Unprofessional and untrained administrative staff. They are unable to use a simple phone system, they hang up the lines. Appointments are all booked within 5 minutes of opening their lines, which they constantly drop calls. This is an absolute last resort due to administration incompetence

Waited well over an hour for my appointment. Front desk was extremely rude. Asked for an update while waiting and mentioned I had back pain ( didn't know that could be kidney related) which was on the "pink sheet" on the front she just rudely told me she couldn't tell me how long it would be. Finally got called back and sat down for one minute and told the nurse assistant that I had back pain and she rudely asked why I hadn't done a urine sample (as if I was a doctor and knew to do this) they gossiped about me while I did this which she also did when I asked how long it would be. The level of maturity and professionalism is very low here. These people chose to work here why they treat people this way is ridiculous! I have worked in the medical industry and wouldn't dream of treating people the I was here. I would have gladly waited a week to get in anywhere but I really liked the female doctor I saw here previously. Terrible experience

I personally think that the staff are very helpful, awesome staff!!! Believe me I've been very disappointed, but if you put your shoes on their feet (literally, lol)...Im sure you would think otherwise

I called 3 days in the row trying to see a doctor and Lisa the one who answer the phone tells me doctor is busy. When I went to the clinic there was no one there. I don’t know what are they doing there and why they refuse to see patients !!!

This is the only clinic I go to... I have never had an issue with this clinic. The nurses, administration staff and Doctors have always been friendly and professional. Yes some times it takes a while to get in for an appointment or the wait goes past your appointment time which is frustrating but life happens.

The sti clinic is not run by doctors. You are see by judgmental nurses who dont know what a yest infection is and if its not an "std" than they wouldn't treat you. They push their birth control on you, I wanted a coper IUD and the red head desided I dont need that I should just take what she gives. They will not provide a referral to a gynecologist. The unprofessionalism at the front desk needs to be addressed sharron I believe needs to be fired! The blonde who takes blood looks you up on Facebook. So many violations, and the college of physicians and doctors have been informed. I hope they are investigated!

I'd been on the same medication for 4 years and the doctor suddenly cut me off, refused to give them to me or listen when I explained that I needed this medication for my day to day life and it had been prescribed by a phyciatrist years before, he told me I was simply a liar and abusing the drugs and wrote it in my file. Beyond disappointed in this place . He never listened when I told him things and shrugged off everything I asked or was concerned about. Terrible terrible doctors.

The upmost UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE telephone contact help of all time!! Come on medical practitioners train your employees because this comes back to reflect you and your medical facility!! No help couldn’t care less and personable skills lacking?? You my dear young lady are working to assist the public with simple direction.. people who are not feeling well and may need simple assistance you did not provide... who made you feel entitled?? My first blood test here was great, I didn't get the lady's name but she was fantastic. I'm here now for my second visit, a few others are here and we are all waiting for someone to show up. It's been 15mins and still no one in the lab. Wondering when they will tell us the lab is closed or if we will even see anyone today. Hopefully something happens soon,

I waited an hour before asking if anything was wrong, and I was then told my doctor wasn't even there yet. Staff were rude and dismissive of my concerns and needs.

I was there for the summer. Housing is pretty cheap but I felt they ripped me off with my damage deposit. Even though I thoroughly cleaned my unit, I got charged for cleaning anyways. Its not like they had carpets or rugs.

I have been here a million times before and everyone has been awesome.. However, my mother went in today after booking her appt 3 or 4 weeks ago and had an extremely rude encounter. I am writing this for her because she does not have a google account. She got to the clinic and noticed a sign that said "gone for lunch be back at 13:45". She told the person there that she had an appointment for 1:00 and the lady proceeded to tell her that "she wasn't 3 people and that she could go to junction point, if she wanted". My mom didn't say much and walked out. I understand that these times are stuff and things are stressful for everyone. but booking an appt 3-4 weeks in advance should mean that there is someone there to do the work that they were boooked for. I also think the worker present could have been a little more professional about the sitaution and asked if my mom could come back instead of sending her elsewhere after she waited specifially for the GPRC Clinic. Like I stated earlier, I have been there before with no issues but I think this is something that should be addressed.

Made an appointment over phone and arrived early but had to wait over an hour before actually seeing anyone. Not pleased that I had to wait this long when I made an appointment days before!

To begin with, the receptionists were very unprofessional and had a lot of attitude for no reason. The Doctor's only concern was not my health, but to get me in and out of his office as fast as possible. They failed to fax off a pre-operation physical exam form back to my surgeon in Edmonton, which resulted in me not being able to go for my surgery, which I already booked flights to get there for, as well as the return flight. I highly recommend everyone to go to any clinic but this one, as they have proved their poor organization skills, along with no compassion towards their patients whatsoever.
