Greatest clinic in town. I love that they give reminder texts when pets are due for appointments. The staff clearly love animals and certainly know how to make them feel comprobable. My puppy is a bit shy, and he seems to love visiting there. They’re also super accommodating toward emergency situations. I had an issue with my dog one weekend. On Monday morning I called at opening time and they were willing to help get me in at an affiliated clinic, as they had no emergency appointments left.
Very friendly staff. Only purchased food here, do not know about their medical care.
They will tell you whatever they can to get you to spend your money without a guarantee of saving your pet.
The clinic and the team we depend on for our cats
The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Too bad the Vet wasn't. I had to wait in the car which was fine but for a first visit you'd think the vet I'm at for the first time would at least come out and introduce herself to me. We only had phone interactions and she was very unkind and cold to me. She took my dog off quality of life meds and he went downhill fast. She absolutely refused to put him back on them. Too bad she's the owner of the place. I've since gone elsewhere and they immediately put him back on said meds. It's about quality of life not prolonging suffering at his age (15). I won't go back there again.
They really care about your fur babies
We are super happy and grateful for the clinic staff. Drs are really lovely and took great care of my little baby.
So friendly & knowledgeable. They have great resources & explain things in depth. Makes the experience so much better !
They care for my kitty as much as I do. It's such a relief to know he's in good hands.
They took amazing care of my 15 year old cat. I was worried he may attack because hes an old grumpy kitty but he took to them right away! Thank you for fixing my old man ????
We had our beloved dog Axl euthanized at the clinic and they were very compassionate and understanding. I highly recommend Bear Creek!
Very professional did a really good job
The staff here were very kind during a tough time for my wife and I.
Awesome place to take your pet
Friendly... reasonble...fast
Very professional staff and very clean location.
Great place to take a sic pet, friendly staff too.
Love, love, love Bear Creek Animal Clinic! Very caring and professional, and they take their time with explanations and options. Thank You>>>GREAT VETS, TECHS, Staff!!!
I always trusted and used this vet clinic, recently we brought our giant breed girl in because of a limp, and after 600+ dollars in xrays and meds I was told she HAS to go to Edmonton for a TPLO surgery and that nobody in grande prairie does this. Animals First clinic has been doing this locally for years, and because I was unaware, Maggie has been living in pain for months while we figured out a way to get to Edmonton amongst the pandemic to get her this life changing surgery. We would’ve had to spend 8000+ dollars to do this, but now that we are doing it with animals first in grande prairie we are paying less than half of that. Maggie’s interests were not at heart here, and they clearly just wanted my $ as just last week I had to stop in and drop another $70 on pain meds and nobody even mentioned if Maggie had gotten the surgery yet or anything. She was clearly still suffering.. Would not recommend to anyone that needs a TPLO for their dog.
Dec 2021 - I would like to be able to give 5 stars because my experience started out great with a great response to an emergency situation and a great locum on call. Shortly after I discovered the prescription for the meds wasn't filled quite properly and I was short some pills. i called, they were more than happy to get them ready for me. My displeasure began when I arrived to pick up the missing pills. Please know that $26 would not break me at all - BUT I had to leave work 1.5 hrs early AND travel from north of Spirit River to arrive before closing. When I mentioned this was a HUGE inconvenience and I would appreciate some sort of compensation for the error that was none of my own - the response was simply that I would have had to pay for them anyway if they had been dispensed from day one. I did not appreciate this form of customer service and it gave me a bad taste in my mouth for future dealings. I asked for my comments to be passed along to someone else none the less but have had no follow up.
Clean, reasonably priced veterinary care. Empathetic, informative.
Free my desk not so great, was left in a room and they forgot about me.. 90 minutes later husband showed up to meet me and then they realized they had put me in a room. Vet staff are great though. Very thorough and kind.
