My son had an appointment for 10:30 a.m. 50minutes later and I am watching people walk in and get in much faster then us! I had to ask the receptionist when we are going to be seen next, so she put him in a room… and still my son waits in the room to get seen as I see other patients still get seen in other rooms while my son is waiting! Ridiculous!

I was totally impressed initially. I could make appointments and be seen in a day or week the longest. Now, when I need to see Dr Sadhu, I have to wait a month before I can be seen. I really needed to see her, and the appointment was made for the next month - by that time, I had no reason to see her anymore. I'm looking for another doctor who can see me when I NEED her, not when it's convenient for her. I did like her!

so I went to see this new dr today his name is dr abdel chehadi I think so I asked him to write my blood work recognition sheet and he didn’t put vitamin b12 on there cuz he was too concerned that it was gonna cost lot of money to the Manitoba government ( i am not on social assurance and I pay hell lot of taxes ) so he didn’t write vitamin b12 and then started arguing how much it cost Manitoba health bla bla and how much it cost vitamin B12 injection well it’s none of my damm business how much it cost to the government cuz I pay for it out of my pocket and I care about my godddam health more than i care about government’s finances I would never see dr chehadi again but dr sandhu dr Singh are amazing !

Great clinic! Had an appointment today. No waiting time at all. Doctor was very carrying and friendly. There is a pharmacy here as well and staff is also great in it. Would recommend for sure.

Dr. SANDHU is a very caring and personable doctor. Very professional. She is up to date and informative and will answer all your questions. I now live in another province but just saw her as a walk in. She was our family doctor before our move. The pharmacist was also very friendly and informative. I would recommend both to anyone.

I have a variety of medical concerns that are accumulating unchecked because it’s hard to get a hold of anyone here via phone. Every time I phone, I’m well within their hours of operation, this is reinforced due to the fact that I am told the clinic’s hours by an automated voice and then hung up on seemingly for no good reason once the automatic message has ended. It’s never made clear why my calls aren’t answered and the automated message provides zero help, explanation or insight for regular patients that have either missed a call from them or simply just need to speak with their family doctor. If it’s a matter dealing with prescriptions, I don’t always have time to call within the hours of operation and cross my fingers for someone to pick up within the hour. I’ve run out of meds with no refills before simply just because my doctor wasn’t responding to my pharmacy’s fax and I couldn’t reach front desk when I’d try to call about it. Please make your phoning system more reliable, accessible and comprehensive for regular patients. Calling and speaking to a real person is beginning to feel like a matter of luck. This is increasingly frustrating and if this is happening because the line is busy, that should be clarified in the automatic message (that I could probably recite word for word at this point).

Got in quickly but the doctor i saw was obviously rushing to get done with me quick so he could leave. He gave me a bunch of "directions" without any info or help. The front desk ladies were also miserable and hard to understand. Absolutely garbage clinic that i will never go to again

I would give 0 stars if I could. Called to get an appointment. Phone was answered they asked me to hold not a problem I understand. After 8 minutes on hold someone picked up then hung up on me. I called back immediately just to get a voice message with a full box. Very unprofessional.

I went in to get help for my debilitating menstrual cycles. Doctor rolled his eyes when I told him I have a personality disorder and seemed dismissive and bored the entire time. I was made to have a traumatic pelvic exam that made me bleed heavily for three days afterwards. It has been two months and I still have not received the results of this traumatic test. I have called several times and had 0 of my messages returned. Whenever I do manage to speak with someone, they don't seem to have any idea what's going on and can't tell me anything useful.

Both the pharmacy and walk in clinics have been pretty fast. The walk in clinic can get busy but that's to be expected of any walk in but I've never been waiting or there for more then an hour. The pharmacy has a cool points system that you can use to trade in for stuff.

I come to this clinic when I'm not well I've been coming here for years always had good service.... BUT ! I had an issue and was told to come down and to call when I was on my way so I did and was told they weren't talking anymore patients this was at 3pm they are open till 5 don't tell me to come then turn me away

Pros – short waiting time and pharmacy staff really helpful Cons – 1. extremely unfriendly front desk staff; 2. came with my daughter to see one of new doctors in this clinic. I thought unfriendly staff is the biggest issue there, but this doctor was rude, arrogant and condescending. Not talking about the dress code, we felt like he just came for a minute from the gym and we disturbed him. Talked to us standing during all our visit, not opened computer even to check the patient history, not even asked about, but he knew in a minute what the issue is. Don’t have to say that I cannot believe to this doctor assumptions. Seems it was last time we’ve used their services.

The doctor I saw for my 10 month old was dismissive and arrogant. Apparently he can meet my child and tell me that a neurologist was wrong without medical history, or a proper exam when being seen for something seprate. I got a second opinion from another clinic. It was like night and day. Avoid this clinic.

I would give this place a minus 99 if I could. We came , first in line then waited as two people went in before us ,them my husband asked when we would get in and she said we were next. Then she came and told 3 other people to go in. My husband went to ask what happened and she said they have been here before and he said you told us IT IS A WALK IN CLINIC ONLY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! . Seriously ? I was in agony and had waited over an hour already and then they were going to take in a whole lot more people and we have to wait for hours ? What a terrible place --- walk in clinic my eye. They need new personnel and better rules and fairness should be an objective . Shame on this clinic.

Dr. Singh was very knowledgeable and helpful. As a walk in patient I was impressed that he took the time to understand my medical history. All of the staff are very pleasant and the location was clean.

