This place is pretty terrible. Dr. Newmarch was supposed to submit a referral for me and when I called a year later to find out what was going on, all they could do was argue with me and refused to do anything to help. No apology for their mistake, and they even tried to cover their tracks and say I'd never asked for a referral and that I needed to ask another doctor to submit one again and wait another 6 to 12 months. I wont be back and I recommend others don't go there if they want real patient care and doctors who do what they say they're going to do.

This is a place you can be referred when on the 811 waiting list. As their sign says it's not a typical walk-in clinic. Doctors have more time to deal with multiple issues. Appointments have gone as long as 30 minutes.

Called in the evening and they were all booked for the day, then as soon as they open at 10 am they dont answer the fkn phone! That said once i got in the doctor i saw was great. Again, they don't have enough staff to book appointments .

I was 67 pound from vomiting so much for 5-7 years and the one docter there had me diagnosed with one test I'm not longer sick like I once was and I'm a healthy waight now

I have been calling for a week every day, all throughout the day to make an appointment to see the doctor and not once have they picked up the phone. Horrible!! I went in to see if I can make an appointment as well and they told me it's only by phone, which they never answer. Terrible clinic!

What a joke took 168 calls to get through. Than 20 min on hold to be told complete opposite of what was said two nights before. Lady on other lime was not professional at all

I absolutely love all the staff, and have never had an issue before. However, yesterday I did see Dr. Newmarch for the first time, and have never felt so uncomfortable and judged for wanting information on things. I left the clinic with more questions than answers. He was negative, arrogant, and spoke overtop of me. I will be avoiding him for any future appointments.

I do not blame the staff. I blame interior health. I have been trying for the past couple of weeks to get in. Today my wife and I both tried calling I called 47 times and my wife 35 times starting right at 10am. I was able to get through and thought I finally was going to get in. I was on hold for 46 minutes. Finally I got to talk to someone and she let me know that I would have to try again in the morning. She was apologetic and said there was nothing she could do and let me know had bad interior health is and they are to blame.

The staff here were wonderful. The nurse was so kind and caring, and Dr. Peacock was very empathetic and had the most sincere bedside manner. Thank you for making an uncomfortable procedure more comfortable.

My daughter cut herself at school and we weren’t sure if she needed stitches or not. Dr Langford was able to take a look and tell us that yes, she needed 2-3. We were getting prepared to go up to ER but he said that he would try it if we were willing. I agreed and we got her all set up in the room. Wrapped her up in a blanket while the RN stood beside her head and stroked her face and hair, calming her down. It was a very quick process and they were AMAZING with her. I am so grateful for all of the staff and can not rave them enough. Maybe it takes forever to get through on the phones but the service you get when you arrive is nothing but amazing. Thank you UPCLC Staff and Dr Langford!!!!

Wife called last night to get some info on how she can figure out how to get in touch with her family doctor and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and refused to help.I also had a very negative experience here in the past where the nurse that saw me first made me extremely uncomfortable, and the doctor i saw after rushed through my appointment didn't listen to my concerns, then gave me a wrong diagnosis.

I know it's real challenge to get through to even book an appointment, but the administrative assistants are doing their absolute best to assist everyone they can. The ratio of administrative assistant to answer calls vs people calling to book is insane. They have all been so wonderful and helpful and Dr. Langford is amazing at what he does!

When this place opened up, everyone was excited, especially those with kids so they don’t have to wait in line at the ER. I would give this place 0 stars if possible. I brought in my sick baby a few days ago. Dr. Newmarch has no bedside manners and does clearly not know how to treat a little baby. He was very aggressive with our baby. He should not be treating children at all. We’ve seen other doctors with our baby before. They are much different. Dr. Newmarch seems like he does not care about babies as much. Nobody comes here for fun. We only came to get our sick baby checked. He also doesn’t know the needs of a baby. He didn’t even try to comfort the baby. My baby has never cried so much. This doctor made him cry so much. I don’t recommend bringing your kids here. You’ll be disappointed. Sadly, this is the place that is recommended when we call 811.

These people are fantastic!!! They have met and exceeded any expectations I had. We made our appointment. They were on time. Took care of us very quickly and even worked around our schedule to accommodate our needs. Amazing. Thank you Kamloops Urgent Primary Care and Learning Center!!!

Took forever to get through. Goto my appt. I ask to renew my plan G form which ive had before for 3 years to cover my anti depressants. The dr said he didnt have any. The receptionist gave me the form but the dr never signed it. Looks like i get to call 165 MORE TIMES to try and get in to get this damn thing signed. Thanks for the waste of time and for making me pay for my medication when it should have been covered. Just disappointing and frustrating.

Absolutely useless. Didn't know what to do with an ingrown toenail. /waited all day for appointment. Total waste of a day. Never been so frustrated with a clinic before.

Started calling at 9:50AM right up until 10AM when the phone lines opened and the que was immediately full, and there's now no way to get an appointment. "Due to the volume of callers the queue is full. Call again later." Very very frustrating. It seems this clinic is very poorly set up.