I’m getting fed up with these losers. I used to think they were awesome but when there’s an emergency I’ve been told twice now to “call around”. This is an emergency. My cat had a blockage and spent 4 nights at the other vet that took her in and was told she almost didn’t make it. They have no problem telling you to call their after hours number to make a buck off of you. You call yourselves animal lovers. You’re a bunch of losers is what you are. I’ll never bother calling you again and I’ll be sure to let everyone know. You are a disgrace!
The staff here is so amazing, patient and caring. I’ve brought my two cats here for a number of years and they’ve always been so great. This week my kitty Lucky was really ill and they fit me in to bring him in when needed. Dr. Grey is really amazing and caring and the nurses too, you can tell they truly care. Sadly Lucky has passed yesterday morning but I know they did everything they could to make him comfortable and gave me many options on what to do. Ill continue taking my other kitty Middy here for as long as I have him. Thank you guys for your care and support.
Good experience. My dog might not agree though
Awesome peopke very caring and do everything they can for your fur-Babies
Good, just not as personal as beaverlodge.
Terrible communication
By far better then all the rest in Gp. Helped me to a point regardless of how much money I didn't have when every other Vet Clinic in this city had turned me and my slowly dieing furbaby away...
I've never seen a vet building so run down, so right away I felt worried. I brought my cat in for a nuder and I had the same issue where they did not make a clean cut and as a result it was healing for a long time. when I confronted them about it they just said it needs to be cleaned and he will be fine. I KNOW IT NEEDS TO BE CLEANED YOU WERE SAPPOSED TO DO THAT SO HE WOULDN'T GET AN INFECTION. Now I worry if my cat had been sedated too considering the other post and his newly developed fear of being held. needless to say I'll never EVER return. and if I find any problems with my baby in the future I will be coming at them for that. because he was healthy and purrrfect beforehand and now I can't even cuddle without him freaking out.
Really great staff!
Great service no waits
They took very good care of our pups.
Brought my cat in for a nuder. And not only was the surgery late but they did not check him afterwards or clean the wound at all, it looked open and improfessional. Shortly after my cat had an attack. When i confronted them about it the vet had left no more than 5min after i left and wasnt willing to do anything for me. So i had to goto the emerg and thankfully they didnt charge me; but if they did i woulda filed a lawsuit right there. Skip to a week later my cats doing weird weezing and heaving hes never done before and they tell me its just a hairball and get me to buy the patrollium fish stuff. That did nothing and for two weeks they kept telling me to give him it even though the bottle says dosage should be less after 3 days. I wanted them to take responsibility and provide a follow up but nooooooo!!! 2 more weeks later and now he is worse than ever and i call to investigate. I fisrst ask "was he sedated because i see evidence if he has asma that he would have a problem with sedation much like the one i saw. But nope they tell me they didnt sedate him FOR A NUDER. A GOD DAMN NUDER. MY CAT WAS ALERT FOR MUTALATION!!! SO NOW IM LAWSUITING. AND THEIR STORY CHANGES EVERYTIME I CALL. WHY BECAUSE THEY WONT FIX A PROBLEM THEY CAUSE IF I WONT PAY THEM 560 FOR MULTIPLE MEDICAL EXAMS THEY SHOULDA DONE A MONTH AGO!!! I dont dislike the secretary and some of the staff their nice. But id never recommend doctor hoff or watever her name is. And im certainly filing a lawsuit. My cat was either sedated and not investigated properly for the reaction or he was mutalated while unsedated. EITHER WAY THEY ARE NOT HUMANE THEY ARE JUST CHEAP. DONT MAKE MY MISTAKE PROTECT YOUR LOVED ONE. if people wish to see my cat before and after you will see a clear difference in him..... and his cut never healed properly. i wish i never trusted this place.... I got my other cat done at the animal hospital up the road for 100 more and his balls sealed within a week and hes all better. No problems... dont trust bear creek doctors
Treated with gentle care and most understanding to family and helpfull
Went above and beyond for our loving 9 yr old Cane Corso.
Knowledgeable staff, very good with our dogs. Only people we've ever dealt with. Friendly and professional folks.
