certainly very hard to get in touch with them. I got caught in a loop on the phone while trying to get a simple blood test APPOINTMENT. messages given in French and English despite having been asked what language I preferred at the start. When I finally got to a receptionist she also replied to my English request for an appointment in French. Now on hold on a number she gave me but I have no idea where I am calling.

(Original) Vraiment n'importe quoi le système médical d'ici ! Les gens peuvent mourir tout le monde s'en fou, si t'es pas riche bien sur !! C'est vraiment allucinant !!! T'appelle un endroit, on te renvoi à un autre endroit, il faut venir a 8h pour attendre des heures, les secrétaires ont en toutes rien à faire et sont non chalente et ne sont pas du tout compréhensive. Soit tu paye 300$ et c'est rapide soit t'attends minimum 1 mois ! Super pour les urgences ???? Le Quebec a peut-etre de tres bon medecins mais un système médical vraiment nul !! ???????????????????? Puis la petite touche c'est quand on te raccroche au nez a 3 reprises. Au FINAL ?! Toujours pas de rendez-vous ! C'est vraiment honteux et immonde de se faire de l'argent sur la santé des gens et de jouer avec la vie des gens.

The first 2 times visit were great. Fast and nice. Today we passed by to give our kid vaccine, we booked the appointment with someone on the phone and we DOUBLE confirmed with her the time is , 1:50 PM, Dec 29th, 2016. Once I got here with my wife, the customer service lady sitting at WINDOW 3 was very rude to my wife. She speaks loudly to my wife said you are late, your appointment was 1:15PM. My wife tried to explain to her we both heard and confirmed with someone on the phone it was 1:50PM, and we arrived at 1:50PM. She kept says :no no no, it's impossible, it's 1:15, you hear that? It's impossible, impossible, it's 1:15, 1:15, 1:15..... I have to say this lady is definitely unprofessional, undereducated, impatient and rude. I decided to bring this on google review since my wife feels so insulted and been treated this way. I hope the managers can see this review and investigate. I don't know the lady's name, but you can easily find out who was siting at WINDOW 3, at 1:50 PM, on Dec 29, 2016, She wares glasses. This kind of employee can easily ruin the good image of this place that many of you have tried to built. My message is not to complain but to help you improve your service.

I made myself there welcome like a dog in a bowling game by a beast receptionist like both of his feet who accused me of disrespecting the patient who spoke to him. She said that I was too close and that I did not respect the confidentiality that the person before me had to have with her (I was about 6 feet from the counter). I was not aware at all that there was a delimitation and that if there was one I never saw it. I told her that anyway, she spoke so loudly with this person that even if I backed away, you could hear everything she said to him and that she did not respect me by shouting after me. What way of getting sick people who need services and comfort! She could have asked me politely to back down so she could talk to the person and I would have acted with understanding and empathy. I found that she acted inhumanely and that she must understand that we often go to CLSC for treatment and living great stress that is due to the disease! Je m'y suis faite accueillir comme un chien dans un jeu de quilles par une réceptionniste bête comme ses deux pieds qui m'a accusée de manquer de respect envers le patient qui lui parlait. Elle disait que j'étais trop proche et que je ne respectais pas la confidentialité que la personne avant moi devait avoir avec elle (j'étais à environ à 6 pieds du comptoir). Je n'étais pas au courant du tout qu'il y avait une délimitation et que s'il y en avait une je ne l'ai jamais vue. Je lui ai répondu que de toute façon, elle parlait tellement fort avec cette personne que même si je reculais, on pouvait entendre tout ce qu'elle lui disait et que, elle, ne me respectait pas en me criant après. Quelle façon que de recevoir des gens malades qui ont besoin de services et de réconfort! Elle aurait pu me demander poliment de reculer afin qu'elle puisse parler à la personne et j'aurais agi avec compréhension et empathie.J'ai trouvé qu'elle a agi de façon inhumaine et qu'elle doit comprendre que souvent nous allons au CLSC pour nous faire soigner et ce en vivant de grands stress qui sont dûs à la maladie!!!
