I called once and was very upset from my scary health conditions and they were rude and told me to go see my family doctor in another town when I live here. They since took it personal because I was upset and scared and will not let me see anyone here. Very unprofessional. Especially the booking girl.

The woman answering phones should NOT be working with in field. She treats people disrespectfully, and makes people that already have health problems their struggling with worse. Not impressed this clinic should be ashamed of how their being represented

Kimberley Medical Clinic has been fantastic as I have been sorting through some health issues. Coming from the East coast and not having a gp for years, I am very grateful to be once again able to receive medical care.