Great service little pricey but very good with my pets
Amazing staff that helped me with my puppy, calmed her anxiety and were very helpful and informative with everything I needed. Highly recommend .
Best vet we ever had
The people at bear creek are so caring and are not just open to make a quick buck. I called to inquire about an appointment for my dog because he had blood shot eyes and mucus coming from them. The lady told me to send a photo to them and they would look and let me know. They told me how to help him get better without seeing me without charging me a dollar. They told me what medicine I could use from the drug store to help as well. I think this is probably the best vet experience I have ever had. Actually caring about the pets who are sick then filling their pockets with money. Thanks again Bear Creek Clinic!
Very thorough information passed and made sure to understand as a pet owner any and all instructions. Very caring people. Pricey, but worth it.
Caring for animals.
A grate bunch people with so much of compassion love of animals out ways the money they realy care for the animals
Very Amazing staff! My dogs love it
Friendly and professional service. Called the night before and was able to get an appointment the next morning.
Good place
Best vet clinic I have ever been to. Down to earth, professional and caring. This is a busy place but for good reason. I won't go anywhere else!
Super busy lately when I call they never seem to have an opening and leave me on hold +-+
Great friendly staff, a little expensive but you can tell they care about you animals
4 stars because they are always so caring and helpful. They lost a star because there is ALWAYS long wait times (1 hour plus sometimes.) I definitely understand that emergencies come first, but if this is a daily occurrence maybe it needs to be rectified by hiring more staff? Also, the prices are astronomical. We find medications and prescriptions extremely expensive for our pets here, and even cheaper at their sister clinic, Country Club. The care you receive is great, but the price? Not so much.
Very helpful staff.
Brought our dog back from the brink of death. Vet tech working with my brother even on her days off to keep our dog alive.
Compassionate Care for my animals
They are the best! Always professional, courteous and understanding, they try their best to work within your budget and they fit my babies in when they are sick, thanks for that! I wont take my animals anywhere else. They have seen both my dog and my cat, and I am very impressed with prices, and how professional all the staff are. They just really are one of the best in GP!
My dog still can't figure out what that sting is every time she eats her treat. Great staff.
Went above and beyond when I brought my dog in for a second opinion on a skin condition.
Amazing facility with knowledgeable and caring staff!! Highly recommend
great services! I called im and told the vet what was goingon and they met me in the parking lot with the prescription!
I would take any pet there
Great staff, clean building and extremely professional we will be back with our dog.
It is a very busy place and the staff is very nice.
Tried to bring my dog, a patient of theirs, the morning after she had been attacked by another dog and they wouldn't let me bring her as they were "too busy" so I had to find another emergency vet, Animals First took us in with open arms. Then I stopped going to Bear Creek altogether because they lost my other dog. The day after being spayed they took her outside to pee and she escaped the leash and ran away. Despite me explicitly telling them not to take my dog outside as she is skittish and would run and not come back, to give her pee pads in her kennel they still took her outside. My partner found our dog six hours later 2km away. She was a 1 year old Chihuahua at the time. Haven't gone back since even though they waived our bill.
No one answers the phone there tried several times when the clinic hours are open
Awesome service and open on Saturday!
Always happy with my experiences at Bear Creek. Great new location
Super friendly and covid-19 safety concerned with curbside service. Great service to the community and relationship with the animal shelter, Bandaged Paws. Bones our rescue foster kitten was feeling under the weather and the vet had her medicine prepared promptly.
Great clinic, affordable prices, staff is super nice. I recommend.
A few years ago we were told that our dog had nothing wrong and that he would "get over it" with time. They never got back to us, so we brought him to a center in Edmonton where they told us he had cancer, and a few days later died. Never going back to this establishment..
The team at Bear Creek Animal Clinic are always so prompt, professional, and positive. You can really feel how much the staff loves animals and the care that goes into treating them. The vets are always happy to answer any questions you may have and give great advice on helping maintain your pets wellness. Raja loves the staff and is always happy to see them.
