Our labs stayed here for a week and the staff seemed really great. The dogs were happy, healthy, and clean when we picked them up! They slept the while ride home (see picture) but that's normal. No signs of stress!

They took such good care of my sweet little girl when she got spayed! Everything ran smoothly and a lot of support was offered if things took a post surgery turn for the worse! Thank God they didn't! She is now a happy healthy spayed little kitty! ????

I have consistently taken my new dog to this vet and have always had a great experience. They have many medications available for purchase which is super convenient. I also got my pup neutered here and he had a great recovery.

Hands-down the best veterinary care I've had. I live in Canada and go over the border to see Dr. Carla Bender. My dog wouldn't be alive today had it not been for her sharp interventions. It's frightening to me how little consistency there is among vets - this would never be permitted in human medicine. Very grateful to everyone at this clinic and all they've done for little Beans!

I was disappointed with service. They gave rabies shot said I could get a paper showing it was good for three years. Gave them what they asked for but it was lost so they said I needed my dogs to get another. How then can a shot be good for three years yet without a paper its only good for one year. Makes no sense to me.

I really love the staff in this office. The vet techs are so sweet and friendly. Over the 5 years I've been taking my animals here, they've been fast, efficient and effective. My one complaint is that sometimes I felt that Dr. Bender wouldn't fully listen to an issue I'd have and would cut me off. She did however heal and fix any problems my fur babies would have. I do recommend this office.

The vet techs are great very compassionate and caring however dr bender is not you would think to be a vet you would have compassion and sympathy however this vet does not she is very rude and very insensitive I have been taking my pets to her for many years and after the way she treated me last week when I had to take my kitty in I will never take another pet there as long as I live all she seems to care about is money and they way over charge if you look at your bill they give you a breakdown of all charges she charges 3.50 just to throw away gauze pads she is a very rude vet and she shouldn't be allowed to touch any animal

They have you park outside and then they take your animal inside. I gave them the problems. They fixed the problems, gave me medicines. Explained how to keep treated and what they did to THOR. He is better and doing great!. GOOD place to get an animal well.

I was at swan bay 3 hrs from home and my 4 month old French bulldog who has heart issues was very sick, I called my vet back home and he told me to get her to a vet right away, I called this vet and told them about her condition and what my vet said and was told they couldn't see her for 4 days, I asked them if they had emergency appointments and was told only for their regular customers. I would never recommend this vet to anyone as I don't think they really care about animals

Dr. Bender is amazing and great at what she does. She is straight and to the point and gets you in and out of there in a timely manner. I’m so happy we chose here. We have never had a bad experience and our dog receives great veterinary and boarding care. Dr. Bender is caring and a straight shooter! Staff are awesome too! I have to chuckle about the people complaining about the cost, they should check out prices at other vet offices. Prices VERY fair - vet care just isn't cheap!

A.North Country Gem, this is the only vet for several miles around and is always busy. I feel you can tell the quality of a business by the length of time the employees stay and all the staff at this animal hospital have been here since I first started coming here 12 yrs ago. Dr Bender is excellent. She is a good diagnostician, thorough, professional, yet compassionate. Thank God we have such a wonderful vet to take our much loved furry kids to in time of need!
