The front desk was very friendly, asked for details about what we needed checked, and the wait was just about 15-20 minutes. Had to get my ear flushed, and the nurse was very sweet about it and did it quickly, and even decided to do both ears for me. Didn't need a prescription since i only had slight irritation in one of my ears, but she told me what I should put in it to prevent a full blown infection. She took her time, and wasn't at all rushing to get it done like most clinics do. Overall had a wonderful experience and am definitely going back when the time comes.

Honestly this clinic needs more recognition. I always forget it exists because it is in Superstore. Every time I have been here I’ve been met with unwavering kindness, they even admitted me a few minutes past closing once. They are always prompt and professional, the male doctor I had (can’t remember his name) is really knowledgeable and - somehow - the staff and I always find a way to share a laugh! Honestly this place is the best. I never leave reviews and I just had to in this case. Bravo.

This clinic us useless when it comes to actually helping people with their problems... have had too many phone calls being told there isn't any issue, and going elsewhere or to the hospital to seek treatment. As well as recommending family and friends to go there, and them being shot down treatment for things that are medically necessary to treat.... very disappointed.

This place fills up quick, to ease the wait you can walk around Superstore and maybe grab some groceries. I try to get in line before they open. Use the medimap.ca site to check wait times. Wait in line, wait in the lobby, wait in the patient room, wait for prescription, you get the point... be prepared to spend half a day getting a prescription re-fill.

Great and very friendly receptionist. The doctor who helped me was amazing. She was sincere and took as much time she needed to find out about my health and my needs. Just a fresh breath of air. The only sad thing that she is a practitioner and her last day was today. I wish I know where she will be practicing next. Everyone and everything was just great. Keep up the good work!

The ONLY place actually taking people. Call in the morning and they will get you in...*keyword CALL* I get its COVID, but to have it backwards where the doctors wont see patients because of fear is not right... I went to 6 clinics and called about 10 prior to here... I left a message and the receptionist called me very quickly and booked me in for that day and the time I needed. THANK YOU Valley Centre Medical Clinic for sticking to how it should be! Our family is very thankful.

the reception women are very nice and gives you a good time frame on when you are getting in. The doctor is rude, can't connect with peoples emotions and are not understanding, making the situation you are in feeling way worse then when you got there. No affection toward the client at all. It's more like get in and get out doctor so he can get paid, want to receive as many patients as he can in a short time.

Any time i need a walk in doctor i use this location. Doctors are nice and understanding and front desk attendants are friendly and helpful. I frequently recommend this location to friends and family. Thank you for all you do and keep up the great work.

I was in a car accident and had to go in to get checked out. They are very busy, but I found them as efficient as they could be. Over the last month I have had to go in weekly for paperwork/checkups and always see the same Dr. who is very understanding and helpful. I even asked him for a referral to a new family GP and he knew of someone who was accepting patients. They have been great.

I just spoke to a rude unhelpful woman on the phone while trying to book a appointment. She being difficult while I was trying to book the appointment. I asked her name and she refused to give it to me. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she also refused. Worst customer service I have experienced.

Doctor was very compassionate and took his time. I didn't feel rushed to get out, and I felt like he really listened to my worries and cared. Wonderful doctor, I'll for sure be coming back if I need to. Wait time was a bit long, but it's understandable since it's such a busy clinic. I was very happy with how I was treated the entire time. October 24, 2020. Visited the clinic for a doctor's note. The receptionist (Monica) is SUPER NICE. The doctor I saw is Dr Coter. He is seriously the nicest and caring doctor I've ever met. Thank you Monica and Dr Coter. ????

Edit: Went to Glover Medical Centre and had a much better experience. I'd definitely recommend going there instead. I guess they're not a walk in clinic any more? Went there at 915am, and was told to come back at noon as they were too busy. The waiting room was empty.

If I could rate negative stars, I would. My girlfriend called the doctor because she has a concussion and wanted a second opinion. He told her that she had the flu. In no way, shape, or form, did she say to him that she has any flu symptoms. HER HEAD HURTS, she has foggy vision, and is experiencing nausea. He said up the dosage on Advil (which is counterproductive in treating a concussion). This doctor should not be a doctor, and I am disgusted at what he told her. Thank you.

Needed to do a drivers medical exam , I arrived here and checked in , I informed the front desk that i needed to do the drivers medical exam and I was informed that the doctor on refuses to do them . Then I was told the other doctors will do it on other days but none are on today . FYI - this clinic charges $150 for the exam .