They have great customer service and reasonably priced which is amazing to have for an emerge vet!!
Worst place ever...they don't care about animals..only about money..total rip offs ignorant..no care at all about animals...If you love your animals...do not take there they only care about mobey
Friendly and knowledgable staff. Patiently made my anxious puppy feel comfortable during his first vet visit. Only downside was they were booked for a whole week but I wasn't in a rush so I'm glad I waited. They were also very accommodating and rescheduled my appointment last minute when I asked them to. Prices are reasonable.
Great top notch staff and great with our dog!
Amazing vet clinic. I got my Staffy neutered here and they were so caring and comforting. He healed very well considering he is a very high energy dog so it was hard to keep him calm. A little pricy but worth it. I 100% recommend!
Great customer service
The folks at Bear Creek Animal Clinic always take great care of my golden buddy Turk, and the staff are taking lots of precautions to keep everyone safe. Very modern clinic, and the front end staff are friendly and really care about the pets and animals they see.
Awesome and caring staff.
They are awesome! ????????
Awesome compassionate place
Very helpful staff, and made sure I knew detailed costs before hand. Very quick with my sick girl and we are both so thankful!
The staff are amazing
Seam to really care about your little fuzzy faces friends
Fantastic service. They love my dogs as much as I do.
The only vet I will ever go to! Amazing staff!
The vet care here is excellent, however their handling of "covid" precautions makes the customer experience terrible and untimely. We were made to wait for twenty minutes past our appointment time, as the only customers parked out front.
I'd like to give this vet clinic five stars. The vet and vet tech were amazing to deal with. However the customer service at the front is very frustrating. Every time I call I am placed on hold for approx. 20 minutes or more. I'm not sure if its a staff issue or a employee shortage. I am only leaving this review so that hopefully they can improve upon this. Because otherwise the service my dog, cat and I have received has been great.
Great friendly staff
Service is moderate
Clean fast pet care
Great staff
Good people very accommodating. It's not all about the money it's more about your pet and what's best for him or her. Deffintly one of the better/best vets in gp. ????I will be using them from now on.
The staff and Veterinarians provide exceptional care and support for our beloved pets. I recommend them often. Their fees are very reasonable.
Great place
Excellent visit for Boots
Very knowledgeable
Very efficient and very courageous
The staff went above and beyond. They were friendly and compassionate when he put our sweet Mia to sleep. I appreciated the sympathy card and paw prints.
This is my regular clinic and went first thing in the morning to have a vet look at my dogs tail as it got caught in the truck door and was bleeding. I was told they were full and couldn't get us in until Friday morning, this was Wednesday. This was unacceptable. Called West County and they had an appointment for me the same day in the afternoon and got my dog stitched up and she's good as new. West County went above and beyond.
The lady dr is amazing. After a horrible experience with Dr. Cook she assisted me with how to care for my dog and how to deal with the issue at hand. She saved me a ton of money and told me what to do to make my little boy comfortable.
Couldn't have been better in the hard time we has to go threw Would highly recommend
I’ll start from the beginning my wife found a kitten under our front steps and he was barely alive so we brought him in to warm him up and to get some fluids into his as he was clearly starving and dehydrated. We weren’t wanting a cat but decided if he made it threw the night we would give him a good home low and behold he was awake and moving around the next morning and made an appointment to take him and get him started in IV fluids at Bear creek animal clinics satellite clinic in Beaverlodge. He stayed on the Iv for around 30 hrs and we picked him up the next afternoon and was told he’s doing very well and to make sure he was eating and drinking also to call if any sudden changes occurred. Several days later his breathing was getting hard and I called the vets office and was told to bring him in the next morning. We dropped the poor little fella off and was told we could pick him up in the afternoon so we picked him up at around 2:00 pm and he seemed to be having a harder time breathing than whe we dropped him off. We were told that he had a upper respiratory infection and that he would be fine and to just give him the antibiotics twice a day and sent us on our way. To clear when I phoned to make his second appointment I raised my concern that I he could have pneumonia but was assured it was only a upper respiratory infection. The next morning he didn’t seem to be getting any better and called the clinic and told them I think he need to come in right away and that his gums were white and he was struggling for air and was told I would have to contact Bear creek in GP. It took me roughly a half hr to get threw to talk to someone and was put on hold three times before I was laughed at by the receptionist when I was starting to panic and express my concern that I didn’t think he would make the 40 minute drive. He died ten minutes later in my wife’s arms on the way to town. If you value your pets lives I strongly suggest you take your pets elsewhere because theses people care about your money not your pets health and if you do bring them there and you are having doubts of what they are telling you I urge you to go get a second opinion.
