Also having lived many different places in Canada I can say with absolute confidence this hospital is a well deserved 5 star all around, one of the best! So happy to live in a city with such an amazing hospital!

Passing through the town our little girl caught a virus and we had to bring her in to the ER. We didn't expect much, but the folks at the hospital were great - very accommodating, trying their best to speak English to us, showing a lot of care and understanding. A huge thanks to all the wonderful nurses at the ER and the pediatric department and to the doctors for taking care of our little girl and our family.

L'anxiété au Québec a le dos large, ce n'est pas parce que le coeur palpite que c'est nécessairement une crise d'anxiété ou de panique et ça lui a coûté la vie d'écouter votre personnel incompétent. Elle croyait probablement qu'elle faisait une crise de d'anxiété grâce à vos médecins, elle est allée s'étendre dans son lit pour se calmer en pensant que ça allait passer, elle n'a pas demandé d'aide à personne et elle est morte toute seule dans son lit, comme une vieille guenille, grâce à vos médecins qui ne voulaient pas s'occuper d'elle. Pourquoi vous ne tentez pas une autre approche avec vos patients et il serait préférable de les écouter et d'aller au fond des choses, peut-être que vous sauveriez des vies au lieu de les laisser souffrir tout seuls dans leur coin. L'impression que vous donnez, c'est que vous vous prenez pour des dieux et pensez tout savoir sur un patient l'espace d'un regard, vous êtes si brillants. BRAVO!!!
