like a well oiled machine. We were in and out in 2 and a half hours. Listened to her concerns and responded to her request accordingly. We are truly grateful for the care we received.
good folks work here place is as clean as a whistle everyone nice pleasant professional thank you all ever so much
I had a miscarriage there, which resulted in a D&C. We asked for the body of the baby to be returned to us, even though we knew that after a D&C the baby's body may be badly damaged, nevertheless, we wanted all that they did they removed from me during the D&C to be returned to us so that we could burry him. We were completely shocked when the doctor told us our baby's body was " biohazardous waste" and "hospital property" and that I could not have the body of my baby returned to me. He also told me that since this was my third miscarriage my chances of ever having another child were next to zero and I should see him about sterilizing myself. I felt that not only did he not acknowledge my pain with the loss of my child and insulted my grief horribly, but he also falsely stole my hope. I did have another child a year later. Ironically after this horrific experience the hospital then gave me a very nice pamphlet on grieving my miscarriage. After I sent in a letter of complaint to the Chief of staff I did receive a formal apology from the doctor involved and that is why I'm not naming him now.
Worst hospital I've ever had to go to. My wife was here for a pretty serious reason, and took more then 6 hours to be dealt with...disgusting.
I was in emergency for my daughter. Upon arriving, we were screened and told to put on a mask. I explained that I am claustrophobic and asthmatic. I asked if I could just hold it over my face, and was told yes. They allowed me to stay with my daughter despite her being 16. When we were called into triage, I was told that my mask had to be on in order to go on the back at my daughter. The nurse didn't care for my explanation. I told her if I pass out, she's going to have another patient. She shrugged her shoulders and said, "ok". I put the mask on, and after all that she tells me I can't go in because my daughter is 16. What happened to human/patient rights? And don't use COVID-19 as an excuse. My daughter may be 16 but she is still entitled to have someone with her. She is scared to be alone in a room with a stranger. We ended up leaving without her getting treatment. Truly disgusted with our treatment.
Dr Lee is a horrible doctor in the emergency. He is a careless person. Wait time is insane.
Been at the hospital......questioning on how it is run? Guy sitting here can not see his wife. Then there is another guy broken arm in possible 2 places, and will not give him meds.
Worst emergency hospital ever! Waiting time 3-6 hrs always and one of the doctor was very rude! I hope some sensible management person understand the situation!
I have never had a good experience at this hospital everytime I have gone there. The wait times are redicilous! I don't know why they ever closed the old Civic hospital and closed our walk in clinic in Pembroke. I now drive to Renfrew hospital and Deep River hospital which are the best hospitals to go to and they don't leave people waiting hours in their waiting rooms.
First of all let me say that I understand everyone is COVID exhausted. However, my experience at this hospital was unacceptable and I feel that unless you have an emergency they don’t have time for you. The first visit was on a Friday night, the young lady at the door who was asking the COVID questions was very insistent that I tell her the reason for my visit. I found this to be very insulting as we were basically in the waiting room. When I finally did get to see the triage nurse I was informed that I needed to go to Zone B which was closed. Then I was told that they weren’t refusing to see me but it would be a long wait which would be 8 - 10 hours. It was suggested that I come back early in the morning or at noon for zone b. I left and returned on Tuesday morning. The triage nurse called me in but another person went and the nurse saw him and then another lady. I only know that the patient jumped the line because that patient is a friend of mine and he told me what had happened. By the time I was called, Zone B was closed because they had reached their limit of patients and I was given the same speech as Friday night. Seems like this is their standard speech, I left again. I feel if this is going to be the new normal, Zone B needs to be open longer to accommodate working people and reduce the long waits in the emergency department.