They love animals and took such loving care of both our dogs.
I would like to thank Dr. Hass for her tender care of my precious cat. And thank you all the staff and the Dr. today who made it as painless as possible to let my baby go.
Very disappointed. Long wait. Very busy. They make you to wait outside, and you are not allowed to go in with your pet. It is very stressful for your fury animal. Very unprofessional. Never coming back. They call you to tell about your pet , but telling you about wrong animal because they are to busy to handle everything. Do not go there. Find someone better who actually will take care of your fury friend.
Very friendly and helpful people
The vet here is knowledgable. Wants to help, not just run up the bill.
Great experiences always...very clear with aftercare and they give you a call to make sure your pet is ok. So happy they finally got into their new place...pretty fantastic!!
* Staff are amazing *Emergency call out charges start at 12:00 pm on Saturday * your pet is always taken out of site for blood work or any biopsies. *very seldom do you get to see the same vet twice.
Both times I was here it was due to my animals passing away. The staff were comforting, compassionate and professional. Though it was a rough experience it was humane and I cannot thank them enough.
Nice vets. Always seems to tell me like it is. Don't push unnecessary treatments
We recently experienced an emergency with our puppy. Dr. Sopko was very progressional, attentive and caring. He was also tto mindful of our budget. We were so grateful that he and Christine were available when we needed them. Today we have a spry puppy thankfully!
Nice staff and new building. I have been in a few times for my dogs allergy issues. Both times I felt as if I was forgotten in the room while waiting for them. The vets I saw were very nice and listened to everything I said.
Terrible place to take your animal. No compassion at all. Took my lab in there today because she had hurt herself and was causing more damage by shaking her head, to the point that there was blood spray. Was told that the vet couldn’t see her because they closed at noon, it was roughly 11:30 am at this time, and if I thought it was serious enough I could call back at 2pm as an emergency. Where I could pay $150.00 for the call out fee as well as whatever the treatment cost. It was plain to see that my dog was in distress and they didn’t care at all. Will never take an animal there again, would be scared how they treated them if I wasn’t around. Only rated one star cause you have to give at least one.
I just want to say this is the best place to go they were so nice and understanding. They went above and beyond their job. We had to put our cat down and they were very good and later sent us a sympathy card signed from all the staff and our cats paw prints. It was very kind and helped us with her passing. Thank you again Bear Creek.
Excellent service, and especially the protection concept regarding COVID-19, is to emphasized. Many thanks
The staff of Bear Creek truly go above and beyond! They are a busy team that care so much about their clients, both human and animal alike. ❤ I wouldn't go anywhere else now that I've found them!
Always great service, have what you need, and care for your pets like they're their own.
Amazing service during covid. Friendly and super helpful!
