As others have mentioned, you have to pay $4 for parking, which is just a money grab, but the worst part is that it's not even a good system. You have to use a machine inside the building and pay inside. So if you forget, or if your ticket doesn't work for some reason, you're stuck at the gate unable to get out with people behind you getting irritated, and if you use the intercom for assistance the parking attendant is useless, they just tell you to go back inside to the machine. As far as the doctors go, I've had two family doctors here. I loved the first but she moved away. The new one is okay but often seems too busy, so she'll probably be on stress leave soon and I'll wind up with a new one yet again. I went to the walk-in once for itchy painful bumps I had, and saw a different doctor who literally laughed at me, and told me it was nothing serious, just ingrown hairs, then a week later I was covered in boils the size of golf balls.

Free parking under 15 minutes, takes that long to drive across the completely torn up lot, but they still want you to pay on exit.. but everything in that lot of awful, so instead of paying on exit, drive back out the entrance, lots of room beside the gate, because as i said, everything is awful in that lot.

I'm going to research places that don't charge for parking so I never have to return to Guelph Medical Place. What a scam ! Confusing entrance: One of the two gates looks like it's for the first building and the other gate is for the back building #83 Dawson Rd. Nothing happened when I pulled up to the gate for #83. I had to back out (stressful as I had to ask cars behind me to back up too !) $$ Paying for parking was confusing. It wasn't clear how to use the machine inside the building but I eventually figured it out. When you're stressed out to begin with (I had to get a test done as ordered by my doc) trying to figure out how to park and pay is outrageous. Luckily i had two toonies. Shouldn't have to pay for parking !!

Parking scam. Every time u come to the building. You pay 4 bux. I think govt. Is involved in with all these scammers. Otherwise someone should have taken a notice on it. govt. is training people how to rip everyone around you.

Payed parking of 4 CAD/hour and building is confusing. To avoid parking fees one can come, drop off a passenger and exit for free during 15 min window. Otherwise you need to pay for parking. As others say, this is additional scam to squeeze extra revenue as probably OHIP payments are not enough.

every time i pay for parking, it DOUBLE CHARGES my credit card!!! so 8 dollars each time, and its impossible to get ahold of who is in charge of this issue, if you call the building themselves they say its outside company and nothing to do with them and ur out of luck. INSANE

The parking, like others have said, is a scam. They will charge you $4 even if you haven't been there 15 minutes, and they will not be kind or suggest anything helpful if you don't have a means to pay.