Do NOT go to the pembroke hospital unless your are dying. It's a waste of time. Expect to wait RIDICULOUS amounts of time just to be seen by a doctor even if you are in need of urgent care. They are careless. SOME of the nurses are rude as well. I asked for some water and I was told to "go away" UM EXCUSE ME . Mind your words or get a different job. If you have a problem with proper communication then you shouldn't be a nurse. Have some respect
Asking for info about my mom as she suffers from acute mental health ..Connie the nurse thought it was funny to joke about the situation ...what a unprofessional ignorant woman ..you should be in a different profession lady!
came in for strep throat expecting typical city hospital waiting times but I was in and out in about an hour. friends have delivered kids here. way better then military hospital.
I personally think the wait time for ER is totally unreal. The last time I was there I spent 8 hours in a cold waiting room with fibromyalgia to find out I had pneamonia. Then I went back tohave it checked and spent 5 hours from 130 am til 630 am. I watched the doctor take her sweet time. I was one of two in there at that time. Unfortunately she said I was good but why two weeks later I have it again? Went to Renfrew hosputal only a 4 hour wait. So what is wrong with your service .? Your triage nurse decided who is really sick . Anyways my husband went yesterday and waited 10 hours cause rhe nurse decided he wasnt that sick. Sad !!He also has brearhing issues. Hmmm why couldnt the nurse see that. First thing the doctor say! Very disappointing service!
To the medical staff, Doctors, nurses, administrators and support staff at PRH you are amazing! I arrived at PRH Emergency on July 4th with severe abdominal pain. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of compassion, care and efficiency of the administrative and triage staff; as one rarely receives this level of care and compassion in a major city hospital as much these days. The level of attention by medical staff went above and beyond care and service. Post operation of a twisted intestine surgery, the care, compassion and efficiency of all doctors, nurses, medical and administrative staff on "A" Wing 3rd Floor, was again exemplary. Always professional, caring and compassionate and always greeted with a smile. Amazing to receive this especially with the strain in these pandemic times. A call out to the operational support staff as well, whose job was the maintenance and cleaning of the rooms and facilities. Again, they were always pleasant, efficient and with a smile. A BIG Thank You, to everyone at PRH who got me through this! You are Amazing!
From a Canadian War Vet. Short version. I was transferred from Deep River Hospital. When i arrived i was left in literally a storage room for 4 days on the surgical floor on a metal stretcher waiting for “emergency” surgery pretty much being neglected. Not even a bed.i was suppose to have surgery the morning after i arrived. So i was fasted for 15 hours. They bumped me repeatedly till friday evening and each day had to fast so i was starved each of the 4 days while they kept bumping me. Finally had surgery and the comfort of a bed for a few hours. Dont get me wrong. SOME of The nurses were amazing. After surgery was sent home. Realized i was given enough pain med for one lousy day. I called thinking it was a mistake. And asked for a refill. Was told to go back through emerg and wait 6-10 hours in emerg to be re assessed. “Because i should not be in any pain” Only 15 hours after a surgery on my belly that was not a choice. They refused to give me more without going through the entire process again and while not being able to get out of bed. This hosp is a joke and treat you like an inconvenience. Disturbing health care in Canada has gotten this bad. They should be ashamed of how i was treated. Take extra 20 minutes and drive to Deep River if you can. Unfortunately for me they had to send me to Pembroke for a CT scan. Deep river is wonderful hospital with wonderful staff.
By far worst experience I’ve ever had. I was put in a room in the back, actively vomiting and my condition was getting worse. Every time my friend would go up, they would constantly give her attitude and not help. They wouldn’t come when I pushed the button for help (3 times I pressed it). I was there for 5 hours before anyone came in and didn’t help me at all. The wait times are ridiculous, the nurses don’t help at all. The least they could do is ask if you need anything. But god forbid they help.
