Dr. Rupa Patel is amazing and definitely one of the best, most thorough doctors in the Kingston area. The staff and reception are also very sweet and super helpful. 10/10! Best experience I've had with Canadian Health Care in a very long time. Thank you for helping me!!

Worse place too go get your teeth done rude staff bad attitude. an i was on time too an appointment an they put someone else in my place an said we can make a new appointment for you. i am like excuse me like in shock the lady would do that. i have never had been too a place that is suppose too be professional do that before. an said i am suppose too call 24 hrs before the appointment too confirm when it does not say that anywhere. it says call 24 hr notice if you cancel an appointment. an i am not canceling so that is just unprofessional an rude. an she said she called me a bunch of times witch is a lie i never got one call. so id give this place a zero star if that was an option.

do not leave your child with the toddler group caregivers while you are in infant group with your other child they are incompetent and CAS can use u having incompetent staff watching your child

Other then Google maps needs to updated this where abouts part. Like how it shows that nkchc is still on Elliot when it says Weller. Lol I found that funny. But I find that the doctors here are like all other. nurses however are better then HDHs. I like it there but wish they built another office closer go Amherstview where I live. That way I don't have to take about an hr or ahalf or 2hrs on bus just to get there.

Cannot say enough good things about the medical department in this place! Jocelyn was kind, compassionate and beyond thorough, didn’t feel anything like my old family doctor who would rush me in and out in 10 mins or less. They exhausted all their options to find some answers for me. Thanks KCHC!

Lots of programs and services here. Doctors, an after hours clinic on Fridays for non patients, a delicious and affordable cafe, dentist, better beginnings to name a few. Oh there is even a library ...Book Vending machine? A really great resource for the area so I encourage people to go in a see what all they have!

I went to the dental center here just last week due to a broken filling. The dentist was incredibly unprofessional, talked over me the whole time.. it appeared that he couldn't care less about fixing my teeth and was really just interested in removing them. He informed me he was going to take my tooth out because he didn't see a point in completing a root canal. Upon myself asking if I had any further options compared to just taking my tooth out and simply leaving it, I questioned if a dental implant would be a good option for myself to fill the space long term. The dentist was really snarky and replied "you won't be getting that done here, it isn't my job to make you look pretty" rather then just saying we don't offer those services at this location. I have been a type one diabetic for majority of my life so my dental heath is touch and go but I have never experienced such ignorance in the hands of a "professional" . The dentist also said I have an abscess. I went to another dental care provider today and I do not have a dental abscess and do not need any of my teeth removed. I do not recommend seeking dental help at this location.

These guys are the best!!! Very warm and welcoming and always smiling. It's honestly always a pleasure to go see them. On top of being amazing people they are very good at what they do. Dentists have always been something I dread. I highly recommend them!!

Came in without an appointment, got my vaccine in 10 minutes, and got out soon after. I really appreciated how little time it took, and the people administering the vaccine were very kind and understanding.

Avoid this clinic. I was referred to one of the mental health programs here in November, my first hour-long appointment was in January, and I've only had two appointments since then. Today they informed me they're transferring my care to CAMH in Toronto. CAMH currently has an eight month waiting list. I had no choice in the matter: I could refuse the referral if I wanted, but they weren't going to treat me care either way. If you don't want this to happen to you, I recommend you go somewhere else.