We were dismissed after expressing concerns that thankfully ended up being taken seriously elsewhere when we went to get a much needed second opinion. They didn't test or examine, just recommended "walking and a ketogenic diet" to resolve issues of sudden severe shortness of breath, phlegm and wheezing while stationary on somebody who is young and not inactive. FYI, they charge a lot for their doctors notes and it's cash only, so bring cash if you need one.

Even though there were lots of patients the wait wasn’t long. Dr. Sandhu was excellent!!!! Best clinic I’ve been to in Wpg. The staff were excellent as well. This is now my go to walk in!!!

I loved the communication between Dr. Sandhu and her patients. However, the inconsistency of her schedule can be a little inconvenient but totally understandable. What I don’t find acceptable is the total lack of communication and blatant lack of customer service the receptionists have. I myself am a receptionist and would never talk to a patron the way they do. On a particular occasion I was called and told that after a test I were to come back for some concerning results. In a panic I got my mom to come with me (we both took the day off work) to get there for the doctor to tell me she didn’t know what they were talking about. On top of that during a medical leave from work they were supposed to send in the paper work and after weeks of telling me it was sent I was informed the form was never filled out and misplaced... Very disappointing considering Dr. Sandhu is a great doctor! I gave them one more star for their amazing pharmacy, the receptionists should take some customer service advice from the awesome girls who work there!

Zero stars. Will be seeking medical help elsewhere. Have been a patient here for years, only reason, the Dr's are pretty good. One and only reason for leaving, the receptionist. She puts you on hold forever, hangs up, asks questions and doesn't listen to the answer, cuts you off, gives attitude, is just generally rude and unhelpful. Very unprofessional. I have no idea how this lady is still employed here. Good luck!

I’ve been to Harbourview see Dr. Chehadi 2 times in the past few months and he’s been excellent. This week I went there twice and they weren’t taking any walk ins, which is frustrating because I live an hour out of town. So I called an hour before I left to make sure they are taking walkins AND checked their live wait times (which said 0mins) and they stopped accepting walk ins again right after I called. The ladies at the front desk are incredibly rude and arrogant. They laughed when I told them I drove an hour to get there. Don’t waste your time at Harbourview, go somewhere else.

My Dr of 35 years retired last September. Dr Chehadi posted a notice at my Dr's that he was accepting new patients. I started seeing him last September. Anyway it is now April 25th and he is no longer at Harbourview. As I have some ongoing health issues, he has disappeared.. I did find him somewhat arrogant, and now he has left me in limbo.

Quickest walk in I've ever been in, and so convenient that I can book ahead so I don't have to wait. Doctors treated me with respect and super knowledgeable, Dr. Chan, Dr.cooney and Dr. Bolard(I'm sure I misspelled it) both listened and Dr.B even helped me find a family doctor, honestly grateful for this clinic

I went to this walk-in clinic because urgent care wait was 3 hrs and I was in excruciating pain. I had laid down on the exam table to help relieve some of the pain while I waited and the first thing Dr Chavali said when she walked im the door, incredibly rudely, was, "wake up. How am I supposed to examine you if you're laying there?" I told her that I was in horrible pain and was trying to relieve that pain by laying down, and again she responded very surtly with, "well, if it's that bad, you should be at urgent care." Her exam was very fast, didn't order any tests, and sent me out the door with just antibiotcs, even though i gave a very high pain score. I went to urgent care afterwards anyways because I didn't have faith in her competency. After IV pain meds, an ultrasound and CT, I have a kidney stone. Will NEVER return here or refer anyone to Dr Chavali.

It’s nice to have a walk in clinic in our neighborhood. Wait times are minimal, and the Dr’s are wonderful humans. I feel like they don’t push pills and rather ask about your lifestyle/diet and suggest making changes towards healthier eating. They do charge $20 for Dr. Notes ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr. Kaitlin Cyr is extremely unprofessional. Literally giving potential, life threatening, life ending, suicidal diagnoses without any supporting evidence or facts. Simply guessing and then says there’s nothing she can do and sends you off into the sunset without a care of the damage she just caused to your mental health of the patient and the patients family. That’s all I will say as this is now going to a legal team and as far as this needs to go so she never makes anyone feel the way I felt leaving the clinic.

Its a humble request to the front desk staff who are not polite and seems arrogant , please be nice to the patients . Every time I call or visit this clinic I get upset by their behaviors. I have seen a lot of posts regarding same complaint , please be helpful.

I had two very sick children (non-covid) that needed to see a Doctor ASAP. We had taking our children here in past years ago, so figured we would try again, as we live out of town. The receptionist and both doctors (they each saw a separate one) were all fantastic. We are looking to move our entire family to this clinic just based on how pleasant and accommodating the entire staff was of our needs. Thank you to everyone that helped us out!

Not organized very well, wait time was over an hour, felt like it was first come last served...When I called to make an appt the girl that answered said just come in as a walk in ok...Yeah ok and spend half a day there...Not...lesson learnt! Always make an appt....

Update Do not come to this clinic! I went back to see Dr. Chehadi and they told me he moved but didn't know his new address. I asked my pharmacist who told me he moved to Main Street 1 month ago. How did my pharmacist know and Harbourview didn't?! Why are they holding back the truth??? FYI ... I would drive anywhere in the city to see Dr. Chehadi because he is the best hands down.