Public Notice. As a person of disability I was sent by Dr. Declan Rowan to Pembroke hospitat to see a Dr. MATHEWS today for an injury to my foot. Appointment time was 9:30am I was there by 9:20am this morning. Prior yesturday i called Pembroke Regional hospital out of respect to let them know I was coming today in toe with a mask exemption letter from Dr. Declan Rowan located in their tower D offices. I spoke with a Kelly or Kylie apparently a manager for their covid screeners at the door. She said just present my letter and I explained to her I am afraid to come because I saw videos on social media of how Pembroke staff and Pembroke hospital doctors were treaating the vulnerable poorly. She assured me that I would be safe. When Dr. MATTHEWS staff called weeks ago to book me in i respectfully told them i was mask exempt and recorded Dr. MATHEWS staff telling me that was fine they understood. Today the day of my appoimtmemt i was left waiting 1: 35 minutes. I was then told to head to Dr. MATTHEWS who I recorded today fir my safety demanding to know my vaccine status and why i had a mask exemption letter. I told him under the law I am not obligated to share my vaccine status and under the disibility act I am not obligated to share my medical information as to why I am not wearing a mask. I privided Dr. MATTHEWS my medical mask exemptiom letter from Dr. Declan Rowan. I told him 8f he had questions or concerns he is welcome to call Dr. Declan Rowan. Dr. MATTHEWS stood up and asked me while pointing out all his certificates on the wall? If i thought i was smarter then him. He said he knew My doctor and could do what he wants. I responded with you think your fancy certificates make you bright Dr. MATTHEWS? Are you going to provide me care or not and look at my foot. He aaid he was not treating me without me telling him my vaccine status and explaining to him why i have a medical exemption. That as a doctor "I can do what I want". Another staff member walked in asking me to lower my voice which was at normal. Dr. MATTHEWS WAS GETTING LOUDER! I simply repeated are you refusimg medical treatment to me as a person of disability under the disibily act. If so I will leave no problem but I will be reporting you Dr. MATTHEWS for refusing to treat and accomadate me as a person of disibility under the disibility act. At this point I let Dr. MATTHEWS know that because I was scared and spoke to hospital management the day prior that i came on with a camera running whether he could see or tell I was recording or not. He laughed, him and the other staff member who walked in making faces and rolling their eyes. I said you and your friend here think laughing at the disabled is funny. They laughed and sneared some more then Dr. MATTHEWS called hospital security. I never saw security i got up told Dr. MATTHEWS to let Dr. Declan Rowan my doctor know that I will see both of them before the board of College of Physcians and that I will be filimg a a human right cimplaint under the disibility act with the Humam Rights Tribunal of Ontario. Dr. MATTHEWS laughed. If you read this DR. MATTHEWS understand I recorded you humiliatmg me and laughing at me with your staff. That i will be filing agaist you, your staff, and the Pembroke Regional hospital for failing amd refusing to provide medical care to a person of disibility under the disabilty act and i left a message with the Pembroke Regional Hospital manager stating this. It is a shame you refused treatment after I waited two years with my foot in this condition trying to raise my children much on my own. Today DR. MATHEWS I am embassed for you. It is one thing to pull what you did to me as a person of disibilty another without you knowung I am a military wife who was treated that way by you while my husband and children sat out on the car. Stand proud in your truth today DR. MATTHEWS because i got no problem standing in mine. Shame on Pembroke Regional hospital but God will make a testimony out of this. I recorded Pembroke hospital today after saying they have no security a stunt to add fear.
Here is is Sunday night sitting in emerg. A woman comes out of the treatment area with no mask. Stops to talk to screeners. After a minutes she says she is leaving so out she goes only to return immediately. She proceeds to sit in the corner coughing her lungs out with no mask. Finally screener approaches her and hands her a mask. Still she does not put it on. Finally 2nd screener gets up and tells her to put it on. She has been constantly taking it off then back on coughing her lungs out. Woman comes in barely able to walk says she needs a wheelchair and is going to throw up. The screener says she will have to sit over towards the coffee area but leaves her where she is. Immediately behind my husband and I. She is in a wheel chair now less than a foot from my husband’s back throwing up. We move seats Obviously this hospital has no clue on how to deal with suspected Covid cases and to keep others safe. If either of these woman are Covid positive 8 other people in the waiting area could be potentially infected. On the plus side the wait time is 2 to 3 hrs. I was called On 3rd hour. In a room still waiting but that’s progress from last time I was here.
