Docs are good. Staff is rudeeee and loud for no reasons..no proper system in place to take an appointment. Only posible method to take an appointment is to go online...well good luck for those who doesn't know how to use internet. No proper information is given when you walk in...just rude people.

On the other hand, I have never seen such a horrible reception as that which can be found in this clinic. Do not try to call, it is useless, no one will answer you. And once there, when you see the face they make and the friendliness they have, it's worse than anything. It’s a clinic for children where we have to look elsewhere when our child is sick ... Amazing !!!! (Original) La note ne va pas à notre médecin Rachel Tessier, qui est vraiment compétente, professionnelle et sympathique. Elle mérite les 5 étoiles. Par contre je n’ai jamais vu un accueil aussi horrible que celui qu’on peut trouver dans cette clinique. N’essayez surtout pas d’appeler, cela ne sert à rien, personne ne vous répondra. Et une fois sur place, lorsque vous voyez la face qu’elles font et l’amabilité qu’elles ont, c’est pire que tout. C’est une clinique pour pour enfant où on doit aller voir ailleurs lorsque notre enfant est malade... Incroyable!!!!

Worst clinic ever...... my children school requested that I get a referral for a hearing test ,and the doctor accused me of creating anxiety for my son by making up problems he doesn't have .. when it was the school that asked me to go She argued with me and asked y didn't i get this checked when he was 2 or 3, but when I had asked her years ago for certain test and she refused and said that they are too young to know if anything is really wrong and that I should wait until they were older... and when I mentioned that to her today she said how was I suppose to know if I'm not around them everyday (That is the point lady) anyways she is the worst luckily for me my kids have another doctor that actually cares and this doctor is our last resort doctor .

I get my appointment online with Bonjour Santé. It was for 11:45. And I saw the doctor right on time. Staff looked unhappy, but the Doc, Dre Lachance was very kind and sweet with my baby. Nice experience.

We have been here mutliple times and the receptionnist is always rude. For what reason, I am unsure... We had a 9:50am appointment today and just got turned around by my daughters pediatrician as she claims she has only seen her once and therefore is no longer her doctor.... However, my pharmacy just confirmed that we have 4 different prescriptions from her alone. As her parents, we advised her that the information was incorrect as we had once again been there for multiple issues. Instead of going back with the list of prescriptions my pharmacy has provided to us to confirm that we have seen her on many different occasions, I am going to invest my energy in finding her a new doctor. She refused to even check our two year old daughters chest for the respiratory concerns we had. This was the SECOND time we were returning to her for a referral for this same reason as she refused to give it to us the first time as it was in the winter months and apparently she wasn't able to give these type of referrals in the winter. I cannot beiieve how this system works. I would rather pay and have my daughter taken care of and treated accordingly. SAVE yourself time and energy, go elsewhere. We are still shocked and highly dissapointed at how our 9:50am appointmant with Dr. Bomela turned out today......

Yesterday, I had an appointment at 3:20 pm for my 4 year old son, who has been vomiting all his meals for 4 days and when he arrived at 3:34 pm precisely, the doctor refused to see my son. I recognized my delay and apologized because unfortunately, not far from home, I realized that I had forgotten my cell phone on which I had the coordinates of the meeting (the address). We therefore hastened to return home to leave immediately. We arrive at the Medical Center welcomed by an employee, hand disinfection, mask change only for me because my son is autistic and until now, he cannot stand the mask. She understood very well, she directed us to the reception. His colleague asked us to wait because he was finishing processing files. With my son, we waited 5 minutes, then our turn comes. He opens a file for my son, looks at the time 15:39. He goes to warn the doctor, then he comes back telling us that the doctor refuses the consultation of my son and to call back tomorrow. I find that SCANDALOUS and this doctor must surely no longer like his job for having refused a child in suffering. Ultimately, we went to the emergency room to further clog up this service (which we wanted to avoid), to get out at 11:45 pm. Shame on this doctor. (Original) J'écris très peu de commentaire mais si je pouvais mettre ZÉRO ÉTOILE pour cet établissement, je l'aurai fait. J'explique mon histoire. Hier, j'avais rendez-vous à 15:20 pour mon fils de 4ans, qui vomit tous ses repas depuis 4 jours et en arrivant à 15:34 précisément, le médecin a refusé de voir mon fils. J'ai reconnu mon retard et me suis excusée car malheureusement, pas loin de chez moi, je me suis aperçue que j'avais oublié mon cellulaire sur lequel j'avais les coordonnées du rendez-vous (l'adresse). On s'est donc empressé de rentrer chez nous pour repartir aussitôt. On arrive au Centre Médical accueilli par une employée, désinfection des mains, changement de masque seulement pour moi car mon fils est autiste et jusqu'à maintenant, ne supporte pas le masque. Elle a très bien compris, elle nous a dirigé vers l'accueil. Son collègue nous a demandé de patienter car il terminait de traiter des dossiers. Avec mon fils, on a patienté 5 minutes, puis notre tour arrive. Il ouvre un dossier pour mon fils, regarde l'heure 15:39. Il va prévenir le médecin, puis celui-ci revient en nous disant que le médecin refuse la consultation de mon fils et de rappeler demain. Je trouve ça SCANDALEUX et ce médecin ne doit sûrement plus aimer son métier pour avoir refusé un enfant en souffrance. Finalité, on a été aux urgences pour engorger d'avantage ce service (ce qu'on voulait éviter), pour y ressortir à 23:45. Honte à ce médecin.

After the nurse finishes weighing the baby: provide a good blanket as he may wait a long time (without his clothes) before seeing the doctor. If I had a choice, I wouldn't have come here. One star: for the available parking space! My recommendations: Change the appointment system. Respect the meeting times! a small enclosed space for breastfeeding will be greatly appreciated. Better management of the movements of small patients. Learn to smile and be pleasant to the reception and telephone staff. (Original) Très difficile d’avoir une personne au téléphone, Personnel d'accueil désagréable! Aucune ponctualité, des rendez-vous pris mais pas respectés! jusqu’à 3 heures de temps d’attente après l’heure prévue du rendez-vous. Zone d'allaitement public en face de la salle de bain! un simple paravent : mais un grand va et vient qui ne laisse pas de place à l’intimité ou au calme. Pas d’espace pour changer un bébé! Après que l'infirmière fini de peser bébé: il faut prévoir une bonne couverture car il risque d’attendre longtemps(sans ses habits) avant de voir le médecin. Si j’avais le choix, je ne serai pas venu ici. Une étoile: pour la place de stationnement disponible! Mes recommandations: Changez le système de rendez-vous. Respectez les horaires des rendez-vous! un petit espace fermé pour l’allaitement, sera fort apprécié. Une meilleur gestion des déplacements des petits patients. Apprendre à sourire et à être agréable au personnel de l'accueil et téléphone.

my daughter's doctor, dre lachance, is great and very attentive. she is patient and answers all our questions. however the staff is rude, unhelpful and couldnt look like they hate their job more even if they tried. would change clinics if her doctor wasnt so nice.
