I've been a patient of Dr Law for a few years and of course followed her when she moved to this clinic. Dr Law is absolutely the best Physician I've ever had. She takes her time, she listens, she supports my veganism as well as my preference to stay away from synthetic meds as much as possible. I like the new clinic; its small, intimate and the staff are great. I'm glad Amber moved to the new clinic as well. All the staff are incredible. With my previous clinic and Physician Dr Dahling, every time I tried to get an appointment with him I was always told to try a walk-in? No consistency in care. And if I ever did manage to actually get an appointment with him, I would sit for 2 to 3 hours in the waiting room and then spend less than 10 minutes with him. It was a poorly managed hong show and no himan compassion for their patients. I finally had enough with him and their clinic and I count my blessings every day when I found Dr Law. She is amazing! Dr Law also took on my my daughter and her best friend and they love her. She also helped to get my brother set up with a new Physician at their clinic when she was at full patient capacity. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this clinic or their amazing staff. In this world of just shuffling people through the medical system like they're nothing but a number, you dont get that here because they actually do care. They treat you the way you would like to be treated.

Such a beautiful new office. The staff are so helpful and welcoming. Dr. Lafournaise is the most incredible doctor. She is attentive, patient, and very knowledgeable. She never makes you feel rushed. She is a wonderful human and excellent doctor. I highly recommend this clinic.

Their website states that all doctors are accepting new patients but if you call to inquire a rude receptionist will tell you they are not and then will disbelieve you about the information on their website.

Dr Lafournaise is the most incredible doctor at the clinic. She is thorough with all concerns and ensures diagnostic testing or other tests are requested to accurately diagnose condition. She is extremely busy however always finds time to listen and see her patients when concerns arise

Dr. Carrie is a great doctor! She's been our family doctor for approximately 6 years (Since she had her office on Henderson Hwy). We consider ourselves to be very lucky to have such a wonderful doctor.

I can never get a hold of this place. Been calling all day on hold for long periods of time and still unable to get through. Even though I’ve had the same doctor for the last 6 years, I’ve only ever seen her twice because she’s always “unavailable”. So instead I’ve been passed around from doctor to doctor. The pharmacy has tried faxing my prescription over to her for the last few weeks because I don’t have a lot of time to physically go to an appointment but she has not responded to the faxes and I’ve been having to get the pharmacy to give me emergency refills on my prescription. completely unorganized!!

Highly recommend coming here if you are able. My husband has been seeing Dr. Heinrichs for years and she agreed to take me on as a patient as well. She is so kind and understanding and I feel she goes the extra mile to make sure you're in good health. They do offer online booking through Medeo which is such a convenience for busy people who don't necessarily have time to make the phone call. I find it super easy to get in with her and when I make an appointment I'm usually in within the same week.

Excellent facility. I have seen serval of the doctors here, whom have all been very helpful and kind. The pharmacist is especially sweet and helpful! Great service all around.

My doctor is fantastic but it is very difficult to get through to anyone when calling. Reception is not very friendly either. hopefully this is something that can be fixed. I see a few reviews with the exact same problem. This is clearly an issue. Not trying to get anyone in trouble but when my Doctor was at her old office the service was fantastic so i know what it can be like!

Dr Lafournaise is incredible. She has been our family dr for the last 5 years and has always made me felt heard & cared for. She goes above and beyond constantly and has always pursued any issue I’ve brought to her attention. She is thorough and fantastic at what she does. I am so thankful I have found her for our family dr. Since being under her care we have never had to go to the hospital for ear infections or anything as they can always squeeze us in between patients which as a parent of 3 is a life saver! The receptionist are all fantastic. They are friendly and kind, very polite. All the girls are easy to joke around with & have the same helpful attitude as the drs. There have been a handful of times where we couldn’t get into see Dr Lafournaise but we were still able to get in with one of the other doctors and I can’t say enough good things about them either! I have never felt rushed out of their rooms, everyone takes the time to hear my concerns & do all that they can to help me or my children out. Really love this clinic!!