In the Main Lobby the administration and the nurses were nice, but Zone-B is a different matter. Nurses/Doctors/Worms think they are Gods - rude, obnoxious, arrogant. The plastic hospital cards discarded after each visit. Don't seem to care about ENVIRONMENT either.
Amazing, passionate, caring and helpful staff.
Waiting for 7 hours in the emergency with severe abdominal pain, I am pregnant, and they keep taking people ahead of me that seem to have a minor cold. They haven't taken a new patient in over an hour. The sign posted says 1-2 hour wait ....this is pathetic..still haven't been seen
Worst Hospital experience ever. I went in after my camping trip needing stitches, waited 4 hours to see the Doctor.. When she got into the room to stitch me up she was about to start WITHOUT even cleaning the laceration! When I asked her if she was going to clean it she replied "Oh, you didn't already do it? I could put some saline on it I guess". I'm sorry, do I look like I had thoroughly cleaned out my laceration after a camping trip? Even if I did, YOU'RE the Doctor and you should have done this for me. I couldn't believe it. Then when she saw I requested freezing, she then belittled me and told me she had stitched up a 9 year old boy earlier, with a larger laceration requiring more stitches and he didn't get it frozen. When I still wanted freezing - she then manipulated the situation by telling me its going to hurt the same amount, and that it will end up taking me a lot longer if I wanted it frozen. Not to mention she gave me two stitches when it was clear I needed more, my wound opened up two days later because it wasn't closed tight enough. Then she told me to wait because the nurse would be in to put a bandage and explain to me how to care for the wound for the next week, a half an hour later the nurse walked in, handed me a band aid, and a piece of paper and said have a nice night. Who hires these people? I wish there was a zero star rating. Garbage hospital.
The nurses hardly wear scrubs- ew. Have yet to receive any of my shots by anyone who washes or sanitizers their hands, or even wears gloves. Have seen no disinfecting done everything looks dirty. Currently waiting for my nurse to take my blood, again with no gloves, and after she held and handled 3 fresh urine samples from other people, again with no gloves or hand cleaning. Absolutely disgusting. Health and safety would have a field day !
This hospital does not know the difference between and Emergency and a non Emergency, to have someone bleeding and throwing there guts up wait up to 6 hours is rediculious , but some one with a sniffle or a small cough go in within 20 mins... its pathetic to be considered in the top 72 hospitals with in Ontario for there emergency room
I Recently had A Hysterectomy completed by Dr. Fadare at the hospital and had to stay for a night. I was very anxious but from the start of my first apt. at his office and meeting his secretary, they were very informative, helpful, professional and kind. Before completing the procedure I had a lot of anxieties. The nurses and anesthesiologist were very understanding and explained everything thoroughly. I recieved excellent care while I was there from the start until my discharge and felt the nurses went over and above to care for me.
I'm still alive today good job
wonderful Staff. Everyone was friendly. John in the MRI dept was so professional, so kind, he took the time to ensure i was comfortable and used the greatest respect! Very impressed!
Brought my son into emerge with signs and symptoms of appendicitis. While in the waiting room the greeters/covid screeners were constantly wiping down buttons and chairs in the waiting room, constantly going back and forth to ask questions from those waiting - kudos to you guys!! We were in and room and seen by a dr very quickly. Our nurse and the dr were wonderful. The ultrasound tech was lovely! We were seen by Dr Quirion in the morning and he was fantastic! We ended up back in the next day and same experience, fantastic. Dr.Quirion was our dr again and he was thorough and took my sons symptoms seriously. The lab tech was amazing at drawing his blood. A repeat ultrasound tech was yet again, lovely and so good with my son as was the xray technician. The only thing I didn't really like was having to go into the waiting room and register like a new patient just to get his ultrasound reports. Politics and red tape I assume. Our zone B dr was fantastic and she informed us that his ultrasound showed tip appendicitis. She consulted with cheo and promptly got things in order for us to go there for surgical consult. All of the staff from the moment you walk in the door and screen, to the cleaners, nurses, dr, lab techs, ultrasound and x ray techs ....all top notch. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful hospital! Thank you all for your wonderful care and compassion!!!! To those in the waiting room complaining about how long you have been waiting, maybe you didn't need to be there? Many people need a refresher in when it is appropriate to go into the emerge vs see your family dr. That is the main thing that drives up our wait times.
