After a misdiagnosis from Samaritan in Watertown (they were only treating her for nausea when she wasn't even nauseated) they were actually listening to my spouses symptoms and prescribed her medication that worked. We're awaiting a trip to a specialist but they put us on the right track and were thankful.

Excellent Hospital in THOUSAND ISLANDS REGION Right on THE RIVER ,great service.

Huge waste of time, Thomas Coughlin was the physician on in the ER, he spent less than one minute assessing me. When I asked why I had pain where I did, he said he didn’t know and walked out of the room. It would be nice to actually see a doctor that cares and is willing to treat you as a human instead of a number, just a thought.

Going here on a Tuesday night, there was no wait. We were seen right away and after a CAT scan, were in and out within 4 hours. The room was clean and the staff was nice. 1 thing to note, there are no surgeons at this location.