Very reliable staff
Great service recently switched after our family vet sadly retired, very happy with the move so far as the service was Great and the care given to our pets even better!!! Highly recommend checking them out
Edit: see bottom, it was 5 stars before edit. This is my second time bringing my cat here, and wow. What an excellent service. The help he received was excellent. They went to the extent possible for today and ran a blood test, ultrasound and a check up, on short notice on a saturday, and they were fantastic. It's never easy (I would imagine) working on a cat, and taking blood and things. They were excellent about it. Glad to finally get some answers and on track to helping my little buddy out the best way possible. Being prepared for a larger bill, was also surprised at the vet bill I received. Could not be happier, and totally fair prices. The Vet had forgotten to mention dietary changes, and still called me at 7:30pm going over her notes to inform me of the changes we should make to his food! Excellent follow through, and A+ Bear Creek, thank you again. Edit. So I bring in a urine sample like they had wanted the next day. Pay for it and a pricey bag of urinary tract cat food, and wait. I did get a call a day or two later, but no results. A week later, still no result or call. Called this morning, and a note was made to call me. No call. I show up 10 minutes before they close and all of a sudden I have results, and something my cat may need anti biotic's for. I got them anyways, and I'll determine when I check his litter if he needs it. Bear creek was doing so good!! I was happy, and I'm very patient and understand sh*t happens. But either way, if there was or was not an issue, it have taken 2 minutes to call and let me know so I can fork out more cash here.
They have been treating our pets from the day we got them. Always are very professional and caring. They recently helped me through a very tough time with having to put down my little friend of 15 yrs. While it was a very tough thing for me to do, Dr Carter went out of her way to relieve as much stress as possible from this horrible time. I can't thank her enough.
Today, I was quite disappointed ????. Normally, I have no issues with the quality of services provided. However, today's appointment was an extremely long wait time. Appointment was at 10:30 am. Arrived 5 mins early. They came and got our cat at 10:45am. I asked "how long", was told about 20 mins. Went and grabbed a few things instead of waiting in the parking lot. Arrived back at the clinic by 11:10. Got no call to update the status of the cat. I ended up calling to find out, mind you, this is now 11:30 am. Lady was pleasant on the phone but, here we sit after she told us everything was done and he was ready to go...several cars came and went. I ended up calling once again to find out what the hold up was....they had totally forgotten he was ready. Finally, someone came out at 11:57 am for payment...BUT!! Cat was another 15 mins to come out. I understand clinic's get busy but, almost a 2 hour wait. Was not happy about this visit!!
They wete helpful
Friendly staff, patience with my million of questions
I had a pony with acute laminitis. I called the clinic at 8:30 in the morning, knowing that the pony would need anti-inflammatory drugs as soon as possible. The tech I spoke to said she would talk to the vet and call me back... they did not call me back at all. I finally called them at 3:45 the same afternoon to let them know that I had found help somewhere else. This terrible service resulted in a pony suffering all day, and who knows how severe the long term damage to her feet will be due to the inetptuide of this clinic.
Great vet..
Very informative and great service! Thank you!
I really like this place. When I bring my dog in they always make sure when I leave all my concerns are addressed. Sometimes it can get a little busy but this is true about all vet clinics! Will definitely be bringing my pup back whenever he needs it.
My cat's teeth got cleaned and she got hole in the trachea. I heard this kind of surgery is very common so not too much complication. When they insert or remove the breath tube, it happened. My cat body is filled with air and I have to take care of her few weeks. She has a pain so not eating or play. They changed the vet without my consent and too many vet who doesn't have an experience. I was expecting apologize, but nothing happened. I went another clinic to get a second opinion because I could not trust them any more.