My husband and I went in to visit his sister who was in the hospital for 4 days. The entire floor smelt of human waste. She has been home now for 3 days and has had the absolute worst diarrhea she has ever had. We only visited her the one day and now both my husband and I have it as well. Her hospital stay had nothing to do with diarrhea and her Dr says that a lot of the patents that leave Pembroke hospital end up with it. My husband says he felt sick as soon as we left the hospital. My sister in law says that she didn't see anyone wash their hands or clean her room the entire time she was in. I saw a lot of janitors outside smoking but never one cleaning. Do not go there if you are looking for a clean hospital. You run the risk of getting much worse. Somebody needs to do something !! People can die from uncleaned hospital rooms!! THIS IS CANADA!!!! I wish I could post negative stars but sadly, I cannot
Probably best experience and fastest service I have ever received during an emergency visit. Could barely walk, In severe pain when I got there. I had a procedure done(incision and drain) and left almost skipping. In to Out was about 50 minutes. Very clean.
Hospital definitely needs either a negative system or a zero at most..One star is a little to high for what I have to say..Pembroke Regional Hospital is negligent. I have 3 stories: The first involving me. I went for bowl obstruction, stayed overnight, In the morning I had trouble peeing, they stick a catheter on me an sent me home after I felt so uncomfortable and scared because I live alone and it was painful. They gave me a fast tutorial I was so overwhelmed and confused. They said home care would come disconnect it and when I got home they called and said we can’t do that. So back up to the hospital I went. Waited again 5 hours or so and the catheter broke and there was pee all over the hall and in the waiting room…so -1star there
I had to be brought there by ambulance, I spent the evening there, I was seen by doctor, had ultrasound of heart, had ct scan of abdomen and chest, told that i had COPD, small blockage of arterie all within 7 hours. That's not a long time considering that every bed was taken, with serious illnesses, plus all the other not so serious patients. After all my tests they kept me for several more hours for observation. They wanted to keep me overnight but I foolishly left. In The time that I spent there those nurses and doctors were constantly running around doing a fantastic job. No one can ever tell me that they just sit around doing nothing. And to their benefit these people were never rude or abusive. 100% satisfaction.
My wife had surgery at this hospital and the experience has been very negative. On the onset of her pre op where she was seen by the surgeon, her anxiety issues were completetly ignored. I guess Mental Health is just a side issue. On the day of her operation she was well taken care of by the nursing staff . My wife has sleep apnea and has a deadly allergy to fish and sea food. After her operation in recovery no one administered her cpap machine and when my wife asked for it after awaking a bit no one knew how to connect the oxygen to it ..my wife had to help them do it..unbelievable...afterwards in her room she was hungry no one had ordered her a supper but they offered her a tuna sandwich..hello? Do they not read a patient's chart?? Also she was told to keep her diabetic meds at home yet they did not order any for her to have from the hospital pharmacy..so she's hungry and diabetic and they offered her ice cream to eat. Ice cream to a diabetic ..my God..since she needed the proteins she ate it ...totally unacceptable...Now the follow up, well, the lack of communication between the doc's office administration and the doc is very poor. No sympathy, lack of orders after the proceedure, no visit to the patient by the surgeon just her intern after the procedure and conversation that leads you the patient to feel guilty about making other arrangements..next is a complaint to the Chief of Staff and a complaint to the to the College of Physicians....please admin do not ask me to call. My wife left a message with the Chief of Staff this morning i expect a return call...but from what we experienced.............
