We usually use Bear Creek Animal Clinic but our cat needed a same day appointment. Bear Creek worked with Country Club to get us an appointment. Due to COVID restrictions, I wasn't allowed to enter the building but that didn't stop the team from giving excellent service from both the vet tech and the vet. The vet himself came out to my vehicle twice to explain the procedures and what he wanted to do. The vet technician was very personable.

Basically useless since Covid began. You'd think they'd be caught up by now, but nope. Front desk girl could use some manners and organizational skills!

Best ever care for my Dog Daisy! She has been in and out for 2 weeks due to a complicated wound and she has recieved much love and care from all the ladies here. We've been going to this vet for years, and every visit has been professional, filled with kindness, and very educational. Some say the prices are too much but I don't mind paying a premium and know that our cats are in the best hands. The staff we dealt with were very kind and cared for our cat to the best of their ability. They tried to work with us in terms of finding inexpensive alternatives (as we do not have insurance) which was a huge breathe of fresh air in comparison with how other places can be. Great service and great people.

Parents who bring their children under the age of 6years old usually don't follow the rules and let their chichen chase the kittens and roughly grab them. I enjoy drinking my coffee there but there should be a staff making sure the kittens aren't getting tormented

Terrible experience. Dr. Anna Friesen took out two of our 4 month old puppies ADULT teeth WITHOUT permission during a baby tooth extraction appointment. They even called after she had been sedated and didn't mention a thing about adult teeth needing to come out. The manager didn't call me back after speaking with the vet, she got someone else to call and then that person didn't call me back. Not only is the vet negligent but the management is terrible as well. Will never go back and do not recommend going there!

They were extremely welcoming. My big little girl does not play very well with others as being a solitary country girl. They went out of their way to make our visit comfortable and enjoyable. Am totally going back anytime she needs a visit????????

my furbaby is registered with country club and they are phenomenal, i have called with what i thought was silly concerns and the receptionist was very reassuring on what was happening and gave excellent advice that had his problem better before his checkup appointment. absolutely recommended they treat your baby like it was thier own

After having a bad experience at another vet clinic I booked a checkup at country club. Wayyyyyy more affordable here and the vet was amazing with my anxious dog. The vet and vet tech helped really understand everything and definitely had my dogs best interest in mind.

They were running about 45 minutes behind. The computers werent working. They are always absolutely wonderful to deal with and my new puppies liked them as much as my 17 year old Maltese liked them. Cant say enough good about them. Yes, they have higher prices than some of the other clinics, but you get what you pay for with their caring service.

I can't even give the south clinic one star... the girl working there was not the one who should be there.. we had our shih tzu there in distress and needed help ....she told us that because we didn't have an appointment, they wouldn't see him and that they were full for the week.....he died later that day... no compassion at all.. She needs to work in a lumber yard or a sewer treatment plant.

The veterinarians and vet techs here are absolutely amazing. My little kitty cat Bean has had health issues since she was a kitten, and they have given her the absolute best care we could ask for. All of the staff is very knowledgeable and they treat the animals so well. I will never take our pets anywhere else in town but Country Club or Bear Creek!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! I booked an appointment for my dog to get fixed and showed up to it being cancelled because the vet is "out of town"... Maybe you shouldn't book appointments if you want to go out of town.. They said they tried to call; however, no messages were left. Not only that when I booked the appointment I left my email on file and of course no email.. I will never give them my business again and its their loss because I have a lot of pets. The part that angers me the most is I am now at a loss of wages from taking the day off work and not only that to book somewhere else will be a three week wait and so now I have a chance of my dog going into heat and having to put diapers on it. SWEEEEEEEETTT THANKS COUNTRY CLUB ANIMAL CLINIC hahahaha jk you suck.
