Long waits in rooms. No social distancing possible with 20 people in waiting room for over an hour. It was my first visit after my doctor retired. Dr came into the room with my file and told me he would not prescribe 2 medicines.. I asked him why and he said that he didn't have to explain it. Worst doctor ever

I called on November 12th to make an appointment with my husband for a booster shot. I was told to just come in and I found this a little strange so I again verified that I don't need to make an appointment they said no just come in. This was after being on hold while the pharmacist went over a clients prescription, the phone was just put down so private information was being shared so I did eventually hang up and call back. My husband called the morning of his appointment just to verify the vaccine was there and again asked if there was an issue about me coming later in the afternoon and he was told there was no issue. When I arrived after 4:00 like we confirmed I was questioned if I had an appointment, and when I stated that I had verified three times that I would be coming in I was finally given a form. This also was after the young blonde girl was berated by the pharmacist. I filled my form out hand it in and continued to wait. When two people who handed in their forms 10 minutes after I did were called before me I requested my consent form back ripped it up and left. The pharmacist is very rude and disrespectful to the young blonde girl who was helping. I wouldn't recommend going to this pharmacy just for the fact that privacy is not respected.

I was super excited that I finally got a family doctor . I met with the doctor with a severe back injury caused by a bad car accident . I had x-rays and cat scans to show him that of my back and I was in pain . I asked him if I should get a MRI to see how much damage there was . He told me "no" . Then the doctor told me I'm going to refer you a physcitrist to call you . It's a shame our health care system has failed us this pandemic . What kind of doctor tells you no I will not schedual a MRI for your concerns ..... Sad do not go to this clinic .

Have gone to the walk in clinic and was so happy with Dr. Aziz Aziz, he knew what the problem was and explained it well and how to fix it. Would not hesitate to go back. We are so lucky to have such a great walk in in our neighbourhood.

Absolutely terrible experience with DR Ghabriel. He had a very bad attitude, seemed lazy, sleepy, basically answered all my questions with "yes" or "no". I have a cyst on my chest, asked to have it looked all he said was "it is nothing, don't worry" don't even look at it. I can't believe a person like that is a family doctor. Very unprofessional. If I could I'd give negative stars!

I have been a patient of Dr. Aziz for few years now and I also have sent other ppl to him. It's not very often you find a wonderful dr that listens to his patients and knows what is going on. You can tell he cares about his patients. The staff is super friendly and very helpful.

Terrible experience with Dr. Ghabriel Maged. Uncaring, dismissive and condescending. My boyfriend left the office in tears. He started explaining his health history, which included past addiction, to which the doctor rudely said “we don’t deal with that here, you’ll have to go somewhere else”. He gave him no information and no help, and he left the office feeling embarrassed. Ray of hope Medical should get a new name if their doctors can’t even treat a human with compassion and decency.