My Husband has been calling everyday for the last 18 days to get an update on his dad and his condition after he flew there from Alberta to bring him in to the hospital and every single day we are told a doctor/ the social worker assigned to the case will call him back( as he had to fly home for work and can’t be there in person all the time ) and we have STILL received no call back. I would not recommend this hospital as it seems that making sure worried family members are not informed or given updates, even after dr Davies told him he could call anytime to receive one when he was there. We are very worried and not super happy that we can never get ahold of anyone. And I see from some past reviews on the Facebook page others felt the same. Do not recommend, wish we would have taken him to another hospital.
My Ottawa doctor referred me to this hospital because its where I live, I needed an orthopedic consult and was just literally told my issue was not important enough to be dealt with there, that I’d need to have my doctor to refer me to another hospital back in Ottawa. Nice, really nice way to treat someone needing help from a specialist that they do have on staff, only available for one type of orthopedic issue right now so yea, wait another few months and drive two hours away to see someone. What’s the point in having specialists here in pembroke. Knee problem, sorry we only deal with hips.... tendinitis in your entire arm and elbow,,,, no sorry we only deal with shoulders. I don’t usually leave reviews but this really upset me
Pembroke Hospital is a terrible place to get help from. Four visits so far, getting my ankle looked at last time took six hours in the afternoon. First two times were between four and six hours. I already thought this was bad. Took my wife last night for midnight with a lot of Covid symptoms, there were maybe three people in the waiting room, triage nurse told her an EIGHT HOUR WAIT. Because they were 'catching up' on afternoon stuff. There were three people in the waiting room! THREE! I'm totally sympathetic to the nursing and healthcare industry but we don't have eight hours at midnight to get her looked at. This is the most poorly run hospital I've ever experienced.
My mother was brought by ambulance to the hospital and she is diabetic. She was given pain meds and was there for approximately 10 hours and not once was offered a drink or food. When I got to the hospital after work, I was advised by one of the nurses that they don't have time to feed people that they expect the patients families will do that. Not very impressed with Pembroke Regional Hospital.
I am from the U.S. I was up there on a bear hunt. While eating fish I got a bone stuck in my throat. Went in to the ER and was treated great from the time I got there till I left. Very pleased with all they did. Took very good care of me.
Worst care of my life i brought my 3 year old last year for a gastro and dehydration and they gave him meds to make him stop puking and overdosed him they had to even call poison control made me sick to my stomach to have to have him go through that
It was very easy to reach dr Heyny’s office thank you soo very much
Deplorable service, no one actually cares about you, your health or your time here. Useless.
GO TO DEEP RIVER HOSPITAL. If I could rate this 0.1 I would, believe me. Do NOT waste your time going to this pathetic excuse of a hospital. Especially if you have any mental illness, they will treat you like garbage. The nurses there like to gossip and will often gossip about the patients. Not to mention they barely do their jobs, freshly graduated from algonquin and this is where all the bad nurses who can't get a job anywhere else go to work. When I was there I came in on an ambulance, only to be put in a room and they didn't see me for almost an hour when they were quite obviously all talking very loudly about dogs and facebook. I also watched a man have a seizure, while they sat behind the counter and kept asking "are you alright?" before he collapsed and smashed his head off the dinner cart. From what I have experienced it seems these nurses WANT you to die. They don't care about anything but themselves and have proven it many times. They will not tell you their wait times until you get there and see them on the board (wait times are usually 4-6 hours because many people abuse the system and go in for colds/flu and the nurses don't even do their jobs). I should also mention when I was last there I had a nurse straight up mock me for being scared. Good job Pembroke Hospital for being the absolute worst you can be. I repeat, do not waste your time.
thanks for doing my surgery late on a sunday night! amazing
I took a friend to the hospital Tuesday nite and the doctors were standing around taking selfies and the nurses were more interested in the new gift shop opening and eating than attending to my friend.Way to go Pembroke.!!!Deep River Hospital is the place to go.Nurses and Doctors there know how to help people.
