Overall an average experience. The good: You can get an appointment very quickly here, which in many cases makes all the difference. But otherwise, I found it very average. I came here to visit the dermatologist to have a mole removed and the diadnose a skin leasion on my temple. Overall the service and treatment was competant and pleasant enough, however: 1. The on-site dermatologist does not do work on the face or neck, and so I had to book another appointment in Montreal with Dr. Doumit to perform a biopsie of the skin leasion on my face. (Dr. Doumit apparently no longer travels to Gatineau) 2. The mole removal was $300. The dermatologist also recommended that I remove two other moles. The removal of THOSE moles was $600 each. Even thought it was THE EXACT SAME PROCEDURE FOR ALL THREE MOLES!! So a big HINT: If the dermatologist recommends you remove a mole, tell them "No thanks, I chose not to remove it". Then wait and pause, and say "Oh, by the way, I would like to remove this same mole for cosmetic reasons". And voila, you save $300 on mole removal. 3. All three moles were sent to a lab to perform biopsies on them, but I never received the results. No one called me to tell me anything. I had to follow up 2 months later to have them send me the results. So, if you don't mind waiting, you're probably better off in the public system. But, if something is time sensitive, or your are in a rush, then Union MD is a good option.

I visited this office since my family doctor has retired and i needed a requisition to see a dermatologist. the receptionnist at the front explained to me that this is a private clinic and i can see the dermatologist without a requisition , she gave me all the informations i needed and booked me an appointment. i saw the specialist and she gave me a prescription.it was an easy in and out.

Got sick while visiting from out of town and found the Unionmd Clinic online. I was able to make an appointment for the next day at 09:00. They had me in and out in 30 minutes and sent my prescriptions to a nearby pharmacy. I would definitely recommend this Clinic.