My experience was great. Phoned first to see if I should I come in. Sent pictures to the doctor and waited for his phone call. He was very polite and apologized for the wait. It was decided that I should come in. When I got there the receptionist was polite and helpful. The doctor was fast and to the point. I appreciate his help Thank you for being there for me

They literally LOST some of my personal information and I had to call them again and fill out info again. The receptionists are extremely rude both on the phone and in person. I got in person to get tested for something and literally heard them mocking someone after taking a phone call! The doc then took over a week (I was already healed naturally by then) to get back go me with a POSSIBLE diagnosis. Dr. McAfee is also really short on the phone and when I went in person he stood outside the room to talk to me for 3 seconds and left me alone to administer my own test! How unprofessional this place is!

Terrible receptionist staff. I waited more then the estimated wait time. Normal. But then I watched dozens of people check in and then go ahead of me. Not people who had appointments. I waited twice the amount of estimated time before I went up and asked how much longer only to have them forgotten about me. I hadn’t even left the clinic wait room. Then the girl proceeded to tell me I should have said something sooner because they had seen me waiting so long but just assumed I had been waiting on a family member. The doctors are just as awful. I went twice in the last month and the two doctors I saw were both sarcastic, rude, and dismissive with zero empathy for their patients. I will never come here again. They should be ashamed of how they treat people who are looking for help.

2.5 hour visit to the clinic. I explained how none of the allergy meds off the shelves work for me so I was looking for pills of a higher dose, which I've had in the past. The doctor, decided to prescribe me with a nasal spray, and aerius off the shelf. The pharmacist told me I was just wasting my time, so she went back in to talk to the doctor to get the right prescription. He refused. Now I am sitting at home with two swollen eyes, looking like I've been in a bar fight. Thanks for wasting 2.5 hours of my day Doctor

I made an appointment to see a doctor for my first visit to this clinic. I wanted an apointment time because that would make the wait time shorter. I had a toddler eith me, so a shorter wait time woulf have been better. The receptionists were quite rude and seemed to not enjoy their jobs at all. They would not reply when I would directly ask them a question. They would literally ignore me as I stood in front of them. Finally, after standjng there awkwardly and starung at them, one would give me an answer. This happened a number of times. The doctor did not show up for the appontment. I waited 40 minutes past my appintment time. It was ridiculous with a toddler. The recptionist went and told the doctor I was there a few times. After the second time, she clearly felt awkward to go back to him again.The doctor was there the whole time. He saw me when I first checked in as he was at the front desk at the same time as me. He was East Indian. I am African-American. I will leave you to figure out why he would not have shown up to the appointment. (On a similar note, this is not the first time I have been completely ignored by an East Indian medical professional . At a doctor's office in Surrey the East Indian medical office assistant completely ignored me for 6 minutes as I stood in front of her. 6 looong minutes without a word or even a lolk from her. She just kept typing away. The Caucasian medical office assistant who was doing filing work and was not the receptionist that day was clearly horrified the entire time but kept quiet except to kindly tell me that the receptionist would be with me soon. She said that right over the receptionist's head. The receptionist continued to ignore me. I finally walked away and sat down because a Caucasian lady came in and started lining up behind me and I had had enough waitin. Lo and behold, the receptionist immediately helped the Caucasian lady as soon as I stepped out of the way. It was so obviously discriminatory that I contacted a human rights lawyer who said that it was a clear case of discrimination. There were multiple cameras in the medical office that proved I was correct. The officer manager ended up giving a formal apology for my poor treatment.) I refuse to go to this clinic anymore. If they had quality medical personnel in there, then this could likely have been my favorite clinic because of its convenient location in the Superstore. The personnel really ruin it.

Signed in as usual. Reception was great. Doctor was so rude. Looked at me like why are you bothering me. I asked why he was being rude to me didn't answer. Gave me a smug look. I said maybe I should go somewhere else and walked out. Asked reception how to complain and she just smirked and shook her head. So doctors can treat us just how they want and we have to take it. Just not right.

I got here at 920/9:30...they said 45 min, w/e saw the dr at 10:45, but waited in his office for a nuther 15... then it's 1/2 hr for my perception, it's now 11:53 didn't know this was going to take up half my day jeeze

No walk-in available No appointments available Incorrect information on the website No video appointments available Very frustrating experience - I came in to see a doctor and was happy to find a clinic where you could still walk in in the traditional sense. However, their website, and Google listing were incorrect. The receptionist said the information on the website was two years out of date. So I have wasted an hour driving to be told that I need to email a picture of my condition because they do not have video calling capabilities and the doctor will call me at some point today. I understand the need for caution during a pandemic, but it is so backwards when doctors are not seeing patients because big companies that run clinics like this are afraid of liability.

