The nurses we saw provided palliative care to my mom in her end stage cancer journey. We saw Jenny, Jennifer, Jo-Dee, Julia, Jill and Connie. All were professional, courteous, respectful and kind. It was an awful situation but they were so lovely with my mom, and she enjoyed seeing them as well. They were quick to respond to phone calls, and on the last day, Connie came to see us and check on Mom, and made sure she was comfortable. Mom passed that same night, and Connie called the next morning to check in on us. I will never forget the kindness shown by the nurses from LHH. Thank you.

My son is a quadriplegic and returned home a month ago. Constant cancellations with no notice even though they know they have no one booked for him. My heart breaks for people in need that are left at the mercy of a broken and incompetent system! I will say when he does get care there are some amazing workers. For a man who's goal is to live independent it would be impossible if he had to rely on this service!