The waiting times for my scheduled appointments was always between 60 -180 minutes. I would recommend anyone to try Ottawa before this hospital (for orthopedic at least). Was given a fearful surgeon who wasted three months of my time telling me that he was 100% certain that I needed a surgery to fix my confirmed injury, but that I should not do it. Finally got surgery, but doctor was unable to locate the injury and just closed me back. Ho, and impossible to get a follow up appointment with them as they were filtering the calls. After more than a week of disregard voicemails. I left one stating that I would cut the cast and go on my own again if they continue to ignore me (they called back with 30m. telling me not to and booking an appointment) Please avoid this clinic.
Long wait times BUT when my family needed immediate treatment they were seen...they have some excellent doctors and nurses who are committed to helping patients...
Too bad that I have to put a star. Very bad experience with this hospital for my son. He was release from the hospital with significant neurologic symptoms. The evening that he was seen, I guess that the people working were very incompetent.... I do not recommend this place.
To the men and women at PRH yoy are AMAZING! From the moment you walk in to the custodian wiping down all the tables and chairs and door handles! You are greeted with a smile and a helping hand. Not to mention the doctors that go above and beyond reassuring moms and dads that their little ones are safe ❤. Thanks again PRG for your time today! God bless and stay safe
Wait time in "Zone B" (emergency/walk in) is pretty long at night but the staff are very thorough and accommodating!
By far the worst emergency department in Ontario!
PRH, please contract a different parking company. Your current parking contractor is providing substandard service. A reasonable parking service would have multiple forms of payment available such as debit and credit tap, chip, swipe and cash. Currently your provider only offers credit card swipe and cash. The change machine for the cash often does not work, the pay terminal frequently rejects bills and is very rarely able to read credit cards. This makes leaving the hospital very difficult. Frankly, given the reputation the hospital has locally, it would make sense to improve customer satisfaction where ever possible. This would be an easy improvement.
As a former employee for 15 years I can say the management team of mental health services should be very ashamed of themselves and sadly enough I was bullied and was mis treated by many staff there that are social climbers and you know who you are and I watched your lips attached for too long. Good luck!
wait times are brutal sometimes, but it isn't their fault. the staff are extremely kind and go the extra mile. i'd imagine things would go faster if they had more staff and less paperwork. still, the kindness they show more than makes up for it. thanks for dealing with me and my sick kids all the time.
I came in for my scedualed appointment for nine and like they informed me I showed up at 8:30. Was talking to the person who has the appointment before me and he's been her since 8 and still hasn't been seen. It's 10 now and no signs saying we are getting in anytime soon. If you have a choice head to Ottawa you might get in a little late but nothing like this hospital and then they told me to tell the other doctor I have today that I would be late, I made the appointment 2 hours after the MRI
Longest wait time in Canada, hopefully you don't bleed out in the waiting room.
Yesterday I dislocated my elbow and have a concussion falling on ice! Every paramedic, nurse and doctor that attended to my injuries at the Pembroke hospital were patient, kind, caring and thorough throughout my ordeal. I am so greatly appreciative of the amazing, thoughtful, people who took great care of me and made me comfortable during my ordeal. A huge thank you to Dr. Daniel J Plante who attended to me, what a kind, caring doctor who took the time to explain my injuries and really cares about his patients and obviously takes pride in his work. I am grateful for the medical care I recieved from everyone! Thank you once again, Nicole Webber
My father had a medical urgency we called 911 and had excellent care from the 2 paramedics. They took him to Pembroke hospital and had prompt care from the emergency team. Thank you for your professionalism!!
