Dr. O'Neill provided excellent care to my son's boxer Apollo when Apollo had a severe allergic reaction at Charleston Lake. Dr. O'Neill opened his clinic after hours to administer medication to Apollo. My family and I would like to thank him very much for his care and advise. If I lived in the area, Dr. O'Neill would be the veterinarian I would choose to care for my pets.

Dr. Paul was wonderful with my bunny and gave us lots of valuable information regarding his health. It can be hard to find a vet that is confident and knowledgeable with rabbits vs only cats/dogs but Dr. Paul was great. Super friendly and welcoming staff. This is absolutely the best vet clinic I have ever been to ! Extremely friendly, honest and I can't even begin to explain the difference in price. For our kitten first round of shots we paid 100 dollars, but the previous clinic I went to with my other cats I paid 180 ! They are so kind, and take special attention to your beloved fur babies. I brought my girl in for a bladder infection and she was treated like a Queen! Everyone is super kind and they actually care. During her stay she was well taken care of by incredible staff who definitely care about your pet just as much as you do. (My dog recovered and is back home.) Wonderful vet! Had an emergency this evening that absolutley needed attention immediately. Called them 20 minutes before close and they stayed open until I got there and continued to help until an 1 hour and 20 minutes past close and upon departing told me to call in the morning with the results from the emergency vet. Highly recommend. They are very helpful and caring for your animals.

This clinic has always been amazing with pur family dog. They treat her as though she is a part of the family and give nothing but the utmost conceen and care. Our dog ripped out her stitches from being fixed, not only did they come in on an emergency call, they helped my family during a rough time by understanding our financual situation. Dr Barb O’Neil took my cat Oliver in as a patient for a bilateral FHO surgery, as the vet we were seeing did not perform this procedure. They got him in fast, as he was in a lot of pain and could barely walk. She took the time to meet with me and explain the surgery, as I was extremely nervous trusting him to someone I didn’t know. She is an amazing lady who truly cares for the animals she treats, the staff was very patient and understanding with me in the stressful weeks that followed. Oliver is 8 weeks post op and is actually running up stairs! I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. I can’t thank you enough Dr Barb!

Mr. Pheeny was a rescue, who came to me with a Respitory Infection. Without the care provided by the staff at this clinic, he would not have survived! Now he's not just surviving.. He's thriving! Amazing staff and attentive too! Just before being able to put our dog's tags on him, he ran away and was caught by the municipality by-law officer. Because he is big gananoque vet was the only place to hold him, so they took him there. We had been there a week previous for an allergic reaction our dog had and when they brought him in that day, they recognized him, only after meeting him once and called me right away! We only take our animals there now! Reasonable pricing for a vet as well and they don't push things that you don't need. I like that.. a lot!