Honestly feel like I paid a premium for subpar care ????♀️ and a little deceit. Cost of spay, 2 dew claws, lumpectomy, 3 vaccines for 1,041. Spay was 450 - exactly what I was quoted, I did get offered bloodwork for extra but since tech couldn't even tell me exactly what it would be I opted out of it. I want to know if they're getting a CBC, lytes, creatinine, etc. Basically whatever I pay for I want to know what it is. Dew claw removal quoted 110-160 - paid 180 plus 30 for a large bandage? Was it infused with silver? Not likely. 20 extra for dressing supplies to take home. Inquired why it was higher and response was "oh it's just a little bit" Lumpectomy quoted 50 - charged 68 and extra 30 for a needle aspiration. It was a little lump on the groin and since she was going for a spay I asked to have it looked at. They called me 10:00 while she was under to say vet is not sure what it is and it's up to me if I wanted it off. Would cost 50. After I pick her up I see the 29 for needle aspiration and ask why it was done. Oh vet looked at cells under microscope and they were gray area cells so recommended to have lump removed. Okay? Would have been nice to have that information to make my decision to remove it. Especially since I paid for it. Vaccines were as quoted. Microchip as quoted 45 but they didn't check my info with me before sending off paperwork. Old clinic where I used to live always let me fill out my own paperwork to guarantee it was all correct info before sending. Of course they Spelled my name wrong. Morning I picked up my dog she hadn't eaten so no pain meds given. In theory the most painful part of her day would be the drive home. Couldn't call and ask if I'd pay for injection? Sure don't mind charging me for anything else. Comfort of my dog is what I actually care about. Three days of pain med ran out and I called and they give me enough to last over the weekend without visit. This I appreciate. This is why it's three stars. Only call I received on day of spay was call to ask if I want lump removed. Did call 1600 a week later to see if all was well and how she did over the weekend. I'd asked for extra pain meds that friday and mentioned she had decreased appetite and fluid intake. When they called I was at work and missed the call. Didn't have much time so I just called back a minute later. Was basically directed to listen to the voicemail as the receptionist couldn't be bothered to ask who had called me or why. Also if they recommend your dog stay overnight don't even bother. They just keep them confined and alone. No one stays overnight. At least if they're home you can look after them and cuddle them a bit. Also if your dog has dressings and does stay overnight don't expect them to give them a change before they leave. I changed the dew claws dressing that night and they were saturated with blood. I guess I should have asked exactly what happens when they're kept overnight. That's a little on me for assuming they'd check all incisions morning before they go home. TLDR: Charged more for procedures than quoted with no explanation. Subpar care post surgery. Incisions were neat and tidy all the same, people I dealt with were friendly and professional. Overcharging is shady. If a procedure is used as a diagnostic tool, I want to know the result of said procedure to make a decision. So if you're willing to pay a premium for happy faces, unnecessary diagnostics, and a nice building do come here. Edit - they did provide me a partial refund, manager called, not hard to get along with. I suggest speaking to them with any issues.
Very friendly and professional dealing with end of life for my Sadie of 16 years.
Good service love the food.
Great place for pets really compassionate staff i would've given 5 stars but they still wont let me in with my pup when testing
Very uncaring they can’t even see a dog that has a gash in her leg on an emergency vist
Love this clinic
They were wonderful great experience caring and loving to my dog and to me
I brought my dog in to have her teeth cleaned and a lump removed from her breast I was told this kind of surgery is very common so there would not be much complications. however this clinic managed to cause my dog suffering by tearing her trachea which collapsed !my poor dogs trachea!. When they insert or remove the breathing tube, they obviously did not know what they were doing and damaged her trachea! They never took responsibility for the damage they caused or even cut the cost . She had alot of pain and did not eat or play. The vet seems to not have enough experience or doesn'tknow what the he'll their doing. I was expecting apologize, but they didn't even acknowledge their mistake!h. I will be going to another clinic !do not trust this outfit! They don't return your calls ...save your self money time and your pets life and DO NOT use this facility!
Prices seem a little high
They are all very friendly. Took good care of my dogs when I took them into get shaved.
Very helpful staff, got me what I needed for my horse. Will be doing more business here in the future.
Great animal clinic. They have looked after all of my animals over the years and have excellent vets and good prices.
Poor customer service and attitude.
These people treated and loved my cat as if he were their own. He hated them, but they were gentle and kind to him nonetheless. Their prices are very fair and they seem incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. DaFuzz will be back when he needs you guys again.
We would like to send out a huge thank you to Dr. Zoe and Kim for the care given to our Houdini. The care and direction given was compassionate and heartfelt. Helping Dini over the rainbow bridge with so much compassion will not be forgotten. Kevin and Lorelei Bowie
