Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance to just get skipped over. I waited outside in the freezing cold at my appointment time to be told to wait outside they had a cancellation so they took another animal in and it’s gonna be awhile. Instead of freezing I went and sat in my car to watch them take in other customers so I called and the secretary was rude and accused me of leaving so they moved on. So I left and will not return. They obviously have too many clients to take on news ones. Plus after that bs I will never go back.

No parking, told to bring dog up to the door. When got there , still had to wait awhile. I suggest wait in car. Til they come for your animal.. staff are friendly.