Show up to the WALK IN CLINIC to be rudely told you are supposed to phone only. Then they wouldnt administer my nephews injection that needs to be done by a dr because my nephew is not vaxed. What is this world coming to when you are refused medical attention if you are not vaxed

You will be so frustrated dealing with this clinic. They will look for ways to not help and refer to someone else. I've been going there for an issue I've been having. They should have the history, Doctor says you've been here once, I'm like no I've been there multiple times in fact I have multiple prescriptions to show this. He says they went digital it may be from over a year ago- I'm like yes and why wouldn't you guys have these records. See your family doctor he says. I told him I just recently got a family doctor who would not have any history and I was advised by you guys to call back if issue persists so I was following your instruction. He says go see the family doctor. Completely useless doctors here. I can see why their reviews are so poor. Not sure who heads this place up but definitely needs new doctors and a lesson on how to run a clinic. Moving forward I will try to avoid this place at all costs. Completely useless old outdated doctors.

I had an allergy to one of the covid vaccines and was told I'd need to see an allergist with a referral from any doctor. My family doctor is near impossible to book an appointment with, so I called here to talk to a walk in clinic doctor. He said that he can't refer me to an allergist because he does not know all of my medical background.

Longer wait times are expected at every clinic, and it was worth the wait in my opinion. The doctors are highly educated and thorough. The front staff are hard working and pleasant and they have a lot of patience dealing with some of the rude people that I've seen walk in there. I'll be bringing my family in there in the future.

3 visits to this clinic and never there for more than an hour. Albeit I've only ever gone on weekdays during non-peak hours (10am-noon). I actually asked them to get test results that were sent to another clinic as that clinic was full one time and they had my results for me in less than 30 minutes. Lost 1 star as one time I had a med student during my visit who didn't actually look at my symptoms resulting in a follow-up with another doctor to get a diagnosis. Will keep going here until I have a bad experience!

This clinic is bad. The wait is always long. The doctors always make you wait long in the room for them then you spend a minimum time with the doctors because they are rushy. Also, the worst is that one of the staff behind the desk (i.e a mid aged blond lady with an accent) is very very rude. She should understand that respect and kindness in her line of work is mandatory and not an option or privilege that she gives to her customers/patients. I hope this helps who runs this clinic understand what they have in term of service and staff and rectify the problem which I doubt due to the nature of the medical administration system of the country.

Standing outside the door of their "walk in clinic" they have me answer all the questions to an intake form on the phone, tell me its going to be 2 hours to talk to a doctor then potentially come in, and they want me to email them pictures of my problem. I mean I would gladly walk 10 feet into the door and show you my problem, but apparently "walk in" is a loose term lately.

Waited 1 hour 45 minutes (told it would be 1 hour 15 min). Doctor was rude and dismissive. I actually had to tell him to let me finish explaining the symptoms before cutting me off. He was irritated that I didn't go to my family doctor, who is an hour away, and has no appointments available for a month. I will never go there again.

The receptionist is extremely rude and should not work with people. She has a scowl on her face everytime we come in and it looks like she hates her life. She told us an hour and kept looking us and took us in 2 hours later. The Irish doctor is amazing if you can tolerate the cow at the front. Will never return here again!

Lengthy wait times. When I saw the doctor she was about to do an exam and then her phone rang. I understand she had to take the call, but I waited over 45 minutes in the exam room. When I asked the receptionist about my doctor, she said well it doesnt matter it’s whenever the doctor is done talking. She totally misread me as I was asking in case the doctor forgot about me, but she probably thought I was complaining. Anyways, I would only come here if you have lots of time to waste. My family doctor is an hour away because I just moved out here, so thats not an option for me. Anyways don’t waste your time

I tried calling this morning to find out if its needed to just only have a phone call appointment, or if I am able to come in due to the pandemic. I tried calling about 7-8 times with no one answering, but their voice message stated they're open till 1:30. I looked on the website, and it CLEARLY states it is a walk in clinic. I then showed up at the clinic, desperately needing to see someone since I have strep throat. I got turned away by the very rude receptionist and told ok the doctor will call me. Maybe it would be helpful to put that INFO ON YOUR WEBSITE!!!!! Instead of not being there to answer phones, and have patients waste their time and energy showing up for nothing. Either answer the phone, or have a website with correct info on it!!!! I will never rely on this clinic or come here again.