Narrow minded liars, orthopedics department Upon entering building C I was 3 minutes late for my appointment, which would not have been so bad but because of the lack of reception and minimal signage by the time I was directed where my appointment was I was told they would not even see me because I was 30 minutes late however they seemed to be giving me the stink eye and dirty looks efore they even knew I was late. I then sat in the waiting room calling my doctor to try and sort things out, the receptionists for this doctor looked at me with disgust then quickly walked back to the the doctors office and leaned in the door to not so covertly explain to him im on my phone in the waiting room, they went back to their desks and I thought nothing of it just giving him a heads up but then when I get on the phone with my doctor she tells me that the office has called her and complained that I was being rude, shouting and boligerant, at this point I took surprise and was stumped what had I don't to anger these people so much as to tell lies about me to my own doctor, I had to ponder this for a while as I drove back to my hometown 45 mins away and it dawned on me I was wearing the reason these people were giving me dirty looks and treating me as an enemy because I was wearing a gay pride ????️???? shirt real classy, not to mention this is a surgery I have been waiting years to get on my knees so that I can physically go back to work, it annoys me that these people can get away with this, and I'm still got bad knees and can't get off disability because this doctor and his receptionists differ in my view of the world. I would much appreciate the hospital responding to this and hopefully rectifying the issue
My Mother was admitted to intensive care. Dr. Mylene Gagne is a definite asset to this hospital. I only wish she had a family practice. A test was completed for every symptom portrayed or mentioned by my mother. Dr Gagne wrote a summary upon discharge which I obtained from the FMD. It has assisted us in her future care. Dr Gagne took the time to review all her meds and brought them into the 21st century. The nurses treated my mother well. The only complaint she had about the food was there was too much. Kudos to the Dr Gagne and staff.
iM ACTUALLY WRITING ON HERE BECAUSE OF RENFREW COUNTY MENTAL HEALTH... i PUT IN AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT TO PRH PUBLIC RELATIONS 2 MONTHS AGO....I WAS PROMISED AN OFFICIAL RESPONSE.....AS OF YET NOTHING HAS BEEN SENT TO ME.....I HAVE BEEN LIED TO,MANIPULATED,AND PREJUDICED AGAINST....AND HAVE HAD NOTHING HAPPEN BUT BEING STONEWALLED......NO ANSWERS,NO RESPONSE(EVEN THOUGH I WAS PROMISED ONE) IF LYING TO A CLIENT,MISLEADING A CLIENT,AND JEOPARDIZING THE HEALTH AND WELFARE OF A CLIENT IS WHAT RENFREW COUNTY MENTAL HEALTH DOES.....THEN WHY BOTHER? RENFREW COUNTY MENTAL HEALTH HAS DONE THIS TO ME....INTENTIONALLY AND WITH MALICE AND FORETHOUGHT. I WAS THE FIRST PERSON TO EVER QUESTION A DECISION THAT CAME OUT OF MENTAL HEALTH IN REGARDS TO MY COMPLAINT.......THEY DONT LIKE QUESTIONS AND WILL REFUSE TO ANSWER THEM....WHAT YOU WILL GET IS EVASIVENESS,VAGUE ANSWERS,MISLEADING AND MISDIRECTION....YOU WILL NOT GET ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS THEY DONT LIKE....THEY WONT ANSWER BECAUSE THEY CANT DO SO HONESTLY. "WE DECIDED THE FUNDS WOULD BE BETTER USED ELSEWHERE" PRECISELY WHERE AND WHAT? ALSO....WHAT WERE THE PRECISE CIRCUMSTANCES I HAD IN MY LIFE THAT GAVE ME A NEGATIVE DECISION? BE PRECISE. BE HONEST. I GAVE SEVERAL OF MY OWN REASONS AND THEY HAVE HAD EVERY OPPORTUNITY TO GIVE ME AN ALTERNATIVE,LOGICAL REASON......THEY HAVE NOT. JUST WISHY WASHY ANSWERS,EVASION AND DECEIT.
The only reason I have respect for this Hospital is because of a Doctor named Pearly! This doctor doesn't just save lives he's helps and is so compassionate iv been going so much hard times with this hospital shown no respect this man was the only one! This doctor should be recognized for everything he does there should be more people like him absolutely a amazing man ever come across!
